3-Star Hotels in Shaanxi, China

My stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .

This was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.

Great location, really easy to get around the city from thé hotel. Friendly staff, some speak english, some happy to communicate through translation apps, and are clearly used to that. Washing machine and dryer available too which was helpful. They also allowed us to pay on the day for breakfast, which we hadn’t booked.

The hotel ia strategic, near and easy access to all the scenic area. Food is not a problem since the shopping street is surrounding the hotel area. We have a great time staying there. The host has been very helpful and friendly during our entire stay. Laundry services is also available at the hotel and it’s convenient for us. If you are tired from walking at the scenic area, the lower ground shop-lot have lot off massage parlours where you can relax after the hectic day. The owners’ cats are so cute and super friendly and being and additional friends for us 😍

The room was really spacious, and the air conditioning kept it nice and warm. Service was prompt, and it offered great value for money. The location is also fantastic, right near Damok City and very close to the subway station. Plus, there are plenty of snack shops, malls, and public transport options nearby, making everything super convenient.

They offer shuttle services to and from the station, and also to the tourist center. The room is spacious, the environment is great, and the facilities are good. There's even a rooftop where you can watch the sunrise. The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Seriously, just look at the room rates – it's really great value for money!

The location of this traditional hostel next to the city walls was very convenient and close to a metro station and at walking distance of some of the city landmarks. The room was very clean, beautiful traditional style, very comfortable beds & cosy bedlinen. Good water pressure. No noise at night time as double windows. Little offer of food and drinks at the cafe on the ground floor but many places nearby to eat and drink. I do recommend it!

The hotel environment is very comfortable and cozy. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, and there's plenty of hot water. The cleaning staff are also very enthusiastic. The front desk check-in was fast and professional, with warm service. They even proactively offered us a local tourist map for reference. The washing machines in the laundry room were easy to use, and clothes could be worn directly after drying. The facilities are complete and very new, and the TV supports screen mirroring. Breakfast was delicious, with local specialties like 'liangpi' (cold noodles) and freshly ground coffee. The Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) makeup and styling experience was also great. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xi'an.

This stay was truly exceptional. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable overall. The bedding was soft, ensuring a peaceful rest. The bathtub was clean and tidy, perfect for a super relaxing soak, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing thoughtful and attentive service that made me feel at ease throughout my stay. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely choose it again next time!

I really liked my stay at his hotel. It’s extremely well located, walking distance to the bell tower (and the subway) and to the Muslim quarter (and therefore many food options). As it was my first time in Xi’an, the location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s located on one of the busiest streets of the city (although slightly tucked to the side in front of a bunch of trees with locals hanging out in the shade), but despite that, the sound of the streets was not a problem at night, it was quite faint, the window soundproofing is very good. If anything the soundproofing between rooms could be a bit better, I could sometimes hear my neighbors TV, but nothing that stopped me from sleeping (and I’m a light sleeper). My room was big, modern and very confortable. The view is not shown on any of the hotel photos so I was expecting something not great, but actually the window gave out on the trees in front of the hotel, which was nice. Overall cleanness was good, except for a hair next to the hinge of the toilet that i saw immediately when I opened the lid for the first time, but oh well, mistakes happen. Apart from that, the room was cleaned each day, with towels being changed and water being restocked, so it felt nice going back to the room each time after a long day. The front desk was extremely nice to me and helpful, despite the language barrier. The front desk even had some of my shirts washed after I dropped them in the morning and gave them back to me cleaned when I returned at night, at no extra cost. That was truly really helpful as I stupidly had not brought enough shirts for my trip, so thank you for that! One thing that could be improved is the “free airport pick up”advertised on their page. My wife who is Chinese got in touch with the person organizing the rides to arrange one for me, but it seemed very complicated for them to do it since I was a foreigner and didn’t speak fluent Chinese. Ultimately i gave up on the idea, i just wish this service would be available to everyone, Chinese or not. Or if not possible, maybe don’t advertise it on the English trip.com page of the hotel.
