I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. Good price and value. Good location in terms of being near the big attractions and walking distance to restaurants, including no less than 4 Indian restaurants. Very near LYNX bus stops, but be forewarned that the Orlando public bus is very undependable. Most of the staff are bilingual, and housekeeping is prompt and thorough. On the negative side, the swimming pool is very busy, filled with children, and not very peaceful. On arrival, I got accosted by tour sellers and I was just too hot and tired for that. Security is somewhat heavy-handed, but at the same time, that did make me feel safe. The door lock on my room was finicky, and it often took multiple attempts to get in, and I didn't drink on this trip. The restaurant is okay but isn't open very late. When I dropped in to make sure they were still open at 8:15 the young lady at the front said yes, then when I was walking back to my room to change shirts to come back and dine, she sent a customer to run after me to say they were closed. I didn't eat in the restaurant after that rude experience. Note that there are half a dozen Rosen hotels in Orlando, with very similar names. This makes it hard to use Google Maps for directions and confuses Uber and Lyft drivers.

So all 3 morning the coffee was not working and on Sunday they had waffles but they were plugged in by an extension cord that kept coming undone The rooms were blah, old for sure. Location excellent for Hollywood studios without staying on property. If you are only sleeping and don't like coffee this is fine. But I would not recommend the hotel if you planned to hang low for a day in between park hoping.

I was just passing through and needed a late check-in and an early morning check-out. I booked it for a few hours because it was discounted, and it turned out to be excellent. At first, I wasn't sure if the parking garage entrance was automatic, and it appeared closed, so I couldn't get in. Fortunately, another car arrived and entered, so I was able to follow them. The front desk area was lovely and clean, which made a great first impression. The room itself was very spacious, and I particularly liked that it had laminate flooring instead of carpet. Parking was free, and while they apparently offer breakfast, I wasn't able to enjoy it because of my early morning check-out. Even though it was a short stay, I had a very comfortable rest. Thank you.

Hotel was as advertised inside the airport with cero commute need.  The room was spot clean but dated, was like 1960 with a flat screen tv.  Outside room and lobby also super dated. No ammenities. It’s purpose is to be a place to crash inside the airport.

We arrived Ft Lauderdale airport at 6:40pm, got pick up by Hôtel shuttle at 8pm. It takes more than 1hr 20mins for the driver to arrive, lucky he was very nice so we tipped. We have to crossed 5 lanes to opposite Subway store before 9pm for get our dinner. That night we pre book Uber for the next morning 1030am to Cruise terminal. It turned out cheaper than Hotel pre-book  transfer bus

This hotel was very cheap and as expected. Nice and clean, in a good location on International Drive, near decent restaurants and bars. An affordable place to lay your head when spending lots of money at theme parks everyday. The noise from the highway can be heard, I would recommend you take earplugs.

Not the typical Holiday Inn. Hotel is dated, and customer service is inexistent. Front Desk telling stories to each other, client is not a priority, but an interruption to their social time.

Everything about the hotel was great. It’s very beautiful inside and it has four working elevators that are very quick. I think everybody’s favorite amenity was the pool in the hot tub. It was very beautiful out there and the hot tub featured a waterfall. The kids really enjoyed being at the pool. The bartender made probably one of the best Bahama mamas I’ve ever had! The breakfast was pretty good also.

CCarmelWe liked our stay at this hotel. Liked the location and our room. Staff are accommodating. Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included. Definitely would rebook here for future travels and staycations.

GGuest UserRocketstay is awful. Pain to use, slow, cumbersome, check in extraordinarily late so they can charge extra to check in early, extremely early check out. This place was advertised at $130/night, and at the end of the rocketstay fees it was $200/night. Not worth it.

