Asteria Melaka by Attic Suite is a fantastic place to stay for a relaxing trip. The room was spotless, modern, and very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony view. I really appreciated the peaceful environment and the overall design, which felt stylish yet cozy. The location is convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and only a short drive to popular attractions. Facilities like the pool and gym were well-maintained and enjoyable. Overall, it offers great value for money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Melaka.

My favorite hotel in Malacca! The design has an old-money feel, very artistic. The breakfast is special, with local Indian pancakes that taste great. The bathroom in the room has a bathtub, and my window overlooks a river. The parking lot behind the hotel is also very spacious. It offers great value for money. The front desk staff are very polite. They even offered a welcome drink and flower cookies that reminded me of my childhood. It truly brought me back to my younger days. I love this hotel so much and will definitely stay here again!

This hotel just opened two months ago, right by the sea near Portuguese Settlement. I didn't have high expectations initially, but I was so pleasantly surprised! The hotel is backed by the ocean, and there's a clean, beautiful pool right in the courtyard. The breakfast was rich and clean – especially the bread, which clearly wasn't pre-made, and the fruit was super fresh. It felt much more genuine than some of the five-star hotels in downtown Kuala Lumpur! Even at 9 or 10 PM, you could still order food from the hotel restaurant, and the quality here was genuinely high compared to outside options. This morning, the hotel even had a lion dance performance, which added to the festive atmosphere. The hotel manager really pays attention to service details, which is absolutely essential for a great hotel. Having a fresh, high-quality breakfast in the morning is a wonderful start to the day, and you can even swim in the pool after coming back at night. A Grab taxi to Jonker Street is only about 8-10 RM away. It's very quiet at night, with a gentle sea breeze and the pool. It reminded us of beautiful places we'd traveled to before and even brought back memories of my partner's hometown. Because of this, we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for two more nights. Highly recommend everyone to stay here! (The only minor thing to note is that the air conditioning in the rooms can be a bit noisy. Hopefully, they can improve this. It gets quite warm at night, so you need the AC, and it would be great if it didn't blow directly on you.) 1) The room cleanliness and linens were excellent; the towels were tumble-dried, and the sheets were neatly ironed. 2) The staff were warm and friendly. 3) The environment was outstanding, quiet, and beautiful. 4) The breakfast was exquisite and clean. The chicken sausage was the only one with a normal texture among the seven or eight hotels we've stayed at in Malaysia. The à la carte restaurant didn't disappoint either; you could tell the watermelon juice was fresh (many places serve overnight juice). Thank you to the hotel for their dedication, which made our vacation wonderful. If we ever return to Malacca, The Lisbon Malacca will definitely be our top choice.

I chose Dusit Princess Melaka for my trip this time, and the overall experience was fantastic! Room and Facilities: My first impression upon checking in was how spacious and bright the room was. The decor is modern and cozy. As it's a relatively new hotel, all the facilities and equipment are very new and well-maintained. The bedding and toiletries were also of good quality, making for a very comfortable stay. Public Areas: The hotel's amenities are a major highlight. The swimming pool has clean water and an expansive view, making an afternoon swim very enjoyable. The gym is well-equipped and has a clean environment, which is great for those who like to work out. Location: The location is just right. Although it's not in the bustling city center, it's not far from main attractions like Jonker Street; a Grab ride only takes a few minutes. This allowed us to enjoy the quiet evenings while still having convenient access to everything. Service and Price: The staff members were all very friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The service level was excellent. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable, offering exceptional value for money among hotels of its caliber. No deposit is required for check-in either! Whether it's the hardware facilities or the soft services, this hotel does a great job. If you're looking for a modern, reasonably priced, and conveniently located hotel, this is definitely the place to choose!

Arrived by bus from Singapore, and the hotel is super close to the bus station. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and if you walk a bit further, there are two shopping malls. It's also quite near the old city wall ruins. The earliest check-in time is around 2:30 PM, which feels pretty inconvenient. On the bright side, there are plenty of seating areas in the lobby. The room itself is quite spacious, and the bathroom is clean. Overall, it's great value for money.

We checked in a day before the Labour Day holiday, which allowing us to avoid the crowds and enjoy a far more relaxed atmosphere. It was honestly such a refreshing break for the whole family! Located within the A'Famosa Resort grounds, the lobby is stunning, open-air entrance with high ceilings that feel welcoming the moment you walk in. It was smooth check-in process and the kids were given a little ”passport” to collect stamps around the hotel. The room was very comfortable with soft beds and fluffy pillows. Since we were celebrating a birthday, the staff also surprised us with a cute towel elephant and macarons upon request. As a Muslim traveler, we were pleased to find a prayer mat and a Qibla direction provided in the room, making it very convenient for us. The pool water is clean, and the children's water slides were a big hit. They even have a giant chess set by the pool. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of Asian, Western, and Japanese food, including a dedicated kids' corner. A major highlight was the authentic Teh Tarik served by the ”Teh Tarik man”. We also loved the potato slices and choc au liat warm pastries and bread pudding. Best of all, the kids got a free scoop of ice cream at checkout for finishing their stamps! It was a wonderful stay that offered great value for the whole family.

The house is comfortable for us who have small children. Even though it is a studio house, the house is very clean, beautiful and tidy. Thank you for giving us an interesting experience. The view from the house is beautiful. Especially at night. 🥰

The hotel looks grand and the room is very spacious and clean. The view is great as I can see the city and sea partially. The bed and pillows are comfortable that helped me to sleep well😴 The staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon check in, the staff will provide you with their specially made cookies which tasted delicious😁 The only problem is that walking to Jonker Street is not convenient and you need to drive or Grab there in a few minutes 😅
