The front desk is very helpful. They can deliver coffee to your room in the morning. The rooms are clean. They have all necessities as a traveller. They can store your suitcases for later collection. Very convenient and the location is at the great place. I can definitely come back here. I had a great stay.

very covenient & cozy! although it's a small-sized hotel, the room i stayed is pretty spacious. beside the hotel is family mart and right across is luckin coffee. a 10 mins walk to the nanjing rd as well as metro station. it's a little hard to navigate at first because there are so many exits but! tip: to exit from exit 1, climb the stairs down, walk through the underpass, climb stairs up again, turn right, you will see far east hotel, turn left, once you see luckin the hotel is right across.

I just left the hotel after a lovely stay. This hotel was truly a great choice, and if I visit Shanghai again, I will definitely stay here.
The location is excellent — within walking distance to People’s Square station, The Bund, and other main attractions. The hotel is very clean, and the housekeeping staff keeps the room spotless with daily service.
The staff were very kind and helpful, especially on my first day when I needed a bit of guidance getting started in Shanghai. A special shout-out to the amazing ladies at the front desk — they made me feel very welcome and supported.
One small suggestion would be to have a bit more variety in the breakfast menu, but other than that, everything was perfect. The hotel has everything you could ask for in terms of comfort, convenience, and service.
I truly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shanghai!

Pros - Provides freshly grounded coffee and biscuits at the ground floor. Superb!Rooms are made everyday and super clean. The toiletries provided smells great, esp the white tea hand wash. A good breakfast place was provided nearby and a little bit of walk would bring you to several convenience stalls or even a veggie market.
Cons - the bath design somehow makes the entire floor at the WC wet. No hand towels was provided, and only 1 portion was given for the toiletries, ie, one bottle of moisturister. The corridors has numerous ramps which can be dangerous if you are not careful. The lift area still has remants of renovation and raw wood plywood board as walls. The staff weren't attentive when we wanted to check out, they just continued doing their own things until we called out to them that we are checking out. There is no proper ramp for luggage at the entrance, the existing one is steep and almost not usable. Next door is a freight/courier processing plant, so forget about have a safe passageway with your luggage and you will end up walking along the road most of the time. Construction site is happening next door, so a few years from now the roads are going to be dustry, and noisy.
The hotel was very comfortable to stay in. The bed and pillows were cozy, and the blackout curtains effectively blocked out light. The air conditioning was cool and adjustable. I stayed for a total of 6 nights. Although the hotel staff couldn’t speak English, they were kind and tried their best to communicate. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day.
The bathroom was automatic, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. But everything else exceeded my expectations. Complimentary drinks like water, cola, and Sprite were unlimited. Popcorn, tea, and coffee were also provided for free.
The hotel is small, with only 3 floors. There’s a projector, but it only displays content in Chinese, so I couldn’t understand it. The hotel is actually closer to Middle Huaihai Road Station than West Nanjing Station—both are within a relaxed walking distance, just about one traffic light away. Both stations are located in very walkable areas, with lots of cute shops and a calm vibe, unlike the busy pedestrian zone around East Nanjing Road.
The area around the hotel becomes a nightlife spot in the evening, so there are lots of people around and it doesn’t feel deserted.
This stay really made me feel what ”home away from home” is like! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the smiles and greetings from every staff member made me feel warm. The front desk lady patiently answered all my questions and took the initiative to upgrade the room type. The room was neat and cozy, and the bedding was so soft that I fell asleep in a second! The service was meticulous to the core! From check-in to check-out, I could feel the sincerity and professionalism of the team in every link. The room was spotless, the staff always smiled and greeted guests, and even took the initiative to contact and send back the charger that I forgot in the room - such a hotel must be rated five stars! ”

The room was quite satisfactory. The front desk staff, Xiao Li, was enthusiastic and issued the tickets in time. The equipment and facilities were in good condition. The stay experience was not bad. It is recommended for business trips. There is an Impression City shopping district around, and there are many places to eat. The environment is not remote. The subway station is at the door of the hotel, and Exit 2 of Hongmei Road is very close. The bench noodles next to it are very good👍

The hotel delivered everything I needed. Just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, even letting me store my luggage after checkout which was a big help.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. For the price, it’s hard to beat this combination of convenience, comfort, and friendly service. Would definitely stay here again

