GGuest UserThe hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues.
The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great.
One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. Not sure if it’s a cultural thing or just the way this hotel operates, but it definitely felt a bit much.

房间和酒店整体都算干净，不过我在房间里看到了一只小蟑螂。淋浴没有热水，冰箱运作良好。
一点留意：这里员工似乎都很在意小费。每天中午你的房卡会失效，需要去前台重新激活。之后会有工作人员陪你回房间——然后暗示要小费。如果你要用Wi-Fi，得去前台拿密码条，一张纸条只能一个设备用，而且只能用一天。每次你回去要新的纸条，工作人员又会要小费。不太确定这是文化习惯还是这家酒店的运营方式，但确实让人感觉有点过分了。
होटल एरोसिटी मेट्रो स्टेशन से लगभग 10 मिनट की पैदल दूरी पर है, और बाहर टैक्सी और टुक-टुक आसानी से मिल जाते हैं—आस-पास घूमना बहुत आसान है। एयर कंडीशनिंग ठीक से काम कर रही थी। मुझे शोर-शराबे की कोई खास समस्या महसूस नहीं हुई।

SSanterioI had a really comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket.
The location is super convenient, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is surprisingly good with plenty of choices. The staff were always helpful and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better.
A special shout-out to Mr. Deshpal from security — very professional, always smiling, and genuinely made us feel welcome and safe. Really appreciated his warm service!

The hotel has a decent gym and pool area. The room was comfortable (once the ac was repaired by maintainence )which happened promptly upon complaining)).

BBeylul SolomonThe hotel was really nice - staff was very professional and welcoming. The facilities were excellent - my kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool. My family and I were a bit surprised by the extensive security to get into the hotel (i.e. full on metal detectors), better safe than not I suppose (lol). I'd rate the food about 8/10 - so not too bad. We were there for a short layover and it was easy to arrange a ride to the airport for 1100INR. I would recommend staying there again.
