Facilities: The hotel pool was great fun, especially since the weather was good. The kids absolutely loved it. Hygiene: Good. Ambiance: This time, I tried the buffet dinner. The selection was rich, and the desserts were quite good. However, the seafood replenishment wasn't sufficient; the crayfish, though not expensive, ran out very quickly. The lobster at the carving station tasted quite good, but it would have been even better to get a whole one. I bought a 3-day, 2-night package from Trip.com this time, which can be split up. I'll definitely come back to stay again during the summer holiday!

Service: Upon entering the building, the concierge was quite good and proactively helped with luggage. However, once we reached the 70th floor, there were no welcoming staff; just a male staff member standing there, constantly staring and scrutinizing, which made us uncomfortable. Fortunately, the lounge staff, who we had contacted via WeChat beforehand, helped arrange things, including a room upgrade. But during check-in, the front desk only mentioned the original room type, which didn't seem very professional. Turndown service was available, but only upon our request. Hygiene: Overall, no issues. Environment: It's unique, but there's no natural light inside the building. Facilities: After entering the room, we couldn't find drinking water for a while. We had to call to find out it was in the cabinet under the coffee machine – very hard to spot and not proactively communicated.

Great location, walking distance to Huaqiangbei Electronics world - perfect to anyone who is visiting Shenzhen for the cyberpunk vibes. Hotel is fantastic with friendly service and amazing rooftop swimming pool and sauna. As well it offers delicious breakfast. We definitely would like to return:)

Whenever I visit Jiangmen, I always choose Wanda Realm. Upon arrival, a porter actively helped me with my luggage, and check-in was very quick. The front desk even proactively upgraded my room, which was excellent service. The room facilities and equipment are very comprehensive; it doesn't feel like a hotel that's been open for ten years. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and a park, making it easy to shop, eat, and exercise. It's a great choice for business trips or leisure travel to Jiangmen.

The room quality is consistently excellent, with high-end toiletries and exquisite bedding. During my two-day stay, Skylar Betsy from the front desk provided meticulous and thoughtful service, ensuring great privacy. I also want to thank Amy, who helped with my check-out; her attitude was wonderful. The Residences are conveniently located, with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The overall experience was truly five-star plus – highly recommended!

My stay at Hilton Zhongshan Lihe was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right in the city center, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the high-rise rooms offer stunning city views. The heated pool was wonderfully cool and refreshing, and I even got to watch the sunset from the 60th floor in the evening. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and soft bedding. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. It's super convenient for getting around and shopping. Staying here in Zhongshan was incredibly comfortable. A big thanks to Xia Tian for recommending the great food spots, I'm very satisfied!

Highly recommended! The front desk staff, especially Ev, provided exceptionally thoughtful service. They were polite and gentle, and even proactively offered advice on local attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. My entire experience was excellent, and the attention to detail in their service was truly heartwarming.

I took a friend who was visiting from abroad to Shenzhen for some shopping. Since my friend is particularly interested in electronics, I chose a hotel right in the heart of Huaqiangbei. The hotel is conveniently located next to Huaqiang Electronic World and Metro Lines 2 and 7, and it's within a 10-minute walk to SEG Plaza and Metro Line 1. This allowed us to easily pop back to the hotel to rest and drop off our purchases. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel has some history, but all its facilities and rooms are well-maintained, and the service is incredibly efficient; they readily agreed to our late check-out request. Next time I'm in Huaqiangbei, this will definitely be my go-to hotel.

From the efficient handling by Front Desk Manager Zhang Zhiying, to the warm concern of the duty manager, the female manager with the code 066FOLIYA on my checkout bill (didn't catch her name), the staff at the buffet restaurant, the reception at the business center, and the guidance from the housekeeping staff... many details confirmed my impression: the Shangri-La brand still strives for true five-star hotel standards, and I highly commend them.
