GdnightThe hotel is very very nice with very generous breakfasts. Great facilities and bathroom. However, I don’t understand why the staff gave me a simplified Chinese instruction while she has my Hong Kong passport in hand. She was very nice and immediately changed it back to English, but I just don’t understand why as a staff she doesn’t even know the language used in a city.

GuodongbudingmakalongHighly recommend this hotel! The shuttle bus makes it super convenient to get to both the mainland attractions and the ocean. The AEON mall nearby is great for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's an excellent choice, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends. The value for money is exceptional, and the four-person bed was very comfortable. Plus, there's a Komeda Coffee right across the street, and the supermarket has plenty of options for a late-night snack back at the hotel.

Guest UserWe absolutely loved staying at the Grand Nikko and happy we chose to stay here. It felt new and looked after. The room was spacious (2 parents + 1x child 10yrs old) all had our own beds, I would say they are a king single (Australian size).
We were so lucky to have the 10th floor park side which gave us the best view of the Disney Castle of which we could see the fire works show really well from our balcony (sitting in our pajamas eating egg sando from the little onsite conbini watching the fireworks was elite)
Great amenities, great australian type breaky options (bacon, eggs options breads hash browns etc) , fantastic location, decent sized rooms, super easy check in & out, love the smell of the hotel too, the entry/ lobby area is jaw dropping in itself, sitting areas on the bay side for sea view on lobby level are the perfect spot to watch the sun set over the city. It’s a beautiful light and bright hotel.
The only things we noted was
- the dinner buffet would be a little restricted for fussy western eaters & kids options were limited if you have fussy western kids but they do have chips, nuggets, roast pork, bread & rice.
However you can still get prepared and purchase snacks like onigiri, bento and sandwiches etc from the little shop in the lobby. But get in early before everyone gets their Disney pack lunches for the day or wait until majority head out for the day. They get cleaned out pretty quickly at peak times like going out and coming home.
- there was only 1 water refill spot we saw which was in the gym area, but they do have drinks machines on every floor.
- definitley pre book breaky you can only do this on the morning of from 6am so if you want to be out the door heading to the park by 7am scan the breakfast QR code on the voucher at 6am asap. You get a number in a virtual line, and when your number is nearly ready head to the line to line up to enter breakfast, you can’t just head straight to a table.
But those are only small things
We loved it and will definitely stay here again, can’t wait to come back !

Extremely satisfied with this hotel. It's a great choice if you're visiting Disneyland, as there are frequent shuttle buses to and from the park. The shuttle also goes to the nearest Shin-Urayasu Station. The breakfast was good too!

Booked this for my kids. The facilities are great, it's very clean, and the environment and service are excellent. It's super close and convenient to Disneyland. The hotel restaurant is really good; you can enjoy a delicious dinner after a day at Disney, and the breakfast is also very rich.

7D7A7N7A lively Disney beehive that runs like clockwork!
Our second room was also a fantastic experience! The hotel is huge, and the flow of tourists is massive due to Disneyland, but the way everything is organized here is just mind-blowing. It is a perfectly oiled, high-performing machine.
Why we loved it:
* Awesome front desk: The reception staff are wonderful—super friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. Despite the crowds, check-in was calm, smooth, and quick.
* Flawless logistics: Everything is designed with tourists in mind. The shuttles run perfectly on time, making traveling around extremely easy and stress-free.
* Spotless and cozy: The room was neat, fresh, and perfectly clean. A great place to relax and unwind.
The vibe here is very lively, fun, and energetic. If you want a hotel where everything works seamlessly and the staff greets you with genuine smiles, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThis hotel near Disneyland, despite many reviews mentioning its age (opened in 1988), actually offered a really great experience. The room was spacious, perfect for families with kids and lots of luggage. The bathroom was also larger than typical Japanese hotel bathrooms, with both a shower and a tub, and DHC toiletries provided. Downstairs, there's a shuttle bus to the JR station and the Disney Resort Line across the street. For dining, you can take a shuttle bus to the mall next to the JR station. Aside from not being able to see the fireworks from the hotel, everything else was excellent. The Japanese staff were also very friendly. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time!

The room amenities were good, and the service was also excellent. The only drawback was the price; it felt quite expensive. We booked the room for 2000 RMB, but an additional 800+ RMB was charged for the children. I disagree with such a high per-person surcharge. The hotel itself does have a distinctive charm. Remember to ask the front desk for the hotel's umbrellas; they're quite photogenic. However, I wouldn't recommend it unless you can secure a room for under 2000 RMB.

We liked this hotel. It's not far from the Disney monorail station. There is a bus from the hotel to the Bayside Station. There is a separate free hotel bus to the Maihama subway station, if you want to go to downtown Tokyo, etc (you don't need take the monorail and pay the high monorail fees). The hotel is tall and the view is unobstructed. They offered us a view of the park or of the ocean, which was very nice. I wish we would have asked them if there is a view of Mount Fuji?
The room was not huge but decent sized, and not the newest style, but it was clean and decent. We would not hesitate to stay there again. The bed was comfortable and the curtains were ok.
