I booked 3 rooms in Jun, 2023. The hotel is only 4 months old. The only thing I want to complain about is that I can't find anything to complain about! The subway station is just in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, and malls are surrounding this beautiful hotel. The GM told me it was a 4 star hotel but to me it is nothing less than a 5 star accommodation. Highly recommended! Good price, great value!

We checked in at the ”Somerset Olympic Tower”, late Saturday night. This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out). Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house. Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated. Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you. Our suite was exceptionally well equipped. A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery. (Everything you need, for a long or short stay). The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends. We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised. There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk. The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination. We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it. The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views. Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style). The facilities are on international standard. Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay. Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals. We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

The room is relatively spacious and bright, and the front desk service is friendly. Nami at the front desk introduced interesting places in Tianjin and recommended Tianjin specialty restaurants. It was very professional. There was free mineral water in the hotel elevator hall, and the hotel lobby fragrance smelled better. , I don’t know what brand it is. The only regret is that the road in front of the hotel is not open, and there are few types of breakfast. I want to eat some Tianjin-style breakfast, but the taste is not very authentic.

The hotel's decoration is very exquisite, especially the lobby and guest rooms, which make people feel very comfortable and relaxed. The hotel's service is also very thoughtful, and the employees always greet us with smiles, making us feel very friendly and warm.

Nice and comfortable boutique feel hotel with Ai Technology. Near Railway station in front of Century Clock. Room includes breakfast with reasonably good spread. When you asked for room service expect delivery by a cute Chinese speaking robot 😍。Counter service is excellent in particular front officer manager Doris, who has been patient, friendly and helpful. We asked for room checkout extension and has been accommodated easily. Pleasant stay!

The first time I went, I had bad expectations for the hot spring hotel that has been open for many years, but the result broke through my cognition, clean, no moisture, no damp smell, and the room on the first floor did not have the mark of returning damp. The pool is very clean inside and outside the water temperature is very good 👍

The hotel is superior. Cleanliness is always my priority, and this hotel hits all the ticks. Please keep up the good work! Though not right smack near mrt, walking distance is very acceptable. A macdonald and lawson convenience store just outside the hotel. For massage lover, there is a massage place just right beside it, 70 mins for RMB 198, nice private room. Few shopping malls surround the hotel with no lacking of food choice. Will come back to this hotel again if I ever visit Tianjin.

When I came at night, there was no one in the lobby. The bedding was average, the slippers were very thin, and the configuration of a budget hotel. There were apartments and a confinement center upstairs. If a girl is alone, it is not recommended to stay here because there are many people using the shared elevator. It is a good choice for family trips, as one person can sleep on the sofa

Solo traveller, enjoyed a queen sized bed. Cleanliness of the room on entering is good, daily cleaning service provided. Location is convenient, with metro station less than 5 mins walk. Wide available options for food & drinks, including multiple malls within 10 mins walk. Friendly reception service, and approachable. Self-service laundry available. Room heating is well functioning for cold winter of 5ºC to -5ºC.
