GGuest UserThe hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient. GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end. Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on. The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously! Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely. Thank you Pride Plaza!!!
