Superb hotel, and the sound insulation is very good! There is 1-2 kilometers to the airport, and I can't hear the sound of the plane!

The advantage is that it is very close to the airport, but the sound insulation is not very good. There is always road construction nearby, and it is noisy at night.

Stayed here for a single night on a business trip. Location is ideal for airport access - shuttle was efficient and ran on time. Check-in was straightforward and staff were courteous. Room was clean, well-appointed, and quiet, with a good work desk and reliable WiFi. Restaurant and bar offered decent food and service, and breakfast was available early, which was useful for a morning departure. Overall, functional and well-managed for a short transit or business stay - my go to place

Free shuttle bus at exit number 1. Easy to find. Leaves hotel on the hour until the evening. After that every half hour. Refer to the accompanying photo. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I would definitely be happy to recommend this hotel.

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel environment is still very good, the price is a little bit high, there are many other hotels in the same location to choose from, you can find more cost-effective. But this hotel is very close to the university, there are many restaurants to eat at the back door of the university.

Quedamos súper agradecidos por el servicio brindado, la ubicación y el bello entorno que rodea este hotel; cerca del parque de la 93 donde encontrarás una gran variedad de tiendas y restaurantes. Una de las cosas más importante para nosotros fue el sentirnos seguros en todo momento, tanto en el hotel como en sus alrededores, claro está que nos guiamos de las advertencias que nos brindaron. The room was pretty good, clean and tidy. It was also very quiet. The room provided Juan coffee bags, coffee machine, fruit tea bags and glass bottled water. There are restaurants near the Wyndham in front of the hotel. There is also a Juan coffee shop. There is an Andres steak house downstairs. Overall, it is very good. The room is relatively new. I will come again next time

I would definitely go back again, it is a 5 star hotel, a luxury in each area and a first class service, the rooms are super comfortable and well equipped, despite having a very pleasant climate I am a somewhat hot person and they provided me a fan to feel more comfortable, the gym area is very good, something else that I do recommend is to include breakfast in your plan, It's excellent, they don't limit you to quantities and the variety is extensive...

First room was very dirty, floors not cleaned, shower did not drain, shower head sprayed everywhere and was not located per our request. Second room was better but overall maintenance in the rooms lacking. Toilet water connection leaking for some time, sink leaking, closet door did not function well, water damage throughout bathroom area. Staff overall were okay, restaurant staff were really good and we enjoyed the happy hour food and drinks. Location is excellent in terms of available restaurants and other serviced.
