English: We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The room for two people was not very large, but it was very cozy and lovely. There is an open rooftop on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need. The reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. Stayed here for the second time during our trip in Chengdu. Mainly because of the location and also the friendly staff. They were helpful to allow early check-in when we first arrive since there were rooms available. They also extended our checkout time to 2 pm for free. The front desk stuff also helped me with my Taobao refund issue. The hotel also helps to receive parcels from Taobao and when I needed to refund some of the parcels, the hotel staff helped to pass to the courier for pickup since i was out exploring the city. Definitely recommend!

Stayed in my dream room with a friend! I love the marble decor, it's simple yet luxurious. We came here for the infinity pool, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning! It felt so much like a vacation, and taking a bath was incredibly relaxing. My friend and I didn't want to get out of the pool, the experience was really good. They offer 24-hour butler service and all the amenities are well-equipped. Coffee was even delivered to our door in the morning, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay.

had a wonderful stay at Lyn International Hotel Chengdu! The location is excellent—close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and many great restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. I also loved the complimentary afternoon tea and free laundry service, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located on the 37th floor of a building in front of Tianfu square. Attached to the building is a mall with drinks and snacks etc. The staff were very attentive and supportive at all hours of the day and helped decorate the room for my wifes birthday. They helped with my local shopping requests by helping me navigate local apps. The room was spacious and clean and everything felt modern. Worth the price and we would use them again if we returned.

My family and I stayed in Chengdu for two more days after our group tour. I didn't want the hassle of changing hotels, so I just booked a single room again. The staff was very helpful and moved me to a more central room, and even transferred my luggage from the old room to the new one, which was a huge plus! Although the power outlets in the single room were in odd places, it didn't really bother me since I was traveling alone. Everything else was fantastic. They offer butler service, which means they can help receive packages for you, and if you have any questions, you can ask the butler – someone is usually available to respond 24/7. The breakfast is a set menu, but you can always ask for more if it's not enough. The courtyard restaurant where breakfast is served is beautiful, with small bridges and flowing water, making it a picturesque spot for photos. The hotel reception is on the first floor, and the entire building is self-contained, so there aren't a lot of random people coming and going. Food deliveries also come up via robot, as delivery drivers aren't allowed upstairs. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. If I had to nitpick, the only downside would be a few mosquitoes. If you're prone to mosquito bites, you can use some repellent (which the hotel provides). But that's a minor issue, and it doesn't detract from the overall experience. I still highly recommend this place.

The hotel has complete and intact facilities, separate bathrooms from wet and dry, quiet air conditioning and smooth network. Xiaolan at the front desk is the biggest plus item for this stay. The registration procedures are very fast. He takes the initiative to explain the use of equipment in the house. He also reminds all kinds of precautions, gentle and patient.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new and well-designed. The lobby is spacious and even has a calligraphy corner with flowing water. There are small fish and parrots at the front desk, which the kids loved. The room was also very large, and I must say the pillows were incredibly comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. Service: The hotel's service was also excellent. After adding them on WeChat, they even recommended local eateries, and we ended up trying Yepopo Bobo Chicken nearby. The hotel breakfast was also quite unique; it was a set meal with dishes like crispy shaomian noodles, steamed buns, zongzi, and chia seed pudding – very filling! The hotel is conveniently located close to the high-speed rail station, making it easy to catch a train, and it's also not far from the Leshan Giant Buddha.

The hotel's design is innovative, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with unique garden views. The breakfast is a highlight, especially the delicious hot dry noodles! The hotel is located near the Jinsha River, close to the confluence of the two rivers, making it easy to catch a taxi.
