3-Star Hotels in Shaanxi, China

I brought my mom along for this trip, and we booked this guesthouse online without much prior research, as we usually stay in hotels. I must say, it turned out to be excellent value for money! The owner mentioned it wasn't too busy, so they kindly upgraded our room for free. The room was very clean, had a beautiful view, and all the facilities were great. Showering was a breeze with plenty of hot water, and the internet speed was fast. Even though the weather wasn't great and our vacation time was limited, we still managed to go hiking. The owner even waited for us at the bus station when we arrived, which was incredibly thoughtful. He drove us to the guesthouse. In the mornings, we tried not to disturb anyone and left early. The guesthouse is also very close to the scenic spots.

I really liked staying here! The hotel was lovely and clean, very conveniently located, and the cats are absolutely friendly and delightful. I was very pleased with the Ancient Wall View from my room - close enough to see, but not close enough that people were looking into the room! The room itself was also perfect for me, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom. Getting in was miiiiiildly confusing, just because I didn't realise that the hotel requires walking down a tiny (clearly signposted) alley to get to the stairs - not too bad, but I had to walk past twice to realise where I was. Overall a great stay!

On my first night, the front desk lady with short hair was really kind and even helped me inquire about my delivery. However, the older woman with glasses who took over in the morning was very unfriendly. The hotel advertised a washing machine, but there was no dryer, which makes doing laundry inconvenient. When I asked the woman with glasses how to use it, she was very agitated and impatient. Downstairs, there were also people from other travel agencies, dressed in suits, trying to sell tours. They didn't initially state they were from a travel agency, which led me to mistakenly think they were hotel staff. As for the food, the hotel partners with another restaurant, and the selection is very limited. After about two days, you won't want to eat there anymore because it's always the same repetitive dishes. The location is great though. Right outside the hotel, there are many night market food stalls, and it's a very short walk to the subway station.

The hotel was in the perfect location the Muslim quarter was a 10-15 minute walk away and there is restaurants and convenience stores right outside as well so there is literally so many options. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel provided breakfast at the restaurant next door which I found to be ok - only issue was that they had toast but no butter or jam to go with it only ketchup. They don’t have the air con on during winter time but they did provide a portable air con for us although the gesture was nice it didn’t do much to cool the room. So just be aware although it is advertised as there being an aircon it’s only available for hot air during winter

Traveling to Xi'an with my child, choosing Ebike Hotel was a perfect experience! Getting around was stress-free, with the train station and Wulukou subway station within walking distance. This made catching trains and transferring lines incredibly easy with a child, and direct access to all major attractions saved us a lot of hassle. It was super convenient for a family trip. The room was spacious, so we never felt cramped, and there was plenty of room for my child to move around. The hygiene was strictly up to standard; the bedding and amenities were clean and odorless, which gave me great peace of mind for my child's stay. The hot water supply was stable, and the facilities were safe with no hidden dangers. The attention to detail made our stay extremely comfortable. The surrounding area has excellent amenities, with a convenience store and特色餐馆 (specialty restaurants) downstairs, so we didn't have to go far for food or supplies. The staff were warm and friendly, especially welcoming to children, and patiently helped us with any requests. Overall, the value for money was excellent, with a comfortable environment and convenient transportation. It's our top choice for family travel, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we bring our child to Xi'an!

This hotel is super convenient, right near Wulukou subway station. Getting around by metro, bus, or shared bikes is a breeze, and it's just a 10-minute walk to Xi'an Railway Station. A big thank you to the lovely front desk staff who proactively upgraded my room type! I stayed for three nights, and the room was tidied up by the cleaning staff every morning after I left – hygiene was great, and the soundproofing was really good too, making for a quiet stay. For breakfast, the two hot and two cold dishes were different every day. You can also cook your own noodles or toast bread. Steamed corn, pumpkin buns, hard-boiled eggs, soy milk, and congee were available daily, but there was no coffee. You can get tea from the lobby. Xi'an is a city rich in history and culture, with so much delicious food and fun things to do. I highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely fantastic! The hotel even offers a complimentary airport shuttle, which is super convenient since it's only a 10-minute drive away. Plus, there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for business travelers. The front desk staff were incredibly sweet and efficient during check-in, paying attention to every detail ❤️! I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room – spotless! The bedding smelled fresh, like sunshine, clearly well-maintained. I instantly felt relaxed. The breakfast selection was also very diverse. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I've already recommended it to my friends! 🌟

The bathroom amenities were complete, hot water was stable, and the housekeeping service was meticulous, tidying the room promptly every day, with great attention to detail. The hotel staff were very service-oriented, responding quickly to any requests with a gentle and patient attitude, making you feel right at home. The common areas were clean and bright, with an elegant and quiet environment, perfect for either temporary work or a short rest. The location is excellent, convenient for getting around, with complete surrounding amenities, making it very friendly for business travelers. Overall, both the hardware facilities and software services are impeccable, offering superb value for money. My stay was comfortable and reassuring; it’s an excellent choice for business trips and travel. I will definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it to all my friends! When checking out, I forgot my charger in the room, and before I even left Xi'an, they called me. A quick delivery service solved the problem, saving me the wait for a courier.

Facilities: The XiaoDu smart assistant is very intelligent, and getting around is super convenient, as it's very close to Xi'an Railway Station. Cleanliness: The cleaning is very meticulous; new amenities are replenished daily. Environment: The environment is simple yet cozy, and the mattress is really soft. Service: The service was warm and attentive. Overall, it was a pretty good stay, hehe.
