Location: Very close to Shin-Urayasu Station. You can walk directly to the hotel via the second-floor pedestrian bridge from the station, which is very convenient, especially on rainy days as you don't need an umbrella. There's an Aeon mall right next door where you can find a supermarket, Uniqlo, GU, ABC Mart, and McDonald's, perfect for shopping 🛍️.
Service: Although we arrived before check-in time, the staff offered to deliver our luggage directly to the room, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. The breakfast was also quite good. They provide free shuttle buses to both Disneyland and DisneySea, saving you the hassle of commuting.
Facilities: The room was quite spacious. The only minor drawback was that the windows couldn't be opened, so I'm not sure how ventilation works, but there were no unpleasant odors.
The room amenities were good, and the service was also excellent. The only drawback was the price; it felt quite expensive. We booked the room for 2000 RMB, but an additional 800+ RMB was charged for the children. I disagree with such a high per-person surcharge. The hotel itself does have a distinctive charm. Remember to ask the front desk for the hotel's umbrellas; they're quite photogenic. However, I wouldn't recommend it unless you can secure a room for under 2000 RMB.
A bit dated, but the bedding was decent. The shuttle driver was really nice, helping with luggage on and off. It's quite good value for money in Japan, and the morning airport shuttle service was a great convenience. It saved me the hassle of waiting for a taxi, as a cab from the airport to the station would have cost around 160 RMB, which is quite pricey.
Shuttle bus to/from Narita Airport - cover all Terminal 1, 2 and 3
Great shuttle service.
Family mart at the lobby, convenient to have a quick bite before an early flight or even late arrival flight
Room: Simple and clean. Is old but is well-maintained.
Iron board provided and many hangers available
Charging port with USB port available beside bed and also available on desk - universal adapter recommended
TV: not too friendly to navigate. Basic channels available
Overall experience is great.
Every time I come to Makuhari Messe for an event, I choose this hotel. The room isn't huge; it can feel a bit cramped for two people, but the bed and pillows are comfortable. The toiletries provided are also excellent. The booking came with breakfast, which had a wide variety of options. The Japanese rice and miso soup were delicious, and the Western-style afternoon tea, available from 3 to 5 PM, was also good. There's also a happy hour in the evening, perfect for those who enjoy a drink. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Plus, there's an outlet mall close by where you can buy Montbell and get tax refunds. All in all, it's a hotel with good value for money!

You can check in and store your luggage at the Welcome Center at Maihama Station, and your bags will be delivered directly to your room later. I checked in on a Sunday, but couldn't get my room until after 5 PM. It didn't bother me too much though, as I was going to Disney anyway. I booked the cheapest family sea-view room for a solo traveler, and it turned out to be huge with three beds, which was a bit awkward. I selected one person when booking, but for some reason, the hotel received information for two. The room was incredibly spacious, with three single beds and plenty of room to spread out multiple suitcases. The bathroom didn't have a separate shower and toilet area, but all toiletries were provided. I was a bit surprised that the shower and bathtub were combined, considering it's a Hilton. There was no bottled water in the room, but there was a kettle. If you need water, you'll have to buy it or get it from the water dispenser on each floor. Outside the window, there's a small garden landscape, and the sea view should be beautiful on a clear day. The hotel has two Lawson convenience stores and a small Disney shop on the first floor. There's also a shuttle bus service from the hotel to Maihama Station and Bayside Station, which is quite convenient. If you don't want convenience store food, you can eat at Maihama Station before returning to the hotel. It's a great option when prices are reasonable.

The only good things were the store bought puffs provided by the hotel.
Hotel is severely overcrowded. the management makes no attempt to address the issue. The breakfast situation is chaotic and was advised to have breakfast at different location (to lessen the crowd at the main cafe). Was served a sub standard breakfast selection when compared to the main cafe.
The breakfast selection was terrible and worse than a 3 star hotel. The food was pathetic and often empty. 1 hour before the breakfast ends, pastries were finished. No fruits available.
Very bad experience. Will not recommend
A grand hotel and resort indeed. Due to its secluded location, the hotel is only suitable for those who drive otherwise pretty stranded in this nice hotel but meals are quite costly even for Accor members.
Rooms are perfect, so clean and new, and huge for our Junior Suite.
Onsen is good and snacks and drinks are available during the afternoon and later in the evening.
Attractions near the hotel are within walking distance.
Sunset is awesome here.

The hotel lobby is stunning, and it's incredibly convenient to get to, with a direct bus from Haneda Airport's bus stop number 5. It's actually right next to Bayside Station on the Disney Line. Even if you miss the hotel shuttle, it's just a short walk to the Disney Line. The staff are warm and polite, and the hotel's dinner buffet is excellent value for money with a great variety of dishes. We were late coming back from the park and decided last-minute to have dinner at the hotel, and the buffet was open until 10:30 PM. The rooms are much larger than those in the city, clean, tidy, and comfortable.

It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

GGuest UserI forgot to take pictures, but there's a direct airport bus from Narita Airport that drops you off at Shin-Urayasu Station, which is super convenient. You'll find convenience stores, a subway station, and a mall, all within easy reach. And for Disney, it goes without saying, the hotel makes it incredibly easy to get there and back. Breakfast was delicious too 👍🏻

NNigel I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return. One of the standout features is the convenient and frequent shuttle bus service to Bayside Station, which makes getting to the Disney parks seamless and hassle-free. The transfers are well-timed and reliable—perfect after a long day out.
The breakfast was another highlight, offering an excellent spread with a good mix of both local and international options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, making it a great way to start the day.
As a pleasant surprise, I was given a complimentary one-category room upgrade, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.
Overall, the hotel combines convenience, quality service, and great amenities, making it an excellent choice for visitors to the area.

GG_VPHeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience.
The room was extremely spacious — the largest we stayed in during our entire Tokyo trip. The in-room amenities were impressive as well. They provided bath salts, face masks, and even heat patches, which were perfect after a long day of walking around Disneyland or DisneySea. Unfortunately, these amenities were not replenished during our stay. The bathroom was another highlight, designed almost like a private onsen, and it was completely separated from the toilet, adding extra comfort and convenience.
The hotel also has an in-house mart, though the food selection is quite limited. On the bright side, there is a small Disney shop inside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs without the usual crowds found in the parks.
Breakfast was good and matched the standard of other hotels in a similar price range. I especially recommend the desserts — they were delicious.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next Disney trip.
