JOYNhua⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The top choice for a Disneyland trip! Incredibly convenient and amazing value for money.
I specifically booked this hotel for my Disneyland trip, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. It's a fantastic value-for-money option near Disney, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Disneyland.
🔹 Transportation & Location
As an official Disneyland partner hotel, the free shuttle bus is incredibly convenient! It goes directly to both Disneyland and DisneySea parks, takes just over ten minutes, and runs frequently without needing reservations. Even if you stay until closing, getting back to the hotel is easy – no need to cram onto a subway or find a taxi. The hotel is directly connected to JR Shin-Urayasu Station, making it easy to get to the city center. The surrounding area has a strong local vibe, unlike the desolate feeling of some pure resort areas.
🔹 Hotel Service
The service attitude was excellent, and the staff were all very attentive. Check-in was efficient, and any issues were addressed quickly. There were also free snacks in the lobby, which was a nice touch after a long day of playing – a small detail that really added to the experience.
🔹 Facilities & Surroundings
The biggest surprise was finding a 24-hour Lawson convenience store right inside the hotel! Coming back from Disneyland late at night, I could just head downstairs. Their yakitori is absolutely delicious, and it instantly boosted my happiness. There are also plenty of surrounding malls and restaurants, offering a rich variety of dining and shopping options. Daily needs like haircuts and buying cosmetics can all be met, and it's more affordable than in central Tokyo, giving it a very authentic local living feel.
🔹 Room Experience
The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities. While it's not a luxury hotel, it was very comfortable to stay in, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a proper rest after a tiring day.
In summary, staying here for a Disneyland trip is definitely a no-brainer. Both convenience and value for money are top-notch. I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit Tokyo for Disneyland.

GuodongbudingmakalongHighly recommend this hotel! The shuttle bus makes it super convenient to get to both the mainland attractions and the ocean. The AEON mall nearby is great for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's an excellent choice, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends. The value for money is exceptional, and the four-person bed was very comfortable. Plus, there's a Komeda Coffee right across the street, and the supermarket has plenty of options for a late-night snack back at the hotel.

Guest UserWe absolutely loved staying at the Grand Nikko and happy we chose to stay here. It felt new and looked after. The room was spacious (2 parents + 1x child 10yrs old) all had our own beds, I would say they are a king single (Australian size).
We were so lucky to have the 10th floor park side which gave us the best view of the Disney Castle of which we could see the fire works show really well from our balcony (sitting in our pajamas eating egg sando from the little onsite conbini watching the fireworks was elite)
Great amenities, great australian type breaky options (bacon, eggs options breads hash browns etc) , fantastic location, decent sized rooms, super easy check in & out, love the smell of the hotel too, the entry/ lobby area is jaw dropping in itself, sitting areas on the bay side for sea view on lobby level are the perfect spot to watch the sun set over the city. It’s a beautiful light and bright hotel.
The only things we noted was
- the dinner buffet would be a little restricted for fussy western eaters & kids options were limited if you have fussy western kids but they do have chips, nuggets, roast pork, bread & rice.
However you can still get prepared and purchase snacks like onigiri, bento and sandwiches etc from the little shop in the lobby. But get in early before everyone gets their Disney pack lunches for the day or wait until majority head out for the day. They get cleaned out pretty quickly at peak times like going out and coming home.
- there was only 1 water refill spot we saw which was in the gym area, but they do have drinks machines on every floor.
- definitley pre book breaky you can only do this on the morning of from 6am so if you want to be out the door heading to the park by 7am scan the breakfast QR code on the voucher at 6am asap. You get a number in a virtual line, and when your number is nearly ready head to the line to line up to enter breakfast, you can’t just head straight to a table.
But those are only small things
We loved it and will definitely stay here again, can’t wait to come back !

Extremely satisfied with this hotel. It's a great choice if you're visiting Disneyland, as there are frequent shuttle buses to and from the park. The shuttle also goes to the nearest Shin-Urayasu Station. The breakfast was good too!

