For this price, you get a large room with amazing floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the 重庆 cityscape. The building has many cool shops as well including the 云端之眼 which has a panoramic view of the city. Someone mentioned in the comments that the slippers “cost” ¥30, but it’s actually free as long as you don’t take it away.

The service of this hotel is very thoughtful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The breakfast is rich and varied and tastes excellent. A cosy family-friendly enchanted hideaway in the mountains with the clouds. The whole place seems to have been a long-time passion in creating the most charming and comfortable inn from conception to realisation with both the exterior and interior decorated in either a rustic country cottage or a European apartment style from the last century. We were so happy here and my child especially appreciated the room and all of its surroundings. Every nook and cranny of the place is excellently utiilised. From the dining room as well as the main outside eatery balcony, one has a beautiful view of the mountainside in all its greenery with butterflies flitting amongst flowers. Don't forget to check out the third story balconies and the library. Screen projector fittings are in place for a medium-sized conference. The place even has a couple of majiang table nooks should you want to play with friends. The surrounding forest environment of the inn is all sorts of paths and green terraces going off in different directions. There is a playpark for children with its own pedal-powered mini-roller coaster and other items for children to climb on. There is an off-site pond and ancient stone bridge nearby. One can take a short hike up the driveway and explore the diverging walking track paths. There's also an ecological technology exhibition centre not far up the road from the inn. A large portion of the clientele when we were there were day trip visitors in family and friend groups. Big tables as well as KTV facilities could be booked for the day. The food quality is fantastic and the portions generous. There are no nearby shops so all meals are taken in-house; the staff will consult you about when and what is on offer from the extensive menu. You can specify whether you'd want your food spicy or not when possible depending on the dish. The genuinely friendly and accomodating staff take such good care of you and step in whenever they feel you may need some assistance. My child had a bad cough at the time, and they were so kind bringing her hot drinks with honey and offering medicine they happened to have there. My Chinese is not good, but with a standard translation app, you're able to communicate what you need and the staff are so obliging to help. They genuinely do seem to be happy to be working there, and cudos and credit it to the owner for taking such good care of the staff that they in turn carry it over to their care for their guests. It was a pleasure to meet them and the owner.

Great location. You can't see hotel signage from far or near. The entrance inside commercial building next to Ole Supermarket. Level 25 is check in counter located Techsavy room automatic curtains room cleanliness: excellent room amenities :.good slippers,.toothbrush kit, stylo hair dryer, got hand soup / bath gel, shampoo dispenser bathroom: lights are bright (good for makeup)/ enjoyed hot shower water pressures good bed mattress:. super comfortable never had such good sleep at this room rate paid weakness: one thing I dislike need to wait a while for guest lift as is located inside commercial building so heavy traffic. thank you to owner 汪洺仰 for his hospitality service and food n malls recommendations.

I was having my 1st trip in ChongQing and this was my 1st stay ever at this city. At first we got lost (not really lost) due to langguage barrier in noticing the hotel name in pinyin mandarin. However, as I previously contacted the hotel, the hotel staff called 柚子assisting me to reach the hotel which was already behind us haha. Pay attention to Q bakery because the hotel is right behind this bakery and the lobby was in 18th floor. I like the ambience of this hotel. The room is spacious enough for us and our big luggages. The staff is helpful and accommodating. It is cool outside so air conditioner might not be needed in this winter trip. However i am not sure if it is in summer. Overall, I recommend staying here for your winter trip in Chongqing.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Chongqing, and my experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. I’m delighted to give it five stars, and here’s why: First, the staff demonstrated remarkable flexibility and understanding. I initially booked a room, but due to unexpected delays in Shanghai, I had to cancel at the last minute. It was close to 8 PM on the day of my scheduled stay, but after I provided evidence of my flight cancellation, they processed the refund promptly and without any hassle—a level of service that immediately set them apart. On my return to the US, I booked another stay here. In the rush of departure, I accidentally left my charger in the room. The hotel promptly messaged me, and, when I requested that they mail it to me, they sent it to the address I provided without delay. The charger arrived in less than a day, which was not only incredibly convenient but also a true lifesaver! The hotel itself is immaculately clean and very modern. My room was equipped with AI-powered features that made my stay exceptionally comfortable. I could control everything—from lights and the TV to the air purifier and humidifier—using voice commands, which was extremely convenient. The service was outstanding and personalized. The staff went above and beyond by arranging airport pick-up, providing a wake-up call, and ensuring seamless transportation back to the airport, which made my journey worry-free. Overall, this hotel delivered on every level, with attentive service, advanced amenities, and a commitment to guest satisfaction that left a lasting impression.

the place is good but as a foreigner tourist is pretty complicated. the entry to the lobby is through the parking in front of the building. then you need wechat to message someone to open the door. sometimes it takes 2-3 minutes to open it. they don't provide normal towels only paper ones, this is my first time seeing this in over 50 countries. so I had to buy cotton towels. they don't clean the bedroom because of 'privacy reasons' - first time hearing this too.

I must give Yunxi Hotel a five-star rating! The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and every step from check-in to check-out makes people feel comfortable. The room is clean and sanitary, with complete facilities and good sound insulation, and I slept very well at night. There are also many restaurants downstairs, and the shopping mall is close. The transportation is convenient, and it is close to the subway station, making it convenient to travel. Highly recommended!
