We have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing. I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

A divine experience glamping in a vineyard! ❤️ Had the good fortune of stumbling across Martinborough on my way to Wellington. It's a quaint place with a variety of well appointed cabins with gas fireplaces and spa baths just outside the cute village of cafes, shops and wineries. Their team is kind and hardworking. 💯 Bring your own food since you'll have a kitchenette and food can be limited during the day since most places don't open until evening or the weekends for tourists. Also, recommend driving since it's both expensive and challenging to get around outside of the limited free shuttle. Bikes are available to rent for $40NZD 🤑🤑

Overall is great, but still feel the whole hotel a little old, and one point: we asked the receptionist for shaver and toothbrush, he said all in the room, but actually there’s nothing. We need to phone service team for several times ( we only asked one thing first cause we believed there are everything except that one, then we found others were not there……), really inconvenient. The food is great, and the guy there is very friendly!

The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, next to the Parliament Building, not far from the ferry, the room is spacious and clean, with kitchen facilities similar to an apartment, very suitable for family travel. The breakfast has fewer types than Hilton, but the quality is okay, 35nzd is half price for a child (my family is 3 and a half years old), and the hotel helps with parking for 40nzd, which is still very convenient. After all, the hotels in Wellington are basically not easy to park, after all, the city center is very expensive. The view from the room is good, there is a green area outside the window, which is the local cemetery (the locals don't mind these, it's very similar to Japan), and I personally don't think it matters, after all, the environment is very good.

The location is very good. You can drive here from New Plymouth and arrive not long after getting off the highway. You can walk to various check-in spots in Wellington. It is almost in the middle of the Parliament Building and the Museum. We booked a two-bedroom apartment. The living room is quite large, there are two bathrooms, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We even cooked a meal during our two-night stay. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, the taste is OK, you can eat there. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. It is close to Cuba Street and there is also a Newworld red supermarket nearby.

The hotel is right on Cuba Street, with many choices of food, very lively! The hotel has a strong sense of design, complete facilities, and is very convenient! The location of the hotel is also good, you can walk to the main attractions, parking is 35 New Zealand dollars a day, it's a good hotel!

Lobby, receptionist and resturant really good. The dinner is extremely well required. But the gym and pool is very small and the worst part is the bed is way too soft it gives me muscle and backache

First of all, thank you Sofitel Wellington for the good service provided, and thank you Ctrip for the good service, which made the guests have a satisfactory stay experience. Then, I wish Sofitel Wellington and its staff: happiness! Happiness! Prosperity! I wish Ctrip and its staff: happiness! Happiness! Prosperity! The specific comments are as follows: 1. Location, Sofitel Wellington Hotel is located in the center of the capital of New Zealand, near the Parliament Building, near the sightseeing train, and opposite the hotel is the five-star Bolton Hotel. 2. Star rating, from the hardware facilities, with the same price of five-star, the so-called 5⭐ star, is not satisfactory. Why, there is no swimming pool, no garden, and no free parking lot, so parking is a problem. Ctrip marked the hotel as valet parking. From the software service, the attitude is very good, but there is no foreign language dialogue service, here refers to ☞ no Chinese service, so it is basically enough for 5⭐ stars. 3. Breakfast, basically European style with French 🇫🇷 as the main style. The restaurant is small, but the hygiene, service, hot processing, on-site production, etc. are quite good. 4. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, there is a small refrigerator and a ”minibar”, a desk, wifi, murals, bedside tables, wardrobes, coffee machines, hair dryers, etc. The hotel will not proactively provide disposable toothbrushes and bottled water, but guests can ask for them separately. 5. During Easter, the hotel hung a chocolate cookie made by the hotel outside the guest room door as a gift to the guests, which was quite warm. In addition, the hotel has a very small lounge and a very small gym. Overall, it can get 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars, thank you! Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to Sofitel Wellington for providing excellent service, as well as Ctrip for providing excellent service and providing guests with a satisfactory stay experience.
