Only spent one night here. It’s really convenient in terms of location, which was a major advantage. However, the front desk process took a bit long because they didn’t seem to have enough staff, but they seemed polite nonetheless. It’s a decent place, definitely could be improved in a number of ways, but it’s a good place to stay for a brief period.

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket – New Delhi was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, professionalism, and convenience. Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient. The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt. Overall, Hilton Saket lives up to the Hilton brand promise of quality and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The beds were comfortable . Dining: The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, including child-friendly options like pancakes, fruit, and cereals. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating, even during peak hours. Service: Staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and housekeeping was consistent and responsive to requests. Location: The hotel is in a convenient location—close to airport and local attractions, eateries, and transport. Overall: This hotel is a solid choice for families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay. The photos of this beautiful hotel don't do it justice. The room is bright, spacious, clean and the bathroom is very modern! My partner and I had been travelling Sri Lanka and India for a month and we both agreed this bed was the most comfortable we had found! The venue is also very very safe with lots of security and checkpoints for baggage. They also watched our bags for us after we checked out so we could go to the city for a while! 5/5 ✨

Lovely helpful staff. Nice room, bed. We were given two rooms next to each other as a family, not connecting unfortunately, I think they not available as we asked when booking well in advance. Good location in aerocity where there are plenty places to eat. Only shame pool closes at 7.30pm, which we justissed and kids were disappointed.

The hotel i stayed in is really good. The most important thing is i really felt safe here. And the staff was really helpful. Especially Mr. Sandeep he helped me alot. The hotel was each to reach and in a very good place. If you are a solo female Traveller i would suggest you to stay in. Safety with comfort and good food good service and very pleasant hospitality. I also would like to mention mr. Sujit takur for his room service. Thanking all the hotel staff for such a great experience in New Delhi.

Excellent hotel in Aerocity, a nice new development area with shops, restaurants, and food court all within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Room was clean and well-equipped. Staffs are extremely courteous and helpful. Had a great stay.

I had a pleasant 4-night-stay at this hotel. While the property isn't brand new and some areas were under renovation, everything was clean and well maintained. The location is a bit outside the city center, but having a metro station nearby made getting around easy. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty—though seating during busy hours was limited. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. I'd recommend it for travelers looking for a quiet place with easy access to public transport.
