3-Star Hotels in Shaanxi, China

I got to know Hancheng only after I went to Hukou Waterfall. I realized that this is a thousand-year-old ancient city, and it is not very commercialized. There were many small alleys in the ancient city of Hancheng when I arrived at night. The hotel owner was very nice. She was afraid that we would go the wrong way, so she came out to pick us up and help us with our luggage. The hotel was also very good because we were just passing by and did not arrange more time to stay here. We went directly to Hukou Waterfall the next morning. Next time, I will definitely arrange time to stay here for a few days, visit this ancient city, and stay in this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at the Western Airport Aviation Hotel in Xi'an. It's super easy to find and you'll get there in no time. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a quick stopover or an overnight stay before a flight. The convenience of its location next to the airport is unbeatable. Free shuttle bus to airport. Highly recommended for anyone needing a place to rest during transit or before a night flight!

First of all, the hotel is located near the metro and it is easy to find it. Secondly, the process of checking into the hotel was smooth. The receptionists are polite at all times. There is a free flow of hot drinks at the lobby. Near the lobby there is an ironing section, laundry section and gym room. But only two washing machines are provided for hundreds of rooms. But Wang Aunty is good enough to help guests take out the washed clothing out from the washing machines and put them in the dryer. Cao Supervisor helped us to iron out clothes as the old iron was not in function. Our rooms are far away from the lifts but the rooms are in a quiet place. Beds and pillows are good to sleep in. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and the breakfast was provided almost the same everyday but they changed it a little bit. The cleaner aunty in the restaurant is polite. The location is good not really far from the Muslim Quarter. The bus stop is just in front of this hotel. We took didi easily. AI XiaoLe in the room was not helpful. Overall, I still suggest that this hotel is more friendly to guests and we felt warm like at home.

This family run homestay is the most magnificent one I’ve ever stayed in. From the luxurious room (including a fancy bidet, remote controlled curtains, mountain view, comfy bed and pillows), to the second to none customer service, this has been a highlight of my trip! It is located in a charming neighborhood as well. I enjoyed strolling around the streets. There were sweet ladies right outside selling a bag of apricots for 10 yuan (of which each and everyone I ate was delicious!). There is a language barrier, however, so long as you have WeChat, the owner will add you as a friend and the messaging platform automatically translates each other‘s messages, which made communication very doable. Breakfast is 10 yuan and there are plenty of very affordable options to choose from for dinner. All staff are very gracious, free transportation to the airport and Huashan mountain (you can purchase tickets via the owner and she will provide QR codes for the cable cars, although staff at the visitor center may not know, as was in my case, that they need to manually input your passport number into the machine to find your digital ticket as there is no QR code for the park entry ticket, just your passport). If you want to stay somewhere right near Mount Huashan, you can’t find a better deal. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Not worth for value of money. Photo show new…. Actual is old and not maintain well. Asking for non smoking room. The hotel seems not care of my request. Ask for change but all the other 3 rooms also have strong smell. If you do not like smoke smell at all. Please do not book typical local hotel (if the hotel allow people Smoking in room….. indeed all room are smoking room) The shower drainage block… all water flow out the drainage point beneath the basin. They even provide rubber sleeper in toilet (means expected). Also can see some cut line on the floor seems to divert the water. Why not just repair and fix it ????

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, situated close to the hiking route of Huashan, though a bit farther from the city center. The area itself is very calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff took great care of me throughout my stay. Mr. Xiao was especially helpful, he assisted me in purchasing hiking tickets and even offered transportation between the hotel, the train station, and the hiking area, which made everything so much easier. The atmosphere at the hotel was warm and welcoming, and the service was truly outstanding. I felt so comfortable that I even decided to extend my stay. The breakfast was excellent and the overall authenticity and quality of service were rare to find. I was truly happy to stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The rooms are fully equipped, cleaned, close to the bustling street of a road, nearby Xinda Plaza and Hengji Commercial Center, shopping and food are very convenient. The overall is not very new, the carpet is a bit dark, the projector is used, the picture is not clear, it looks like it hurts the eyes. The phone can't get through, and I can contact the front desk with my mobile phone. This is outrageous! There is more outrageous. Someone called out at night, and someone opened the door the next morning. Fortunately, there was nothing in it. I talked to the front desk for a long time. I opened a standard room. I was very angry, but I was used to praise. I followed the principle that everyone is not easy to go out. I will not make bad reviews. I hope the business can strengthen management and business is booming!

This stay in Huashan was perfect! The B&B is quiet and elegant, surrounded by green trees. When you open the window, you can see the mountains and the sound of birds singing in the early morning, which makes people feel relaxed and comfortable. The B&B is in an excellent location, very close to the North Peak trail entrance, which saves a lot of time and energy and provides great convenience for the mountain climbing trip. The boss and his family are warm and hospitable, and they are meticulous in everything from front desk reception to room service. They not only inform you of climbing precautions in advance and share the best viewing routes, but also thoughtfully prepare climbing supplies. The room is warmly decorated, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped, and there aren't a lot of bugs just because it's at the foot of the mountain. Both the hardware conditions and service quality are impeccable, and it is highly recommended to every friend who comes to Huashan! Little Huashan, take it! (North up and North down)

This place was great - it's close to Huashan, the food was good (great) and the family that runs it is very sweet and very helpful. If you don't speak Chinese they are great at translating for you. Also, they will take you wherever you need to go which isn't common elsewhere. They are concerned with your well-being for sure, and my friend had a problem with food poisoning and they were very helpful and supportive even though we had to extend by a couple days. Overall a great experience and I hope to be back!

The environment has to be said to be really good, there are not many people staying, I feel that there is our family, very clean. But I still want to complain about the management of the homestay. It seems that the same front desk ran two stores back and forth during the day, so when we called, we repeatedly called four or five times, and no one answered the phone at the front desk. It is not to blame the front desk staff, the staff is very good, I think this is a problem of company management. The front desk can't answer the phone in time, and I can't find anyone if I have any problems. It's really terrible.
