The hotel was soled out. The first morning breackfast was a total desaster. No personal, almost impossible to have food. Even a problem to have a hot drink.
A bad experience.
Fould of the management. Nobody of the management there.
Just some nice young girl. Of course she could di nothing.
Management should be fired immediatly..
Personal of the hotel was very nice. But.......
Reception first said that we hadn't paid, then they only had one room for us, even though we had booked two. Then the two rooms were on different floors. At 10 p.m. a hotel employee came into the room when we were already asleep. She had apparently got the room wrong, she said. You have to use the employee elevator and walk through the kitchen. Very strange.
Very good, very centrally located, trustworthy brand of hotel, good food and beverage, and well worth the price. Overall, I like it and will consider choosing this hotel again in the future!
Very grand, very briztol. I presume it comes from the great eastern/brunel era. Bristol has not been that grand recently.
Close as one can get to colmar gare
The Hilton is not a 4 star hotel, the room was really cold when we arrived and the air conditioning didn't really make it any warmer. The room was OK and clean, the shower didn't have much water and the hairdryer was only lukewarm. The blankets in the bed were too thin in winter. Breakfast was so-so, the coffee was excellent. A lot of things weren't refilled. The location is convenient if you're going to the wine fair, as the hotel is right across the street. Nice and cozy is a different story. The receptionists are very friendly.

CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.
DDong-ha-haThe room is small, but there are some, very clean, very quiet around, the scenery outside is good. The breakfast is also delicious, the bread should be freshly baked. There is a black brother at the front desk who has a very good service attitude and a black woman has a poor service attitude. Lance is a bit small, so it is very convenient to go anywhere, and it is very fast to call Uber. Very suitable for slow life
PPierre-HenriWe had a great time.
The relaxation area with the swimming pool and sauna is a real plus.
Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice.
I recommend.
MMukeWe had a delightful family stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and immaculate. The breakfast was good too. Especially we would like to say thank you to Vladimir, who show special care and hospitality to us. A memorable experience for our family.
GGuest UserThe location is in the city center, with convenient supermarkets and transportation. There is a living room, dining table and kitchen utensils. You can save money by cooking your own meals. The service staff is good, but there is no daily cleaning service.
MMomo05Right in the old town, 2 mins away from Petite France. Stayed there during Christmas and have chosen the hotel specifically because it’s easy to get to the various Christmas markets on foot. Nice modern room with a view of the street, so I can see the Christmas decor on the streets right from my window. Room is sound proof so no worries on street noise. Free spiced mulled wine which is a good gesture that can be enjoyed at the restaurant. They also gave 2 chocolates and free minibar consisting of soft drinks that are refilled daily. Breakfast is adequate. Overall a comfortable stay that is just 8 mins walk from the railway station.
Ssamoye2009Located in a large shopping mall, it is convenient to eat and feels like being in Singapore, very lively. Not far from the attractions, the service is warm and thoughtful, very good.
NNoel CanusVery pleasantly surprised by the human and material quality of this place. Top staff, a pleasant room and a super central location.
To book with your eyes closed!!!
GGuest UserExpensive and not worth it. We had booked two rooms for two adults and our two children. The pool was cold. When we ate in the restaurant (with few other guests) we had to wait an hour for the pricy food. The food was not that good and one dish had to be returned because the chicken was so dry. When we got to the rooms and looked forward to sleeping, it turned out that our two rooms on the first floor were located right above a noisy wedding party. The hotel must have been aware of that from the start. Very tired, we now had to pack our luggage and change to two new rooms. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
