The room was comfortable, the only problem was that the door was difficult to open because I had to call housekeeping and the bathroom was a bit lacking because the water in the drain took a long time to go down so it was a bit muddy and really wet

The hotel is new, friendly people and staff. Located in the city many eateries are reachable by taxi. A small restaurant is next door

This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The room was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation. All the facilities were in perfect working order, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and made both check-in and check-out a breeze. They were friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

One of the hotels in Prabumulih city which is strategically located in the mall area, this hotel is the best among other hotels around it...so far the service is good, the rooms are clean and the a**osphere is calm...

Check in time to be increase There should be option for deposit with Credit Card Breakfast was good Staffs number need to be reviewed as it took quite long to deliver our request We also brought a car and registered that on the receptionist but seems the system is not working properly then we kept paying

Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained. Cleanliness: As always, it's spotless. Service: Excellent, very welcoming and hospitable. Environment: Very close to the mall, basically inside it, which makes dining and shopping very convenient and safe.

The accommodation conditions were just so-so. It's located not far from a market, which makes getting around a bit inconvenient if you're staying there, and the streets are quite narrow.
