My wife and I had a short stay at this hotel. We ordered room service and Shalini, the person who took our order on the phone was very accommodative to our specic requirements at 10pm. Then came the most impressive Room Service ever experienced by both of us. Aditya, took so much of personal pride to layout the food and served us. Typically we are delivered a trolley with food inside and are expected to serve ourselves. But this wonderful young *** made our late dinner extra special. We skipped breakfast but had their buffet lunch. What a huge and appetising spread.... Once again, the service was as good as the food. Both exceptional !! Chef Sandeep specially attended to us. He saw that we had taken Saag (spinach) so he came around and said you must hv Makki Di Roti with your Saag. Within minutes, we had freshly made Makki Di Roti at our table. The person who served us at the Del restaurant was Nikhil. Very attentive, friendly and quick to serve us. Kudos to the hotel for infusing such a deep sense of good service and superb food quality. Well done ji 🙏

Simply wonderful, choosing this Novotel was the best decision I made in India. India can be chaotic, but this hotel is a haven of peace and comfort. It truly lives up to its standards. It's so CLEAN! The breakfasts are delicious with plenty of choices. The staff are very polite, and the rooms are super comfortable. Everything you need is there. It's the best choice you could make. Thanks to the beautiful lady at the reception, I believe her name is Raya. A wonderful lady, she upgraded my room and I asked her to write a message – she wrote the best one anyone ever has. Thank you!

The room was quite small. I've always stayed at the Imperial Hotel before, and this place clearly falls a notch below in terms of facilities and service. Plus, there's always a scammer by the entrance, pretending to read a newspaper. Every time we step out to catch a taxi, he tries to pull various tricks on us, even driving away our cab and insisting we go to a specific shopping spot. If you're just on a layover, you'd be better off staying at a hotel near the airport.

More than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night. The overpriced Minibar Scam I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel. All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value. Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments

I have always been a big admirer of the Taj hospitality experience, though on this visit it felt like some of its former charm was missing. I encountered several issues at the restaurant that unfortunately remained unresolved during my stay. That said, the hotel itself is very well maintained, and the overall standard of service from the staff remains warm and attentive.

*Poor hospitality - hotel staff lying to guests & downgrading guest’s room type during their stay* This is my second time staying at this hotel, as I find the location and facilities suitable. However, I am extremely disappointed this time due to the poor level of hospitality. I booked my stay from February 11 to 14 initially, and then added one more night on February 10. We arrived at the hotel at 23:45 on February 10. When we checked in, we informed the staff that we had two bookings. At first, the staff asked us to check out and check in again on February 11. This was very strange and inconvenient for us. After some discussion, the staff said we did not need to check out and check in again on February 11. The room type was also upgraded to a suite, and the staff assured us that this upgrade would be valid for the entire stay until February 14. On February 11, around 16:00, we received a call from the hotel informing us of issues on the entire 11th floor and requesting us to move to another room. This was very disturbing, as we had just checked in late the previous evening. Unpacking and repacking our bags exhausted us. The staff assured us that the new room would be of the same type as our current one. However, when we moved and reached the new room, it was a standard room. We are disappointed that the staff has been dishonest. How can a hotel downgrade a guest’s room during their stay? This is absolutely unacceptable. When we called the staff, they claimed that we had to leave the suite because it was full. The reason given earlier (issues on the 11th floor) was a lie. Moreover, we did not receive a room of the same type as our original one. This has been a completely horrible experience for us. When we returned at night, we saw that some guests were going to the 11th floor, which indicates there are no issues there. This clearly shows that the staff's explanation was false. I hope there will be an explanation. Is this discrimination because I am not a local Indian? I also believe that better training for your staff is needed. This kind of hospitality only damages the hotel’s reputation. I am also providing the upgraded and downgraded room type as a proof of this comment.

Second time staying in this hotel. Service is as good as you can get anywhere, top notch. Facilities are great, with gym and spa. Staff are well trained, polite and often remember my name, make a huge difference. Did a spa this time which is slightly pricy but experience is decent.

I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. I arrived late at night and was checked in within five minutes. The room was clean, with wonderful bedding and fresh linen, good toiletries, and plenty of bottled water. They even provided toothbrushes, a razor, and slippers. The only thing missing was a bathrobe. The room itself was spacious and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with both Indian and European options, tasty fruits, and pastries. Getting to the airport is easy by metro, just one stop. It's about a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the metro station ***** a decent street, and I didn't regret not taking a taxi to the airport. After staying in other Indian hotels during my trip, this one felt like paradise! I highly recommend it. And a tip: the price often drops significantly closer to the check-in date.

