The hotel is as good as ever. The facilities are very complete and it is a relatively new hotel in the local area. Breakfast is also very good, I will choose to stay next time.

The hotel is an ancient castle-style building next to the church. The hotel has an escalator to the underground Central Railway Station, and there are many shops that provide all-weather dining. Very satisfied in all aspects.

I booked a hotel in advance through Ctrip and paid in full. They didn't say anything when I checked out. When I returned to China, there was an extra 238 RMB on my credit card bill. I asked the travel agency and the hotel admitted that they deducted the money from my card without informing me. The explanation was that the room rate had increased that day so I had to pay the difference. Ctrip stepped in to resolve the issue satisfactorily and the hotel refunded the fee. I like CTRIP.

I loved the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The kids also loved the swimming pool and spa. The staff was friendly and I was very satisfied with the free fresh apples provided in the morning and the free snacks provided at the bar. What needs to be improved is that the TV is so old that you can't connect to Netflix, YouTube, or your phone at all, and the bed mattress is so worn out that two people are crowded in the middle in the morning.^^

Cleanliness and service were just average. However, the location is excellent; the ambiance was elegant, and the food was good. Its proximity to the subway makes transportation incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities, offers a huge selection of fantastic dining options, and is also close to several universities and art schools.

Stayed at the hotel for the second time. The lobby manager did an upgrade of the room and the suite. Dinner was very good! At night, participating in the forest light show outside the hotel was unforgettable!