The room is very nice, spacious and clean. Coffee, tea and a kettle. There's a small gym and the location was perfect for me.
The service desk isn't that friendly though.
The environment is very good and the room is very big. Although the screen projection is not very convenient to use and it is not very convenient to project videos other than a few commonly used video software, it is still very good overall. The hotel is very quiet. There is a book bar in the lobby on the sixth floor where you can study and have breakfast. I don't know if the Zhen Restaurant downstairs has a cooperation with this hotel, but the taste is quite good. The following pictures are the stir-fried dishes ordered at Zhen Restaurant. The price is also OK, about 50 or 60 yuan per person for three people. In addition, there is a Jang Geum Foot Massage nearby, which is a 24-hour massage parlor, but I didn't go to experience it. Overall, the surrounding environment is good and it is very convenient to reach various complexes and subways.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great environment, and it feels like a quiet retreat in a busy city. As soon as you go out, you will see Binjiang Avenue, which is very comfortable for a walk. The transportation is quite convenient, and you can reach the subway station by bike or on foot. The surrounding takeaways are also quite developed, and robots can deliver meals directly to the door of the room.
MMochafrappppThe room was much older than expected and looked very worn. For the amount we paid I expected the room to at least be more presentable. It did not look like the hotel photos anymore. There was also no conditioner provided, nor body lotion, just shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Toothbrushes can be picked up from the reception. Plug points require a lot of strength to insert, and plugs need to be inserted at an angle. Had to get help to put in our plugs.
That being said, our 2nd floor service ladies were prompt and helpful. The room was also as big as you see in the photos. Bed was comfortable, check in was efficient, breakfast noodles were great. Added on for additional breakfast for 2 nights and extended the room to 2pm check out for 99Y. We were on the 2nd floor close to the lift and there was noise until around 10+pm but other than that it was bearable. The breakfast was also on the 2nd floor.
Location was also great. 5-7min walk straight to the Bund. On this street you can easily see the oriental Pearl tower once you exit the hotel. Nanjing East (Huawei showroom & Daimaru) is right behind the hotel. Manner Coffee and Chagee are both 1 street away (in opposite directions). DIDI can easily pick/drop u off in front of the hotel. It was the weekend and we did not experience any road closures. The hotel is also next door to a branch of a famous crab restaurant chenglonghangxie. Lailaixiaolong, animate, shendacheng are all within walking distance. While we were there, there were 2 separate filmings happening over 2 days. Easy enough to get to Pudong as well. Overall enjoyed our stay, but wish the room was not so worn out.
AAcittyThis is a nice apartment unit. The room is spacious. They have washing machine and kitchen which are very convenient for longer stays. The customer service is available via WeChat which makes me easy to communicate although I can’t speak Chinese.
The environment (outside my room) sometimes is noisy but it’s not a significant problem for me.
Although it is not located in the city center, it is very close to Metro Station which makes it easy to commute.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay here.
CChongThe lobby had undergoing renovations which caused no AC and limited walking pathway for everyone. The first experience was not that good and the way to the lift also narrow (need to be careful during rainy day as the floor would become slippery)
The front desk employees were super busy during peak hours. One of the ladies was annoyed when I asked for the location of the rack to pick up my food delivery, her tone was not friendly at all. Perhaps it was morning and she was engaged with works on screen. One of the robot always under maintenance, so I came few times to downstairs to pick my food but it is still convenient to stay in this hotel as the station is just beside the hotel.
TThanadaThe hotel location is convenience and hotel staff was very nice also the room was comfort and clean. Staff can speak english and so supportive. This is the gift they gave us when checkout :)
QQiuyingService was great! All hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. Within hotel is manageable for wheelchair accessibility, but the ramp outside would be way too steep to use a wheelchair. Room design was a little strange due to the open window of room into bathroom, but it has an easily lowerable curtain that makes it a non-issue. Breakfast has a wide variety of food from dim sum to freshly cooked noodle soup upon asking and plenty of other things as well, mostly Chinese breakfast options like congee and such, but also bread and jam as well.

標標叔叔We arrived at the hotel in the evening and checked in smoothly. The boss was very kind and nice. The room had one large bed and one small bed, which was no problem for three people. There was enough space. There was a small space and a hanging chair outside the room. It was a homestay with Chinese characteristics, and it was designed with great care. We provided free transportation to Disneyland, and each person had a portion of traditional Chinese food for breakfast. Thank you for giving us such a good experience. It is a hotel worth recommending.
NNurfazila #KakikoyurThe hotel had a nice Shanghai vibe and we loved the location, but unfortunately, the lights in our room were broken. We reported it to the receptionist during check-in, but no action was taken throughout our stay—even up to the day we checked out.
GGuest UserThe Weiting Qingju is a hidden gem. This hotel was a real surprise. Given the price point we were paying for a Suite, our expectations were not super high. As with a lot of hotels in China, the exterior and lobby can be a bit ordinary, but there are wonderful surprises inside. On the room floors, there is a definite 4-star hotel feeling. Understated elegance with good ambience, lighting and, as we quickly noticed, there is air freshener pumped in, so the hotel has a pleasing fragrance. The Suite we stayed in was lucky number 8888 - a fourth floor room in the ”roofline,,” so to speak, which lends the room a quixotic and very unique feel - but if you are over 6 feet tall, mind your head in places! A very lovely Suite and just really incredible value for the money. The couple running the breakfast were very nice and welcoming. It is a basic breakfast, but very filling. We will definitely stay at the Weiting Qingju again if the opportunity arises.

HHà Huyền KRMy family stayed at Ji Hotel Lujiabang for 5 nights, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. Here are some highlights of our stay:
• Location: The hotel is conveniently located on a main road, just a short walk from Lujiabang Road Metro Station. It’s easy to access popular attractions such as Yuyuan Garden, The Bund, and even Disneyland.
• Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious. As a foreign guest, I truly appreciated the chef’s kindness in preparing noodles specially for me.
• Room: On the first night, we stayed in a room without a window, which felt a bit stuffy. Fortunately, we were able to move to a room with a window on the second day. The new room was more spacious and airy.
• Facilities: The hotel provides a free self-service laundry and dryer facility on B1, which was very convenient for us during the long stay.
If we return to Shanghai, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.
