Stayed a 2nd night The staff were lovely and extremely helpful but note that you do get what you pay for.I booked the totami room, these are located in an adjoining building to the main hotel, these are small. There is a restaurant downstairs and lots of places to eat close by. The hotel is quite a walk from the subway but the subway line takes you everywhere with minimum effort so easy for all the attractions

Stayed here for 5 nights in May 2025, room the : Cozy Queen room, and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. The room amenities are very basic—just disposable toothbrush and toothpaste provided. However, the bed is comfortable, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. They’re happy to assist if you have any queries and can offer advice when needed. You can request additional bottled water if the standard two complimentary bottles per day aren’t enough. They’ll send it to your room via a service robot, which is quite convenient. The hotel is located right on Wangfujing Walking Street, making it an excellent base if you plan to explore the area on foot. Famous roast duck restaurants like Siji Minfu (四季民福) and Quanjude (全聚德) are also within walking distance. There’s also a laundry room available for guests to use free of charge, which is a great bonus if you’re staying longer. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good choice for those looking for a convenient location in the Wangfujing area.

The hotel is everything i could ask for. I've been to Beijing numerous times already and I dont know why I just discovered this hotel. Perfect location even at night. Very close to most of the touristy spots. Clean rooms and size is big enough for 1-2 people. Receptionists were all very accommodating. You can just add their wechat to ask questions. Next time I vsit, will definitely just stay here again.

Very close to North Square of Beijing West Station with 5 mins walk to Beijing subway line 7(direct to universal resort) and High Speed Rail Entrance gate. Located in same building complex with shopping mall with plenty of restaurants(include 2 halal restaurants) and a food court available. Staffs do not speak English well and communication were mostly thru translation but they are helpful with services, so don't hesitate to reach out for help. *Get on the pedestrian bridge and turn to your right and climb down the stairs or escalator. hotel are right after the corner. I am not requesting room cleaning daily but housekeeping still providing 2 water bottles every day and replacing the used towel in your room and does some cleaning. Many complaining in review about hot room and centralized air conditioning but my room is all fine, not hot at all. As well the slippery bathroom floor but hotel provided shower mat which helped a lot to prevent slip during showering. Only complaint would be the room allocated to me was to deep into the building that my phone can't reached for line at all. I'm not using VPN so hotel wifi not helping. Guess no choice as I booked for room with no window but if possible, try request to not have room 2027/2025 or booked room with window instead. Certainly deserved a consideration if you wish to stay near to Beijing West Station! I would return to same hotel for next trip to Beijing in the future.

The room is so nice! The hotel is right behind the MRT station, but if you travel with large luggage consider go by taxi/grab since the station doesn't have any lift. Hotel is just 2-3 stations away from the attractions like Forbidden City, Qianmen street. The receptionist was super nice, i got some issues with my plane ticket, they helped me to contact the airline hotline since my sim is data only. Highly recommend. One minus was there's hardly any food stall around, the nearest convenient store is 15min walk away.

The hotel located in city center but not noisy area, easy to go around to visit the attractions, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience store nearby, The reception Yan and Zhu is very nice, they have good service mind, always helpful and comfort me during the 4 nights stay, we got the welcome little gift from during the duanwu festival, please dont hesistant to stay here !

servuce by the front office staff especially MS Ida is excellent! She was very patient with us being non IT SAVVY and not familiar with weixin . She guided us along and recommended the places of interest / makan places for us to visit and even wrote down on piece of paper how to go about it!! It’s really make our stay at the hotel memorial! She even arranged with the restaurant to pack our breakfast at 0600 hours as we are taking the 0930 flight even though the restaurant breakfast starts at 0730 hours ! Keep up the good and excellent work Ms Ida ! Ms Lisa also worth mentioning as she also help us when MS Ida was busy at the counter. The only disadvantage was there was no night lights . and bedside lights for night reading .

The service is very good. The room is clean. It is close to the National Exhibition Center. The breakfast is delicious. The facilities are complete. There is a smart Xiaodu. The service is very considerate. They will take the initiative to take the luggage and deliver takeaway. Recommended

The location of the hotel is excellent, only 5 minutes drive from the Daxing Airport. The free hotel transit is very convenient and comfortable, you just tell the administrator what time you need to be dropped off when you check in. The room was very clean and cozy. I arrived very late at 2am. The staff were very friendly and in a good mood. The check in was quick and easy. Excellent hotel!

This hotel is amayzing with lots of facilities such as a robot delivering food deliveries and a place where u can eat breakfast and a voice control robot that u can do anything without being tired such as turn off the lights, turn on the tv and even can play some music to entertain u!Also even the toilet is extraordinary!! The location is good too! It takes abt 5 min to get to any restaurant nearby😄The colleagues are very helpful towards us especially a woman called Miss Zhao. This hotel made our trip to China even better!!
