I have been going to this hotel for 2 years. The staff is not only very pleasant, but to listen to its customers. The cleanness is impeccable. We feel very safe and this remains well because the airport is next door.

Personally, I wouldn't say this is a 5-star hotel. The rooms are basic, not what you'd expect from a 5-star establishment.

If u ever in tunisia make sure u stay at tis hotel.the design is fabulous.my bed facing the sea.u can lay in bed sea view. Every staff is nice and try their best to service. Specially the reception gal at check in. She upgraded my room. Really appreciate. Their garden is huge very peaceful .plus private beach walk. cardio room great view. My opinion well worth the money.don’t miss the sunrise sky turning pink.u can’t see pink from the photo.u can see it when ur here. I absolutely enjoyed my stay.

This hotel has to choose the lake view room. If you choose the city view room, you may sometimes hear the sound of the car outside and you can't see the lake. Hotel service is very good, these waiters are very good.

If u look for luxury tis aint for u.hotel is a bit old. But if u want relax close to nature private beach less ppl gym swim still affordable. I would recommend tis hotel. I walk to four seasons every morning during my stay.long walk on quiet beach.be patience when u in Tunisia.check in is a bit slow.but she’s a nice lady did found me a good room. I had a lovely stay.

The early morning flight arrived at Carthage Airport before 5 o'clock. We went to the blue town first. After a sleepless night, we had no time to go to the hotel. We arrived too early. We dozed on the sofa in the hotel for 2 hours and finally entered the room. The room was quite big, the bathroom was also quite big, and the facilities were complete. Except for the lack of meat products, there was nothing to complain about. The hotel is by the sea, and the sea breeze is strong. It is a little cool to walk outdoors.
