Very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good.
This is such a family friendly hotel. We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious, which was the main reason why I chose this hotel. Everything can’t be any better, just like the sunny weather in Barcelona. I’ve already started looking at Intercon in Rome, as we are thinking of going there next summer. It truly deserves five stars!!
Walking distance to Monjuc and many tapas places nearby. I recommend sandwiches from O Barco and tapas dinner from Taps

I stayed at this hotel while attending a trade show in Barcelona, and the location was excellent. It was very convenient for business travelers. The hotel provides a wide range of facilities designed to make work trips more comfortable and efficient. My room was exceptionally spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The only issue my colleague and I encountered was with the in-room phone. We both tried to contact the room service then front desk, but either the phone was not working or no one answered our calls.
Despite that, it was a pleasant stay overall and I would still consider it a good hotel.
amazing stay: new very good quality hotel, very good service, very good breakfast with a big choice of food, nice pool with very good service and drinks by the pool, we expect to come back
A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured.
Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel.
As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you.
Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.
Stayed at W for my partners birthday and it was nothing less than perfect. Staff were great and the room absolutely lovely! We will definitely be going back !
Super good hotel, service, facilities, ingredients are worthy of its star rating ~ There is also a Michelin two-star restaurant in the hotel, the hotel front desk can help to make reservations! The 11th floor where I stayed was newly renovated. Although it has a new decoration smell, the view is very good. There are automatic curtains, and the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom has not been used. I don't know if it's because of the season, there are many pigeons in the hotel swimming pool🕊️

A very good hotel, exceeded expectations, I will stay there next time. The room size is appropriate, and the bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The gym is open 24 hours a day and has relatively complete facilities. The hotel's location is also very good, it only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Sagrada Familia, and it is also close to the subway station. The WiFi speed is very fast, which is in sharp contrast to the slow speed of the previous stop Granada Hotel.
The room is very good, the service attitude is very good, the facilities are very comprehensive, and the supplies are very comprehensive. The shower gel and hand soap are from Diptyque. The service is very good. It is the most cost-effective hotel on the beach. The sea view is beautiful. The room is very large. The hotel restaurant is delicious and of good quality. The taste of cocktails varies from person to person.

JJulio RobertoOhla Barcelona is a really marvelous place to stay. It is located in the heart of the downtown area near the Ramblas and Cataluñia square. There is also a metro station near by. Our room was very spacious and well decorated. The window was a bit small but it was soundproof. The shower had a strong flow and they had plenty of towels. The breakfast buffet had the basics. It was ok. The facilities were convenient but the pool was a bit small. The pool hours were limited to 7 pm due to the use of the space by the bar.

GGuest UserWe spent a day in Barcelona and booked the Monument Hotel, which is a good hotel in a good location. We arrived late at night after a day of fun. The front desk and waiters were very considerate and proactive. The room was just right, the hot water for bathing was sufficient and stable, and the sunny breakfast on the rooftop was very good. Pay attention to the several egg dishes on the menu, which were delicious, and the ham and salmon were also good. We went to the beach for a morning run in the morning, passing the Gothic Cathedral and the big market, which was very convenient.
GGuest UserGood location, close enough to the sagrada familia. Quiet at night.
However, compared to other 5-star hotels, this hotel has a very small lobby and crude elevators that don’t match a 5-star rating. Hardware-wise, it’s probably 4-star at best.
Service - Concierge staff was polite upon check in, but the display of hospitality stopped there. Thereafter, door men at the gate didn’t greet or even acknowledge guests upon leaving or returning to the hotel. Considering the hotel lobby was so small that guests literally passed by in front of them, it came across as quite indifferent and awkward.
Amenities - There were intermittent sounds of water dripping onto a metal surface in my room during my stay. My guess is the air con system had some flaws. I asked the concierge to send people to check when I was outside (which they did), but there was no follow up afterwards and the dripping sound remained the second night. Besides, the staff who entered my room for checking took away my room card from the electricity holder, which should have never been allowed for safety considerations because the room card was registered under my name and no other person should have it during my stay.

AAshley VWThe hotel is excellent! The room is tidy, neat and comfortable; same as those pics on the apps advertisement, the front desk guy is friendly and energetic, our flight was too early on morning, we paid for early check in, the process was clear. People there are all nice and smiley. Everything is considered, they offer welcome drinks/ good umbrellas ready for rainy days.. the location is very good too, 2blocks away fm those famous and nice bunch/ dinner spots;3blocks away fm casa Batllo, walking distances to those famous shopping brands, we walked to La ramble easily, compared to other similar price hotel in Barcelona, this is one of the best, we will definitely put this in our first choice for next time to Barcelona.
GGuest UserGreat location, close to the cathedral and gothic quarters. Quiet at night.
Design - The hotel boasts fashionable designs and fragrances that go with the vibe. It’s clear that the hotel is managed by a professional marketer.
Service - Staff was professionally trained and greeted guests upon entering or leaving the hotel.
Amenities - However, the hotel is advised to solidify its marketing prowess with matching operational details. A big issue during my stay was the temperature of the hot water in the shower, which was not stable and fluctuated wildly between chilly and hot. It goes without saying that having stable hot water makes a HUGE difference for the stay experience, especially during winter times. This was a big let down. Also, the toiletries provided were chosen on the cheap and didn’t match the 5-star impression projected by the trendy designs.
