3-Star Hotels in Santiago, Dominican Republic

+ The room is comfortable, breakfast is good. The hotel is located close to Metro Tour station. There is a free coffee on reception. Suggestion: the tile in a bathroom is slippery when wet. A floor towel to absorb water will make toilet and sink usage more comfortable.

Clean, tidy and bright, each staff service is sincere and comfortable, the price is affordable, the sixth floor is equipped with a small restaurant to eat, the price is cheap. The location is located outside the city center. The traffic sound is a bit loud. People who need quiet will not be suitable. It will be there within 10 minutes on foot near the Heroes Monument.

It's average, the room is medium sized, the main problem is that the soundproofing is poor. Living on the first floor, you can hear the noise from the front desk and the street, and there are a lot of texts. But the breakfast of this hotel is very good

Excellent location in Santiago. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. The staff are all very polite and customer oriented. The food and service in Tapas restaurant is fantastic. The included breakfast buffet is excellent as well. Customer service is outstanding here. Free shuttle to and from STI is also a big plus. The UBER drivers in Santiago attempt to overcharge on all airport pick ups and demand payment in cash. The hotel shuttle driver was right outside the arrivals door waiting for me and it was greatly appreciated.

Very good Hotel in the city center

Very good food and service, and perfect location. The only thing I don't agree with is that after you pay for a suite, you don't have the right to a toothbrush and toothpaste because you have to pay for it.
