My experience at Yinqi Tang Hotel was fantastic! The hotel’s ambiance is elegant and peaceful, the rooms are clean, tidy, well-equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it’s very reassuring to stay here. A special thank you to Xiao Liu, the staff member who was warm, attentive, and patient throughout, always ready to answer questions and respond to needs promptly. The overall value is high; it’s peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and convenient to get around. I would definitely choose this place again when I come to Chengdu next time and highly recommend it! 😄

I specifically chose to stay at the Mercure Chengdu Tai Koo Li Chun Xi hotel for my trip to Chengdu, and the overall cleanliness exceeded my expectations. A front desk concierge assisted me throughout my stay, ensuring a smooth experience. During check-in, the concierge proactively explained the room cleaning standards. Upon entering the room, it was visibly spotless everywhere: the bed linen was crisp and wrinkle-free, pure white with no stains, and clearly disinfected. There wasn't a speck of dust in any corner of the room or in the window sills. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were meticulously cleaned, the glass and mirrors were free of water stains and residue, and the toiletries were individually sealed. The concierge would confirm the daily housekeeping time in advance, and the replenishment of amenities was thorough, even cleaning sofa crevices and behind the nightstands. Despite being in the bustling city center, there was no dust or strange odors. The concierge also thoughtfully provided disposable disinfectant wipes, showing a strong focus on guest health. Even germaphobes can stay here with peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Good location with ample of food choices at the back of the hotel. Many halal food options as well. Walking distance to Tianfu Square, Tianfu Subway, ChunXi Road, Kuanzai Alley and People's Park. Rooms are comfortable with automatic bidet in the bathroom. Comfy double bed and staff was friendly in assisting with taobao purchase and refund. Free laundry service provided and they have robots for takeout directly to the room. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, very close to Exit C of Wenshuyuan Metro Station. It seems to be an older hotel, so the facilities aren't very new. However, the room is quite spacious and roomy, so I didn't have to worry about large luggage. The overall service was good, they were very responsive to requests, and the room attendant would warmly check in daily and promptly resolve any issues. Overall, for the price, it offers great value for money! I do have one suggestion: breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, but at 6:30 AM, less than half of the breakfast items were out, and even by 6:50 AM, they still weren't all available. That was a bit disappointing!

Absolutely love it! Ended up spending extra night there and upgraded to a garden room the next day. Super friendly and helpful staff. Helped us do laundry and called taxi for us when we running late for our train. The garden is so pretty and my daughter loves the hammock, and playing in the garden. The breakfast is delicious as well! 5 stars will definitely come again!

Service: The hotel staff were very enthusiastic. They clearly explained breakfast at check-in and greeted us every time we entered or left. Breakfast started early, but it was pretty standard for a hotel in a scenic area. The room location was a bit odd; the window overlooked another corridor and had frosted film on the bottom – first time I’ve seen that. The first day was relatively quiet, so overall it felt pretty good. However, on the second night, I realized the soundproofing was terrible. There was constant noise from water pipes and conversations nearby. The most ridiculous thing was kids playing and making noise in the hallway at 11 PM. I had already fallen asleep but was startled awake by their cackling laughter… then crying, then cackling again. It was really spooky to hear in the middle of the night. Facilities: Quite old. The sink area had visible scuffs and dents. The bathroom only had a handheld shower, no rainfall showerhead. The water heated up quickly and had good pressure. Given that Jiuzhaigou can be cold, there was a notice stating the hotel only had hot air conditioning, but they could provide a fan, as the room's location made it a bit stuffy and warm at night. Hygiene was acceptable; there was a short hair on the bedside table and a few dark fibers when I pulled back the duvet. Otherwise, it seemed clean. Considering the price and location, it was acceptable. Overall, the price is cheap, and the location is very close to the park entrance, just a few minutes' walk. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby. If you can tolerate poor soundproofing, it's a very good value-for-money hotel, especially if you're out early and back late just to sleep.

The hotel is one of the few ones on Mount Emai. I had booked one of the panorama rooms. In the night I had to leave the window open as the room smelled as if somebody had smoked in there. But I loved the floor heating. It was very useful to dry sweaty shoes. Some of the panorama was great and lovely, but on the side an area with garbage could be seen. Hence an Instagram worthy booking, but only from the right angle. The staff does not speak much English. There were no notes that described the breakfast which made it impossible to eat anything but bread and mellon as a vegetarian. But despite all the downsides, I would still recommend the hotel, they offer tea and calligraphy. And staying there allows to be well rested when enjoying the sunrise over mount Emai.

I randomly booked a hotel while passing through Guangyuan. It exudes sophistication even without filters. 😴【Comfort Beyond Compare】 The room is incredibly spacious, not at all cramped. The mattress is so soft; I didn't want to get up. The soundproofing is superb! Completely shut out external noise, allowing me to sleep soundly until dawn. Completely soothing my travel fatigue. 🧼【Detail-Oriented Satisfaction】 The cleanliness is impeccable, with no blind spots. The bedding is clean and soft, embodying the high-end hotel experience. A safe and comfortable stay, I couldn't find a single fault. 📍【Super Convenient】 The hotel's location is superb. Convenient for both driving and other travel. Super easy access to shopping districts and attractions.

The hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive from the airport, and they offer a convenient shuttle service. It's clean and hygienic, meeting IHG's standards. The surroundings are very quiet, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which is really handy. The staff are all very enthusiastic and welcoming.

Exceptional service always shines through! I was heading to Tangjiahe to see wildlife, and Mianyang was the most convenient transfer point. I wanted a hotel near the station. I hadn't heard of Baden Hotel before, but seeing its 4.8 rating on Ctrip and the affordable price, I figured it wouldn't be too bad – so I booked it! From the station, it's about an 8-minute walk if you turn left and keep going. The Shenzhou Car Rental pickup point was also conveniently located along the way! Check-in was very efficient, and my pre-requested non-smoking and quiet room preferences were both met. The room even had a pillow menu and silent earplugs, which was a very thoughtful touch. The carpet in the guest corridor was new and clean; I asked and found out it had only been replaced a few months ago. Before dinner, the front desk recommended Yang Feichang Chinese Restaurant nearby. On my way out, I met a concierge staff member, who was dressed impeccably and behaved courteously, and helpfully gave me directions. Breakfast was abundant, and the bakery items were particularly outstanding – expertly made. They even had a few types of sourdough bread and I spotted honeycomb honey, which you usually only occasionally see at five-star hotels. Even more surprising, after I ordered rice noodles at the live cooking station, a restaurant employee proactively offered to bring it to my table. Their attitude was warm and friendly. This level of service far surpasses many five-star hotels in bigger cities! When checking out, I accidentally left a bag of fruit in the room. Just two minutes after leaving the hotel, I received a call from housekeeping, saying they would bring it down to me immediately. Warm, professional, efficient, and excellent value for money. The 4.8 rating is well-deserved! Highly recommended!
