4-Star Hotels in Delhi, India

As senior citizens, we used Uber from the airport to get there at 2:30 AM with no problem. Hotel is located in a side alley from the main street. Very narrow streets. Staff was very friendly. Manager was able to communicate with us in English. Breakfast was modest but filling. We stayed 2 nights so we had the complimentary supper one day and the complimentary lunch the other. The complimentary lunch/dinner is a set menu and are both the same - but enjoyable. Hot water unit in the room worked well as did the fan and the air conditioner. Room well lit - no need for extra lighting. Beds comfortable. Little or no English programing on the TV channels. If you are bringing your own Roku to watch USA movies on your subscription channels, use phone as a hotspot for best results rather than local wi-fi. We were in room 005 and the hotel internet worked well for everything other than the Roku and accessing our USA movie subscription channels.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. My stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket – New Delhi was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, professionalism, and convenience. Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient. The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt. Overall, Hilton Saket lives up to the Hilton brand promise of quality and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Good experience, good option to stay near to international airport, One inconvenience I faced during my stay was with the charging sockets. I had chargers with Chinese slim flat pins, but the hotel sockets mainly supported Indian round pins. Since I was carrying only one multiple plug adapter and had 3 devices to charge, it became a bit difficult to manage. It would be great if the hotel could provide universal adapters or more compatible charging options for international travelers.

Its a good hotel. Location is quite good rite in the middle of Delhi. Quite and clean as well. Staff was helpful and very courteous. Breakfast was decent for the price they charge. Can have bit more healthier options. Vakue for money

Based on our excellent first experience, we immediately booked a second night here. The rooms are exactly as pictured. Everything is clean and in very good condition.