GGuest UserI had the absolute pleasure of staying at Maidens Hotel, Delhi with my wife and our 17-month-old daughter, and it has truly been the finest hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered, the entire team made us feel like family. Every staff member is courteous, warm, and genuinely hospitable. The front desk is always welcoming with a smile, and I’ll especially remember Aijaz, who greeted us so kindly, and the GM, Prachi, who personally extended her warmth. Housekeeping, security, restaurant staff and every single person here has a helping mentality that sets this property apart. Our room was nothing short of spectacular; spacious, beautifully maintained, full of thoughtful amenities, and carrying a fragrance that instantly makes you feel at home. We had a luggage room, a drawing room, and a wonderfully decorated washroom. The welcome fruits and cakes were such a delightful surprise, something very few hotels still practice. There was even a little cutey bed prepared just for our daughter, which melted our hearts. What touched us most, were the gestures for our little girl. Housekeeping left her personalized cushions and adorable plush toys; ‘act of kindness’ that go far beyond duty. Seeing her cuddle up with a cushion embroidered with her name, and play with the toys thoughtfully arranged on her bed, was pure magic. These are the kind of memories we’ll treasure forever, and I’ll make sure she knows how dearly she was cared for here when she grows older. The dining experience was equally outstanding. Executive Chef Jashan Arora is beyond my praising capacity, a beautiful mind whose generosity and care cannot be overstated. Jashan even stood there during our departure, a gesture that shows the depth of his character and the heart he puts into his work. He personally ensured that our baby’s meals were made exactly how we wanted, often even better, and the dinners we had were delicious. The buffet breakfast was served alongside a green lawn where I had morning walks with my daughter, a picture-perfect start to each day. This heritage property itself is breathtaking. Maidens Hotel has preserved its timeless architecture and charm so beautifully that every corner feels picturesque, walking through it is like stepping back into history, yet with every modern comfort in place. There is truly nothing I can complain about here. If anything, my only regret is that I couldn’t do anything for the people who made our stay so memorable. To Jashan, Aijaz, Prachi, Ayushi, the restaurant team, housekeeping, security, and everyone else, you have my heartfelt gratitude. This hotel has set a standard that others should learn from. It is, without doubt, the best hotel I have stayed in, and I look forward to returning again. Until then, I’ll miss you all dearly.

GGuest UserConvenient hotel for a stopover between flights, close to the airport. You can get there by metro (one stop, about 20 rupees) or by Uber for around $3. A taxi can also be arranged and paid for at the hotel desk, though it will be more expensive. The staff are friendly and helped resolve an issue with extending the stay. The room has everything necessary: a bed, air conditioning, and amenities. If you have some time, you can visit the outdoor pool. If you don’t want to gamble with the nearby scam hotels, this is a very good option, although the price is not low.

GGuest UserRoom in Aloft hotel is comfortable and spacious, compared with other 4/5 stars hotels in Aerocity. I stayed 4 of them. Breakfast is with various options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. The dining hall is beautiful too. I would like to try their sushi restaurant next time. One problem was the noises at night. Maybe there is some night club nearby. I am relatively sensitive to the noises so that made the sleep difficult and shallow. But except for this, the rest are all good.

GGuest UserThis hotel location is 100% ideal but more than that is the service & hospitality. Sauraub front desk manager is incredibly accommodating & always ready to find prompt solution to any issues. As I was not happy with the room that was given even though I booked & paid for a nicer one, he immediately understood my valid concern & found a solution on the spot. Restaurant staff & food (many choices in buffet) are outstanding & my compliments to the chefs & management of the restaurant. Always a smile & always ready to assist. Great training & congratulations for a job well done!

GGuest UserI booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.

AAlex PervovWe had a confusion with the booking because several hotels in this chain have almost identical names. By mistake, we booked the one in Delhi instead of Gurgaon. When we arrived for check-in, it took nearly two hours of back-and-forth with the staff trying to fix the situation, request a refund, or switch to the correct hotel. In the end, they assured us that everything would be resolved — they said they’d contact the other branch and process the refund. Unfortunately, the refund never arrived. I ended up spending more than 3–4 hours in total on calls, messages, and endless explanations just to fix something that should’ve been simple. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when paying $350 per night.
