The location of the hotel is a little bit biased, but it is also very convenient to walk to the city center. There are small mini shops around. The facilities in the room can also meet the needs and the service is more enthusiastic.
It is not far from the Valladolid AOD bus terminal and 5 minutes from the cathedral and the park. In addition to the advantage of location, the hotel rooms are large and convenient as they provide microwaves and dishes. The hotel has a good atmosphere and is a hotel worth recommending.

The reception time for check-in was short at 15-18, but I was relieved to hear that it would be okay if I went to say that check-in would be around 22 o'clock the day before!
The shower is very warm and the air conditioner is comfortable.
The room is cleaned every day.
I was happy that the bath towel was decorated cute every day!
It was good because the location is good, so it was a distance that I didn't care about even if I went back to take a break!
I always love the receptionist Senora.

Clean, modern and bright rooms as well as very friendly hotel staff. The small breakfast is taken in a breakfast room with garden view. A car is recommended due to a slightly decentralised location.

I think every room is the same, but I think it's better to tell you that it's better to see the pool when you make a reservation! I was sorry that I couldn't see the pool at all in the back room!
The cleaning aunt is kind, and the receptionist's brother is very kind!
The beer shop next to the hotel was delicious.

AAnonymous UserOne of my favorite accommodations in Mexico. The resort was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. After reading reviews of how tricky it was to find the resort we were nervous, but all we did was message the resort on whatsapp and they sent very clear instructions how to get there. You'd have to come in from Valladolid but that was a nice detour to see the city! I have stayed at big name resorts that were equally as nice that were charging triple the price, this place is an underrated gem and not crowded (we were the only two people on the resort, we felt like royalty). We will be back. As two history nerds we enjoyed that the grounds had their own mayan ruins and 3 cenotes to explore.
GGuest UserWhat a great little capsul hostel. It’s a little way from the main areas in Merida, but only a 10-15 min walk, so fine overall. The place it spotlessly clean. You get towel and bedding. The doors in the capsule lock which is great for a sense of security and they are very private. The aircon can be a bit aggressive so ask for a blanket which they have. I don’t have the waffles in the end, but I smashed the free coffee and tea ! Staff were soo very welcoming and kind to me. I would highly recommend this accommodation either for a short or long stay. Get it booked !
GGuest UserIncredible location! Close to ADO bus station and a lovely street which is all lit up & pedestrianised in the evening! Absolutely amazing ********* breakfast - great change from tacos, owners kindly gave us a take-away breakfast when we left early for Chichen Itza too which was incredibly kind! Basic room but very reasonable and had everything we needed with plenty of hanging space!
JJustStephAs before, highly recommended a real gem for this price.
We extended our stay because we liked it here so much, it’s perfect to relax.
And we going to miss the huge comfortable bed.
Ssaori hiroseVery cute design hostel!
There is a pool and a cafe, so you can relax. Body soap and conditioner were installed in the shower room.
Bicycles are said to be rented at 100MXN a day.
However, Merida is very humid and the room smells a little moldy when it rains. I feel that there is no way in this land.
When I asked the staff to change the room, they responded well.
Basically clean.
Overall, I am very satisfied. I'm sorry that I couldn't upload the video.
AAnonymous UserGood hotel in the city center, walking distance of main square. Rooms was nice and confortable after a long day outside in the heat. Enjoyable pool as well. The staff is very welcoming and available for helping with all requests. Very good breakfast. No problem to park our car in the corner street.
RradfactorNice Pool but the music was too loud. No coffee, refrigerator, glasses, water in the room. Very thin walls - you can hear the people next door. The was free parking and the hotel is only 3 months old so everything was new and clean. I wouldn't book again.
HHyyyyyyI stay in this hotel twice !
Very good and the staff very nice
Big size and near downtown have many restaurants in there and many taco shop can eat ! Very good 🌈
DdyduchVery nice place for the price! Area is a little bit noisy and light in the room could be improve (white neon style.. should warm it up a bit)
Ask for the double bed room to the patio, much better than the small one giving to the street