EEvanFirstly SUPER CLEAN! Inside AND Outside. CLEEEAN! Usually I hate hotels with carpet, but it was so clean I genuinely felt comfortable taking my socks off!!! And after one full night of walking basically barefoot through the room the bottom of my feet were clean!!!!! And the beds are SO COMFORTABLE!!!! I really only have two negative things to say which I will stay below. The Front Desk lady at first Kind of acted as if I was slightly bothersome, Which rubbed Me the wrong way at first especially after she informed me that there was a $50 deposit which was not told to me earlier over the phone or before purchasing a room or after. And at first she was uncaring. But they were busy, I have a job as well and sometimes I can be slightly shorter with some customers, it's never anything personal, we're human, but at the end of it she actually made an exception to the deposit because I was not informed. Which totally made up what I felt at first. She actually turned out to be very kind and caring. so this negative one actually wasn't that negative.. lol Now .. the breakfast 😂. PITIFUL!!! It's not nasty. Or gross.. it's just, bleh.. beagles. Bread. Maybe ONE hot dish if your lucky. Only decent thing is One Waffles maker for a HUGE hotel. Which most hotels That serve breakfast. So again it's not bad, just nothing special.. one could even say subpar, I mean the Comfort suites which is right across the street which is much cheaper has two times better breakfast.. but nothing compares to the Home2 rooms. The rooms make up for the lousy breakfast. The bathrooms!! Have FULL bottles of really good conditioner, shampoo on my antibody wash as well as hand soap and lotion. The Smart Tvs are AWESOME! Incredibly high definition and pretty big!! And the walls are pretty thick and soundproof, you might hear a door open or close next to you once in awhile but you don't really hear people talking or any noises from your neighbor other than the occasional door shutting or opening. And I just have to speak on the breakfast part one more time, their breakfast bar the way it's set up you would think it was going to be so extravagant. When it's worse than. Comfort suites and comfort suites set. Is ... Let's just say not humbled, lol. It definitely less extravagant come up with the breakfast is decent, I have at least two to three hot items. Fix your breakfast and I'll give you five stars all day on everything!!! Oh yeah they also have a gym, as well as fire pits outside which is pretty cool!! And my room, which was the king sweet came with a full size couch, ottoman and what looks like a half kitchen basically with a dishwasher and full sink and even dishes!!

Ttracey grangerWe were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

XXiaonaoThe hotel offers no room cleaning service; they only empty the trash bins every three days. In hot weather, leaving trash for days is unsanitary and unbearable, so we had to find our own trash bags to replace them. The bedding was arranged like a 'sandwich': a bottom sheet, the duvet insert, and then a top sheet. This meant that with even the slightest movement during sleep, you'd directly touch the duvet insert. To make matters worse, my duvet insert was incredibly dirty, covered in multiple blood stains of various sizes and other unidentifiable marks.

DDr RobertMy review is intended as constructive feedback and should be taken that way. Check-in was a bit of a hassle, but once we got over a speed bump, everything was fine. I won't go into what happened exactly, but please NOTE: they do NOT accept cash for the deposit or payment. You must have a credit card.. Make sure your card works... and they don't seem to accept Union Pay cards. There isn't any drinkable water in the room, but there is a convenience store two buildings away - super convenient. The rooms are clean. But, everything is old. The furniture could be quickly restored with some varnish to the furniture, and rustic rugs tossed on the wooden floors. They should consider adding their own line of soaps and hair care products for an element of care and elegance. It'd be nice to have a couple of complimentary bottles of water, as well. The free shuttle from the airport - go to blue baggage claim and go out one of the blue entry/exit points; either 1 or 2 - at the far ends of the baggage claim corridor. Look for a ”Veterans Limo” van. They come regularly. Just tell the driver where you're going. Breakfast is great if you love carbs. Unfortunately, no proteins were served. I recommend just adding some scrambled or hard-boiled eggs or turkey bacon and cheeses. You should add more varieties of bagels and bread, as well - especially if you're going to stay carb-centric. Raisin bagels would've been nice. Thanks for the waffles. Neat, but I would prefer an omlette station. Overall, I will probably not stay here again, but only because there are so many other options to choose from. Oh... No offense, but the front desk staff could use some training in customer service and customer care. A couple of them seem to be tired of guests and refer to guests as ”them” and ”they” with a tone of contempt. The staff seems to be falling into a horrible customer care death spiral of ”us” vs. ”them” and seeing ”them” as ”stupid.” Maybe have just a workshop to help staff reaffirm their commitment to the hospitality industry. Competition won't go away, but customers will.

KKareenCEverything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol! Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited.. Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines. Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm. We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶 This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰
