The hotel is really near to Wangfujing metro (approximately 3 mins walk from E3 exit) which is super convenient for us especially when we have many luggages. Secondly, the hotel rooms are really spacious and is enough for us to put 4 big luggages. Lastly, to us, it's worth the price paid given that there are so many good points about the hotel. There are 2 washer and 2 dryers, free mineral water (you can get more if it's not enough!) and some of the receptionists were really friendly and helpful too (sadly not all :( ). Also thankful that the hotel allow us to check out an hour later! Will definitely stay again in the future if i visit Beijing and will recommend this hotel to friends and family too!

location is good, and quiet. hotel room is decently clean, no major big issues, good pricing as well. perhaps the carpark area can be open to taxi for drop off and pick up point. otherwise everything is alright. staff is friendly but it will be great if they offer free room upgrade if hotel is not fully booked =.=

Room type was perfect for 3 pax family given that there are 2 toilets. However, we were given the first level right next to the recep, which means we could hear all the noises. Sound proofing was also… almost non existent since you could hear everyone walking pass & banging the doors, and even their conversation. It was winter, so there’s a centralised heater in the hotel, if you were to turn on the heater, it gets even warmer especially for the person staying on the second level of the loft. Thus, the only way to solve this was to open the window, and given that we are staying on first level, it means we are opening the window to the main street and have another source of noise coming through as people walk pass. There seems to be some sewage smell too, and daily room cleaning doesn’t seem like room was cleaned. Felt like only towels & floor mats were replaced and that’s it. All in all, room was perfect for 3 pax travellers but just not the greatest that it’s on the first level. Had a really hard time sleeping the entire week. Would probably be better if we were not on first floor. Location is convenient.

I stayed here with my boyfriend and my mom. We had two rooms with no windows. It was relatively good for the most part but the AC doesn’t work properly so it’s hot in the room, especially when there’s two of us in one. It was relatively clean but the slippers for the shower were a bit dirty. Other than that, the cleanliness was fine. Breakfast was nothing too special. We ordered delivery a couple times and the robot brings it to you after the delivery man drops it off at reception. Sometimes the staff didn’t place the deliveries into the robots for up to an hour so we picked stuff up ourselves downstairs sometimes. It’s located close to the Beijing west railway station and there’s a metro close by. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Not many of the staff speak English but I know a bit of Chinese and Google translate helps

The hotel front desk and the housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped with booking taxi, collecting our clean laundry from the laundry room to our room, providing more bottled drinking water, registered tickets on our behalf ect.. Bed linens and towels are fresh and smell nice. Shower water pressure is excellent. Location wise is pretty ok. Distance to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square is abt 30mins walk. Subway Line 2 is nearby and Line 8 ( a little further away). There are a couple of small eateries and a supermarket nearby. Beijing train station is 15mins walk away with an overhead bridge ( with escalator going up and down). Easy to hail a cab except during rainy days. Overall, it was a nice hotel to stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. Although the hotel is not located near a subway station, they provide a complimentary shuttle bus service, which made transportation very convenient. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room was larger than I expected — clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly soundproof, which made for a very comfortable stay. One minor downside is that there was no fridge in the room. However, everything else was excellent. The hotel offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper, all of which were of high quality and added great value to the stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

This hotel was the perfect base for us to explore the city. The rooms were big and perfectly clean, with comfy beds. Staff was very friendly, and were very efficient to help retrieve a phone I forgot in the taxi. Communication is mostly with a translation device, which worked perfectly fine. Special mention for the extensive breakfast buffet, which was the perfect introduction to Chinese flavors for us. Can definitely recommend staying here!

Hotel facilities is good. Toilet is modern and has those fancy remote. Breakfast is good, hoping they will add more western breakfast like bread and butter. Some food are a bit oily though but it's not an issue as there are other options. I enjoyed the SOYA milk. Location wise it's near Universal Studios. However, I really thought the Harry potter robe is FREE. Unfortunately it's not it's a just ”discounted offer”. Not really discounted as I read there are cheaper option for rental somewhere else. Good thing we bought our own scarf and wand online, so we just use what we brought. Lastly, I really like the free use of laundry. It really helps a lot especially we have been travelling around Northern China for 8 days. so I still give 5 star even though I was a bit sad on the robe part.

TTinaMFantastic location if you're about to catch a train via the Beijing West Railway Station. The hotel is just across the station, one can walk through the parking lot and arrive in 2 minutes. If you're arriving via taxi for the first time, it might be a bit confusing when you arrive, as station staff sometimes close off the parking area so vehicles cannot go inside from the main road - just look for the hotel's name though (it's in English and Chinese, both) and you're set. The hotel's reception area is quite small, more than 1-3 people can't really sit in the lobby if waiting for someone/taxi etc. The room I stayed in was large and I was so pleasantly surprised to see how well equipped it was - there was an air purifier, humidifier, water heater etc. The bed was also very, very comfortable. There was hot water 24/7 and the bathroom was clean, though there was a lot of lint accumulated in the hair dryer and it didn't heat properly (this wasn't a huge issue for me so I didn't request for a replacement). There is an absolutely gorgeous teaset in the room too, and brewing my morning tea was such a delight. The ac can both cool and warm the room, which I thought was great. The housekeeping staff were absolutely lovely. Initially they were baffled when I said I don't need fresh towels and slippers everyday and kept insisting on giving me more water bottles haha, they were so kind and warm. Thank you to them for putting a smile on my face everytime I walked by. The reception staff however were notably less warm, although they did try to help me whenever I asked for aid with directions, breakfast timings etc. If you're a foreigner and don't speak any Chinese, you're probably considering staying here because it's a Radisson property and therefore one assumes that reception staff will speak English - my advice is, if this is your first time in China / you haven't yet figured out how to use translation apps, reconsider staying here, as none of the reception staff can speak English and it may be difficult for foreign guests. If you know a little basic Chinese though or can use translation apps, I do recommend staying here, mainly for the location. If you're worried about the Beijing West railway station being a bit unsafe (which it can be), there is always a security guard posted inside the hotel premises. He was kind and it was always reassuring to see him, even when I stepped out at 3 am for some convenience store noodles! I will say though that the reception staff were oddly cold at times -- for example, I had unfortunately missed my early morning train due to a communication issue. I explained this to the ladies at reception, apologising for any inconvenience and asking if I could please leave my luggage with them for a few hours after I check out at 2:00 pm. They responded saying ”you can leave your luggage here but you cannot stay overnight” - it was presented to me as if I was begging/asking for favours. There was no question of my staying overnight as I had explained that I would check out before their checkout time, and would take the next train out of Beijing. Little things like this do spoil an otherwise pleasant experience. I did not try the breakfast buffet so can't comment on that. I will say though that ordering takeaway was always a treat, because a cute robot comes to deliver the parcel at your door. This is normal in Chinese hotels, but this particular bot was very cute :)

GGuest UserThis was a wonderfully unique experience for us living in a (fully renovated) stone house in an ancient village at the foot of the Great Wall. March is a great time to visit if you prefer peace and quiet and few tourists. The inn is quaint and pleasant. The room is small and cozy, and the ambience, including the large bay window overlooking the street and the large wooden beams on the ceiling, makes you feel like you really are living in another era. The inn is located inside the Watertown, so you will need to walk a bit from the entrance of the Watertown. It is centrally located in the Watertown, so you are right in the middle of all the fun and activity. We really appreciated the free luggage service - you drop off your luggage at the entrance when you purchase tickets and enter the Watertown, and they bring your luggage to your inn. Once you’re done enjoying the Watertown and Great Wall, your luggage is waiting for you at the inn. Breakfast at the inn was absolutely delicious - highly recommend trying the wonton soup and the fresh soy milk!

GGuest UserLezai is truly one of the best, if not the best, places I have ever stayed. Over the course of 12 nights, we were welcomed by the friendliest team, who made us feel like family. Their care and attention to detail were exceptional—from surprising us with a birthday cake to going above and beyond when we lost our phone in a DiDi car. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to recover it. When we fell sick for two days, the team took great care of us, ensuring we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of six, providing comfort and plenty of space. Located in the heart of a bustling Hutong, Lezai is a stunning four-courtyard hotel that truly captures the charm of traditional Beijing. They serve delicious breakfast and high tea, and we were delighted to experience their special dumpling-making event on New Year’s Eve. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and authentic stay!

DdyhxMy first Orange Hotel stay and it's exceeded my expectations. Being a local chain known for its budget style, I was imagining Ibis type but it turned out much better. The hotel looks old from the outside but this being a newly opened one, everything inside looked clean and modern. Smart lifts where my room level is automatically detected once the card is scanned. I got a smart room that's controlled by Xiao Du小度 (their equivalent of Siri / Alexa). I had fun commanding Xiao Du to adjust the aircon temperature and switching on/off the TV, lights and even the curtains. They also have a food delivery robot and provide free self service laundry facilities. There's a small gym here which I didn't use. The room is a little small for 2 pax but more than comfortable for 1. The standing shower and toilet is separated and both of good size. The bed is firm and pillows comfy. Bottled water, mini fridge, tea bags are provided. Basic shower amenities are also provided, along with a pack of disposable toothbrush and comb at check in. I like the open wardrobe concept and they provide many hangers here including the clip ones. It's a rather basic hotel in general but certainly value for money. There are also quite some eateries along the street just a few mins walk from the hotel. I wouldn't mind staying here again the next time I visit.

TTOM_SHOverall, our stay was a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the Jiaomendong (East) metro station (Exit B, the closest exit). Near the station, there’s a large shopping mall, Intime Department Store, offering a variety of options for shopping and dining, including popular brands like KFC, Pizza Hut, Hey Tea, ChaPanda, and Starbucks, as well as local food options. I highly recommend crossing the street to Exit C (or using Exit C directly), where Wumart supermarket on the first floor has affordable souvenirs. If you walk one intersection further, you’ll find a 7-Eleven. Additionally, there’s a McDonald’s right across from the hotel, which we enjoyed. Although the hotel is somewhat far from major attractions, you can easily reach them by metro and explore the city.   The hotel offers plenty of parking spaces. The interior of the building is designed to feel cozy and inviting. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, going out of their way to assist us despite the language barrier, using a translation app to communicate. As a kind gesture, they greeted us with a cup of delicious tea, snacks, and candy. The room was spacious and convenient, featuring a balcony, refrigerator, pantry, and washing machine. There was also a microwave available at the front desk. The room was clean and well-maintained, though we occasionally detected a faint cigarette smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. The water pressure was excellent, and hot water was available instantly.   **Suggestions for Improvement:**   1. **Signage:** Since the hotel is situated  in courtyard behind the guardhouse, it took us a while to locate it. Adding English signage alongside the Chinese on the building would make it easier for international guests to find.   2. **Room Amenities:** Daily housekeeping should ensure that all items are properly replenished. We booked a room for three people but initially received only two sets of towels and bottles of water. Although the staff promptly addressed this upon request, it would be better to avoid the hassle.   3. **Room Layout:** The two large beds in our room blocked access to the wardrobe, which made it less practical.   4. **Gym Facilities:** The gym equipment was broken and unusable during our stay, which was disappointing.   Despite these minor inconveniences, we truly appreciated the hotel’s hospitality and convenience, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Sska3261A very pleasant siheyuan hotel inside an old Beijing residential area. Walking along the hutong allows one to get a glimpse of the lives of people living in the hutong. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and patient in attending to our queries on taking cab, operating washing machine, going to places of interests and railway station. The hotel is centrally located and walkable from the subway8 station which happens to be the last station (beixinqiao) of airport express subway. The room was clean. Though it is not very spacious, efficient use of available space helps us overcome this challenge. Though the hotel has limited amenities, whatever it offers is sufficient to make our stay a very pleasant one. An excellent choice for guest who want to experience staying in siheyuan.

GGuest UserThe experience of staying at the Ji Gongti Dongmen Hotel this time was beyond expectations. It was a perfect travel experience! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, Xiao Wei, the front desk staff, enthusiastically stepped forward to help carry the luggage and guided us to the front desk to check in. Not only were they skilled in their movements, but they also took the initiative to inform us of the surrounding food recommendations and transportation guides. The meticulous service made people feel very cordial. When you walk into the room, the first impression is cleanliness and elegance. The warm-toned lighting and the simple and atmospheric decoration style create a warm home atmosphere. The bedding is clean and soft, and the mattress fits the body curve, so that the fatigue of a day's running around will instantly dissipate. The bathroom uses a smart toilet, exuding a light fragrance, and the details show quality. The air purifier, mini bar snacks and drinks, and free charging cables, steam eye masks and other items in the room really do what the guests want. The public areas of the hotel are also surprising. The gym equipment is professional and well-maintained, and there are surprises during breakfast. There are not only Western delicacies such as freshly ground coffee, but also local snacks. The chef team will prepare hot food such as noodles and wonton stew on site according to the needs of the guests, with full marks for freshness and deliciousness. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel perfectly meets the needs. It is only a few steps away from the subway station and the business district, which is very convenient for travel and shopping. The staff also gave souvenirs when checking out. This kind of thoughtful service throughout the whole process makes people want to stay again! Highly recommended to everyone who pursues quality and comfort!

AAnonymous UserI am very pleased with my stay in the hotel. I feel that it was really a perfect choice for me in Beijing. 1. The service at the reception was great. The personnel was is very friendly and ready to help. Nancy speaks English well and helped me with all my requests. 2. The hotel is very clean. One of the best room cleaning services I’ve experienced. The towels were changed. New bottles of water appeared every day. 3. The room. Much attention is paid to details. The room has everything: iron, hairdryer, a kettle with temperature regulation (tea provided). Everything is beautifully designed. The toilet is smart. Hotel provides soap, hand cream, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel - I liked the smell a lot. Air conditioning works good. Water heating system also works good. It is quiet in the room. I had a room near the elevator but it never disturbed me. I slept well. 4. Perfect location. The hotel is located in Shijia Hutong. It is quiet, cosy and clean. Many of the main attractions are nearby and it is very convenient to reach the subway station. I will strongly recommend to visit Shijia Hutong Museum near the hotel, I liked it a lot and the entrance is free. There are also many places to eat around the hotel. 5. The restaurant. I liked wontons for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The chef was very kind and friendly. In general the variety of food is enough. I will definitely recommend this hotel! I’ve spent nearly a month choosing from many hotels in Beijing and I was more than happy with my choice.