LeilaChanAfter a 9-year hiatus, I returned to Tokyo Disneyland and once again chose the Hilton Tokyo Bay. We booked a Magic Ocean Room, similar to our previous stay (last time was a family room for 5, this time a triple). Upon entering, the stark white ceiling light made it feel like an old guesthouse. Then, opening the window, we realized our room was on the lowest floor, the 3rd, and the tiny corner of 'ocean view' was simply appalling. Hilton, how can you call this an ocean-view room?! This was truly dishonest. In fairness, as an older hotel, some parts are a bit dated, but the overall facilities and services are complete and well-maintained. There's a shuttle bus service to JR Maihama Station and the Monorail Bayside Station (though the shuttle to Maihama Station runs every 20 minutes, so there's a long wait). The hotel is very close to Bayside Station, just a few minutes' walk. Plus, a new entrance to DisneySea's Fantasy Springs area has opened next to Bayside Station, making park access very convenient. There are two Lawsons inside the hotel, so if you return late after a fun day and haven't eaten, you won't go hungry. The hotel has a gym with a swimming pool. There's also a recreational pool, but it seems to be part of the Garden Pool Restaurant, meaning you need to book a meal to use it.

Hefeng05📍 The location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right inside Tokyo Disney Resort, with Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line right at its doorstep, just a 5-minute walk away 🚃. There's a free shuttle bus to the parks, and an airport limousine bus stop downstairs, so even with luggage, it's a breeze.
🌿 The ambiance is grand yet quiet, with a high-ceilinged, spacious lobby and stylish art deco decor. From the ocean-view room's balcony, you can watch the sunset over Tokyo Bay and planes taking off and landing in the distance – truly therapeutic! 🌊 The room is quite spacious by Japanese standards; even with an extra bed for three of us, it was comfortable. The separate bathtub was perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue, and though the bedding was firm, we slept soundly.
🍳 Breakfast was the highlight! The hotel has four restaurants to choose from, and we tried them for three consecutive days:
* **Grand Café:** The most popular, with the widest variety. The freshly made omelets and French toast are a must-try, but it often gets crowded in the morning, so going early is recommended.
* **Galleria Café:** More geared towards Western light meals. The automatic coffee machine makes good lattes ☕. It's less crowded and quiet, perfect for a quick bite if you're in a hurry.
* **Asuka (飛鳥):** Offers Japanese set meals. The grilled fish, miso soup, and small side dishes are exquisitely presented, adding a sense of ceremony 🍱. Service can be slow, but if you're not rushing, it's a very pleasant dining experience.
💁 The service is up to Japanese standards. The front desk staff communicate smoothly in English. Luggage storage and early check-in can be handled at the Welcome Center next to Maihama Station, which is very thoughtful. The kids' play area and indoor pool allowed the little ones to burn off energy completely, giving the adults a break.
Overall, I'd definitely want to come back for the Disney convenience and breakfast variety! Highly recommend for families with kids. 👨👩👧

Guest UserThis hotel near Disneyland, despite many reviews mentioning its age (opened in 1988), actually offered a really great experience. The room was spacious, perfect for families with kids and lots of luggage. The bathroom was also larger than typical Japanese hotel bathrooms, with both a shower and a tub, and DHC toiletries provided. Downstairs, there's a shuttle bus to the JR station and the Disney Resort Line across the street. For dining, you can take a shuttle bus to the mall next to the JR station. Aside from not being able to see the fireworks from the hotel, everything else was excellent. The Japanese staff were also very friendly. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time!

The room was impeccably clean. The bedding and toiletries provided were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety. There's also a hot spring bath (onsen) on the first floor, which was a pleasant surprise. I was very satisfied with my stay. This hotel is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. It's conveniently located very close to Naritasan Temple, which features a calligraphy exhibition and a beautiful park – perfect for a relaxing stroll.

Excellent location. Room view facing Tokyo Bay & Mt. Fuji was stunning.
Extremely clean—-only oversight was trundle bed beneath main bed. Cover needed cleaning. But looked like it hadn’t been used in forever.
Amazing shower & Japanese-style shower room. Great reading lights at bedside—-something relatively rare.
Very comfortable stay. Hotel restaurant not vegan friendly, however. But overall location & price were great & I’d definitely stay again.
Easy 20-minute walk to Tokyo Disneyland entrance OR frequent bus rides in the vintage looking RV to Maihama Station.
