5-Star Hotels in Catalonia, Spain

Very nice accommodations at the Hyatt Regency in Barcelona. Only complaints are that the bathroom was very dark and there were really no amenities for free (swimming pool you even had to pay).

Pros: the hotel is beautiful, clean, the rooms are spacious, the breakfasts are delicious. Cons: There is no full-length mirror in the room.. But the elevator is all in mirrors. The chandelier in the room hangs very low, so you will constantly hit your head on it. There are a small number of umbrellas for sun loungers by the pool on the first floor. The pool staff takes away my second umbrella, explaining that one umbrella is given out for two sun loungers. And as a result, I am left without an umbrella at all. I am relaxing with my family on three sun loungers, and this is not enough to get a second umbrella. Why such restrictions? I would like the attitude towards guests to change or the number of umbrellas by the pool to increase. 2. When choosing a hotel for my vacation, I compared and focused on the quality of service so that there would be no problems in the details. But I did not expect to have to argue with the hotel staff about the number of umbrellas available to me. There is no doubt that guests are expected to observe etiquette and behave decently. Perhaps I have broken some rules in this situation? Is this a hotel with restrictions that go beyond generally accepted standards? 3. The service at the hotel is very intrusive. Waiters watch guests like guards watch prisoners. Maybe someone likes excessive attention - but when you haven't even managed to put your fork on your plate yet - they try to take your plate away from you. Well, that's so-so! 4. At the entrance to breakfast there is an employee who accompanies each guest to the table - at the same time explaining where and what. Maybe this is good, but as a result, a line forms at the entrance, waiting for this employee. Increase the number of hostesses.

This is my second time staying here! The welcome gift is a Want Want snow cake! I really like it! Not only is the room big, but the service is really good! It is indeed a Japanese old man's shop! The only problem is that there is road construction outside

The hotel photos are the same as the real things, very clean and the service is also very good. The hotel staff delivery of toiletries are very inmate packaging, they offered two quality goods brand of toothpaste; the cleaning service is also thoughtful, they even put away the phone charging cable. The nut chocolate gift before the return trip was delicious！ it’s just strange that such a good hotel has such a low rating? I was very surprised that I booked such a good hotel to spend my holiday in Barcelona. I wrote a good review here, but I hope not to raise the price of this hotel ~hahaha

This is such a family friendly hotel. We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious, which was the main reason why I chose this hotel. Everything can’t be any better, just like the sunny weather in Barcelona. I’ve already started looking at Intercon in Rome, as we are thinking of going there next summer. It truly deserves five stars!! Walking distance to Monjuc and many tapas places nearby. I recommend sandwiches from O Barco and tapas dinner from Taps

Stayed at W for my partners birthday and it was nothing less than perfect. Staff were great and the room absolutely lovely! We will definitely be going back !

We arrived at darkness. The hotel is very bad to find because there is no good marking. Even the Policia-Local could not describe the way to the hotel correctly because it is very bad to find. At the arrival we were reconciled by the very friendly staff. The room was suitable for the 4 stars, but could be a little bigger. The breakfast was very rich and the choice was very diverse. The service did not open any wishes. Summary: The price-performance ratio is correct. I will stay there again and can only recommend the hotel further.

The room was quite big with a great sea view. There is also a kettle in the room. Open the lid of the kettle and you can smell the smell of disinfectant water, at least it means it has been disinfected. The hotel is a bit far from town. The hotel has regular shuttle buses to drop off and pick up. If you don't want to wait, the front desk of the hotel will call a taxi to the beach for 10 Euros. If you take the bus in front of the hotel, 1.5 Euro/person, you will wait for a long time

Excellent hotel, the room was clean, wonderful stuff at the reception. Good location.
