value to stay, room clean, location in city center, beside hotel have good food cafe with reasonable price, very convenient.

The cleanliness is good, and for the price, it's pretty worth it for a stay. Quite good for around 100k.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Santika Hotel. The room was very comfortable and offered a beautiful view. The receptionist and staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. One thing we truly enjoyed was the ginger tea served at the hotel lobby — simple but very comforting. Breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of choices, including many authentic Palembang dishes. A great stay overall.

This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

Strength : reasonable price, delicious breakfast, room service also great, kindness, near from downtown or airport Weakness : can be noisy because of other guests and music, a little messy(but bearable)

the hotel was very vlean, quick check in and check out, nice staff.

The bathroom water is small, the water tap water valve is not normally functioning. The air conditioner is not cold enough, the battery TV remit is out of power, the cleaning is not good

The quilt and sheets were a bit dirty this time, but the service was okay. The fried rice was delicious as always. The location is good and convenient. Cleanliness: Average Environment: Convenient Service: Excellent Facilities: Relatively complete

Very nice hotel, with good location. Right side this hotel we can find many restos, cafe, supermarket. 250m from hotel there is Bakmi Aloi.
