The owner was incredibly warm and friendly, even offering pick-up and drop-off services. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the hot water for showering was excellent. The location was convenient yet quiet. During Chinese New Year, it was extremely busy, and we couldn't get tickets, but the owner went out of her way to help us secure them. The food was absolutely delicious – we tried the Yellow River catfish, free-range chicken, stir-fried pork with bamboo shoots, and various wild vegetables, all of which tasted fantastic. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely choose to stay here again!

I really liked staying here! The hotel was lovely and clean, very conveniently located, and the cats are absolutely friendly and delightful. I was very pleased with the Ancient Wall View from my room - close enough to see, but not close enough that people were looking into the room! The room itself was also perfect for me, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom. Getting in was miiiiiildly confusing, just because I didn't realise that the hotel requires walking down a tiny (clearly signposted) alley to get to the stairs - not too bad, but I had to walk past twice to realise where I was. Overall a great stay!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! Right downstairs, there's an entire street filled with delicious snacks and food. It's also right next to the Bell Tower, and the subway station is nearby, making it super accessible. The hotel even upgraded us to a family suite for free, which was absolutely fantastic! Definitely a perfect score!

The hotel is in a good central location, close to the subway and plenty of restaurants, street food stands and a large shopping centre, and walking distance to the towers and wall. We didn’t interact much with the receptionists. The view from the room was lovely and the room was clean, some furniture a bit old and tired, the carpets in the hall not very clean, but the worst for us was the smell of cigarettes that’s in the whole building, but in our room was very strong smell, and the air conditioning made it worse.

Traveling to Xi'an with my child, choosing Ebike Hotel was a perfect experience! Getting around was stress-free, with the train station and Wulukou subway station within walking distance. This made catching trains and transferring lines incredibly easy with a child, and direct access to all major attractions saved us a lot of hassle. It was super convenient for a family trip. The room was spacious, so we never felt cramped, and there was plenty of room for my child to move around. The hygiene was strictly up to standard; the bedding and amenities were clean and odorless, which gave me great peace of mind for my child's stay. The hot water supply was stable, and the facilities were safe with no hidden dangers. The attention to detail made our stay extremely comfortable. The surrounding area has excellent amenities, with a convenience store and特色餐馆 (specialty restaurants) downstairs, so we didn't have to go far for food or supplies. The staff were warm and friendly, especially welcoming to children, and patiently helped us with any requests. Overall, the value for money was excellent, with a comfortable environment and convenient transportation. It's our top choice for family travel, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we bring our child to Xi'an!

My stay at Gaya Hotel was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star experience! The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. Housekeeping was done punctually every day, and the cleanliness was impeccable, even in the corners – it made for a really comfortable stay. The front desk was super thoughtful during check-in; I arrived early, and they not only arranged my check-in smoothly but also upgraded my room for free, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff patiently introduced me to nearby attractions and detailed travel routes, kindly advising me on which snack stalls to avoid (the ones that aren't good value) and recommending good shopping malls in the vicinity. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right by a subway entrance, so you can reach most attractions directly by metro, making travel hassle-free and quick. From the service attitude and cleanliness to the convenient location, everything was faultless, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Plus, there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for business travelers. The bedding smelled fresh, like sunshine, clearly well-maintained. I instantly felt relaxed. The breakfast selection was also very diverse. 睡得很舒服，床上是羽絨被，進房間開空調就很快涼快起來，衞生間也很乾凈。這裏想來寫好評是想特意説明一點，房間禁止吸煙，會有煙霧報警器，雖然我個人是抽煙人士，但是房間內不允許抽煙，這點我是支持的，房間不會有異味，煙漬不會沾染到房間裏物品上，好評！圖片沒有拍，住了兩晚睡得都很不錯，隔音很好。

I was thoroughly impressed after staying at this hotel for a weekend getaway with friends! On the night we checked in, one of my friends suddenly felt a bit unwell with an upset stomach. Since we were unfamiliar with the area and couldn't find a pharmacy, we called the front desk. The duty manager immediately brought over some common stomach medicine, along with warm water and plain congee. They repeatedly emphasized what to look out for, making us feel incredibly cared for in a new city. The hotel room facilities were brand new, the bedding was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with high-quality toiletries. The overall cleanliness was exceptional; even the corners were spotless, without a speck of dust. The hotel's security measures were excellent, making us feel very safe. Getting around was also convenient, with shopping areas and attractions within walking distance. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was friendly and provided meticulous service, truly making us feel right at home. I will definitely visit this warm and welcoming hotel again and recommend it to all friends visiting the area!
