It's just so-so, it can't be compared with the ones in China.
The bathroom facilities are too old.
The chairs are broken, the light switches are broken.
The service is also bad. You have to wait until 2pm to check in. If you want to check in in the morning, you have to pay half a day extra, so every morning the lobby is full of people waiting to check in.
I stayed for 4 days and was only given a bottle of water. I was not allowed to bring in the drinks I bought myself. I put them in my schoolbag the next day and brought them in. I'm still a little speechless.
Close to Lake Tunis, walking is very comfortable, and there are many places to eat nearby. It's perfect. Suitable for business trips, travel, absolute breakfast is absolutely delicious, there are many types of fruit.
The Residence Tunis
My stay at The Residence Tunis was simply exceptional. Nestled along the Mediterranean, this hotel seamlessly blends traditional Tunisian charm with modern luxury. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and offer stunning sea views. Dining is a delight with a variety of exquisite options, especially the fresh seafood at L’Olivier. The Thalasso Spa provides an unparalleled relaxation experience, and the attentive staff ensure every need is met with a smile. Whether lounging by the infinity pool or exploring the private beach, every moment here is pure bliss. Highly recommend for a luxurious retreat.

The hotel is in a good location, convenient for travel, the service staff is proactive and enthusiastic, the hardware facilities do not match those of a five-star hotel
A very special hotel in Tunisia City, it can be said to be a hotel with a representative of Tunisian culture. The hotel room is not small and very nice, including the mosaic decoration inside. The only downside is that it is not very good to park and needs hotel assistance.
Hygiene is good, but there are flies in the restaurant
Good location, close to the airport
Nice facilities, swimming pool and grill bar
Service: There are waiters in the restaurant who cannot speak English, and some waiters are not very positive and need to be improved.

宾宾恩袁术The typical high-quality hotel is worthy of praise. The Ctrip booking is actually a little cheaper, and the hotel facilities are all very good. Finally, I would like to extend my cordial greetings to the family members of Ctrip's ticket reservation department: You have stolen the flight I ordered for the red-eye flight, which caused my child to go home at two or three in the morning. Instead of being shy, I refused to admit my mistake and asked me to do it myself. Undertake to change the business class of more than 4,000 yuan, or change the long transit flight and bear all the cost of the change. Ctrip has changed the popular flight to Red Eye. It is already a recidivist. I didn’t expect to be a super member. I also enjoyed the telephone communication to half the tone and hang up the phone. I hope that the CAAC and China Southern Airlines can punish this punishment. Shop big bully ticket agent! ! !
LLucioSThe room was spacious, although a bit dated, it was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, with options to enjoy. While the location was slightly away from the city center, there was a lovely restaurant nearby offering tasty meals. The bar was also a great spot to relax.Overall, a pleasant stay!
