GGuest UserLocation is conveniently near to tuas, minutes to Legoland. Quiet, comfortable, and deliberately tucked away from the crowded city center. If the goal is to get away and truly relax in a spacious environment with beautiful waterfront backdrops, this suite delivers perfectly. Highly recommended for a proper reset.

Cchin heongHad a wonderful stay at this homestay! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with very clear instructions provided before arrival. The customer service team was friendly, responsive, which made the entire experience even more pleasant.
The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was good, perfect for a short getaway.
One of the biggest advantages of this location is its convenience. There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.

TTentenAmaiodinThe unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook.
The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm.
Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

AAnonymous UserThe twin beds were larger than a standard single, big enough for two people, and the mattress was firm enough. There were both soft and firm pillows, so I slept really well. Since the hotel recently opened, all the room amenities were brand new. The bathroom was clean with no mold. I didn't have the breakfast buffet, but I did take a look, and there was a huge variety of options. Next time, I'll definitely book breakfast. I hope they can maintain this standard!

LLinnLeoMy husband and I stayed at level 26 Tower 1 of the hotel for two nights. It seemed that our room had been renovated since our last visit in April 2026. The furniture and mattress were new, and the new wardrobe had been relocated next to the bed instead of being behind the room entrance. The dressing table was smaller than before, but we didn't mind the minor changes. Overall, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and cleaned our room promptly each day.
The only downside was that the guests in the adjoining room returned around 3:00 a.m. and were making a lot of noise. As there was a connecting door between the rooms, we could hear them quite clearly, which unfortunately interrupted our sleep. The soundproofing between the connecting rooms could be improved to minimise noise disturbances and provide a better night's rest.

The staff were warm, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. It’s a perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful beachside escape. Highly recommended!

- Poor room allocation; assigned a suite far from the main area despite available rooms.

- Main lobby is well-designed with a water dispenser for guests.
- Room furniture is old, and toilet doors are in poor condition.
- Curtains touch each other at night, causing disturbance.
- Parking area (level B2) has a sewage smell.
### Conclusion
- Not worth opting for suite rooms due to lack of exclusive benefits. In-room dining remains a highlight. staff are friendly and service is great. will still come back for the view and food.

IIdzyHotel condition need a lot of renovations, wear and tear.
Space under utilised, more can be done to attract business/guest.
Check in was slow only 3 counters, waiting time almost 1 hr for my case as room was not assigned. Came to check in 4+pm.
Rooms to lift/lobby also a walk away… lift needs maintenance too.
Room spacious, aircon was good. Tv channels only spore channels and lag. I wish there were local channels at least.
Water heater was not working at 2nd day. Not sure why.
Breakfast there were varieties but easily finish. Need to wait to replenish.
Parking quite big but if comeback late, may not be available. Hotel will assist on parking.
May comeback if they do major renovations otherwise not recommended not for fussy guest.
