We stayed here only for a night. My kid love the ducky design and we are satisfy with it as well as an adult. not sure how to say it but it seems they have put some well consideration into it when the places are built/renovate. Their location is convenient for catching ur flights, they have shuttle to take you to the airport. Since I did not have a China phone number, they went an extra mile to reach out to trip.com to get a hold of me cause there were items we left in the room. I was able to contact them back because they had direct WeChat communication. Although the things were not important and I asked them to toss them, but the service to try to ensure the customer did not leave any items behind is superb. Honestly the hotel around the airport is not for a long stay if you are there for sight seeing, but anytime I am in BJ, they will def get my business for a day or 2 before I leave the city.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was conveniently close to the attractions we wanted to visit, making it easy to explore. Our initial room had a slight smell, but the staff handled it professionally and moved us to another room without any hassle. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of the cookies—it was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d happily stay here again!

It was a very comfortable stay, room is clean and service was excellent. They provide a free soft drinks, water, fruits and etc. I am very happy to stay here… Beijing is must visit, undoubtedly, in China

This hotel scores excellent in every categories as it exceeded all our expectations and had helped make our Beijing holiday trip such a memorable and great visit. Firstly, it is directly accessible from the international airport to the Sanyuanqiao metro line, a five minute walk from exit D. And with this metro line connections, we were able to conveniently visited all the major attraction places just using the metro lines, except for the Great Wall attraction. For visiting the Badaling Great Wall, one can use the metro to Qinghe station to connect to the Qinghe Railway station to goes to Badaling Great Wall Station. Next, the staffs, especially the front desk service staffs there were very polite and helpful with our enquiries, making our stay very pleasant. Thanks also to the room cleaning service for making sure that our room is always kept clean and comfortable with fresh towels and clean bedsheets. The hotel provides ammenities like a gym, laundry room, superb washroom, billiard table, gaming equipment to cater to all ages and different types of visitors. Breakfast is optional but we booked with breakfast and enjoyed the good spread of food selection every morning. Free dim sum supper were available from 10.00 to 11.00 pm. Overall, our holiday had been exceptionally enjoyable, relaxed and memorable with our hotel stay at CitiGo.

Our stay at Livefortuna Hotel in Beijing was absolutely seamless – everything went perfectly. The rooms were very clean and stylishly designed. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, offering a fantastic view over the city. Although the nearest subway station is about a 15-minute walk away, I highly recommend renting one of the bikes available right on the street. Exploring the city by bike turned out to be another highlight of our trip.

Hotel is located just in the Wangfujing Shopping Center, and just across APM where lot of shopping stores and varios and good restaurants. You will never disappointed to stay over here. I've got a single bed room type, lucky that got a window that i could feel comfortable to see outside view. The room is clean and well designed, what I like the most is the toilet that it keeps warm in which you dont feel awake when using it in the middle of the night. The services also good, the room is very clean and they changed the towel and keep you room clean everyday. The staff is nice and welcome even a little bit of language barrier but they is willing to help you when asked.

Nice hotel. It is inexpensive and the rooms are large and modern. It's strange, of course, that the toilet has no door in the hallway. The breakfast is good. The transfer to the airport is free of charge. Thank you Nancy and Jane for their kindness!

We booked the Teddy room and initially the room smelled cigarette eventhough it is supposed to be a non smoking room. We reported to staff and found out it is because of the open window and smokers smoke is going in to the room because of that. After this mishap was dealt with, we had smooth stay in this hotel. The breakfast is good, but what really amazed us is the robot waiter which is cute, the Forbidden city view on the 8th floor and the proximity to Wangfujing street! 4/5 recommended

Conveniently located in the eastern inner quarter of old Beijing. Nearby is the Shijia Hutong Museum, recommended for those who want to have an understanding of Hutong history and the courtyard houses. Some plus and minuses, there is a self service laundry room however the twelve oldd washing machines and dryers are fully utilized in the evening. So choose your laundry time wisely. One of the dryer was down but left unrepaired. Eateries, catering to the local residents and tourists alike are conveniently located. The hotel staff is generally polite helpful and friendly.

I came here to stay from Uzbekistan. Service and attitude were great! Especially thanks to Cindy for helping to pick us up from the airport.
