Swiss Garden Hotel Melaka is a tall, modern hotel located along the Melaka River and connected to The Shore Shopping Gallery. It’s well positioned for exploring Melaka’s attractions like Jonker Street, historic sites, museums, and riverfront walks are all within about a 10–15 minute stroll.
Spacious, contemporary rooms with private balconies and city or river views.Options range from standard deluxe to large family suites, ideal for groups or kids
.Highlights:
🌴 Two outdoor pools, one great for views and another with a fun kids’ area including slides and fountains.
My favourite and the best:I always praise the variety and taste of food, and halal-certified meals are served.
The on site restaurant offers buffet and local/Western dishes, and breakfast can be included depending on booking.Very friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk too.
Holiday Recommendation
Best for:
🌟 Families, couples, friends visiting Melaka’s old city
🌟 Guests who want a balance of comfort, sights, and value
🌟 Travelers planning to explore rather than stay in luxury

Of course I choose this hotel because more cheaper than its neighbor which is Swiss Garden but the slow lift and joint facilities like pools, parking and gym is the same. Plus point is there's a sofa bed that can act as an extra bed.
Housekeeping still no improve since last time I stayed here. Still dust everywhere even the kettle. Too lazy to wipe? Short staff? Manager no conduct spot check? 'Asal boleh' attitude?
Anyway yeah me oso no serik came here, mainly for the kiddie pool 💯. Don't forget to bring your kain sarong as the bathroom is kinda see through. If couple or family with infant then okla.

Nice stay overall, however there were a couple of areas that disappointed us.
Breakfast used Buttercup margarine instead of butter. I understand some guests may prefer it, but it was really not to my taste.
We requested two additional bottles of water, and the next day asked for another two. We were told we had already “claimed” our allocation and would need to pay for more. We were asking for a normal amount, not excessive quantities.
These small issues affected the experience, and unfortunately we may consider other options for our next stay.
The location of Eco Tree Hotel is in an older part of Melaka that is now less travelled but still has many eateries. While the room booked didn't have windows because of the price, it was nonetheless spacious and comfortable. Interestingly, the wardrobe was located in the bathroom. Liked the bathroom layout though. Unfortunately it was the rainy season and the pool was closed for maintenance anyway. Did venture to the rooftop to have a peak, definitely need some refurbishment there. If the price is maintained at this level, would definitely recommend.
I had a wonderful stay at Noble Resort Hotel Melaka, and it truly exceeded expectations. The Premier Executive services were exceptional — professional, attentive, and thoughtfully delivered, making the entire stay feel comfortable and well taken care of. The team was warm, efficient, and always ready to assist, which added a premium touch to the experience.
The location is another major highlight. The hotel is conveniently situated near shopping malls, making it easy to access retail outlets, cafés, and daily necessities. There are also plenty of food options nearby, from local delights to well-known eateries, so finding great meals was effortless throughout the stay.
Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment to unwind after a full day out. The overall atmosphere of the hotel strikes a great balance between comfort and elegance.
I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, quality service, and a pleasant stay.
The room I stayed in was neat and clean.
However, the bathroom fittings were slightly unsatisfactory — the water hose had a minor leak, the shower head was loose and wobbly, and the water pressure was rather low.
The mattress in my room is due for replacement, as it has sagged and is no longer ergonomic. I experienced some lower back discomfort upon waking.
Aside from these issues, everything else was very satisfactory.
The lighting was excellent.

The whole hotel felt like a well-preserved historical building/museum, just the right amount of modern mixed with traditional influence. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean, all amenities provided (and good quality). Beddings were comfortable with two different pillow softness to choose from. Staff were courteous and welcoming.
Thank you for the accommodation, places like this is what makes a trip memorable.
Located in an alley behind Hatten Hotel with Bus/coach bay (1 way traffic direction). Parking is chargable. Nearby Shopping mall - Mahkota Parade, Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall. walking distance to Jonker Street. Room was spacious (living room, 2 bedrooms 2 toilets) comfortable beds (2 single & 1 queen size). Bathroom was clean. No Face / hand towel provided. TV reception was weak. the chair cushions were abit worn off and dust can been seen on beams of the table. Some wood lamination has peel off and chips near the window panel. The spread of the morning breakfast was plain and simple with 1 ”live” egg cooking section. hence did not opt or it.

MMohdSituated near Ayer Keroh toll, this hotel offers ambiance and comfortable stay at affordable price.

AAnonymous UserIt’s a spontaneous trip that we booked the room before we check google reviews. Yet we are aware of the different way of check in.
Apparently it’s under awanjiwa management of the *air-bnb* style of room which is the same hotel as The pines.
First,
If there is choice i may direct book frm the pines , we tried once under the shore & the swiss garden same thing yet also unforgettable trip 😅
I would say hotel charge the prices will assure give the best services maybe .
We consider lucky that awanjiwa person in charge is nice and responsible. We got some hicups on the check in and got settle to change another room as u can see frm photos the disaster of the first room we got i told the PIC only the bed and the sink is clean others is all dusty 😵💫
We got changed to another better condition rooms also with some stain on the table n cupboard so i had to clean myself before place anything in.
Its not that bad tho, but i would say im not an airbnb guest . 😅 and its feel really weird when u stay in hotel but its like so weird u cant park in the same unit and u just dont feel u are away for a trip as the place u check in like ur neighbor home kind of feel .

GGuest UserPros: Two main advantages – ample parking and close proximity to Jonker Street.
Cons:
The hotel's beds and pillows are very old; the bed was too soft, and I didn't get good rest. The sheets and duvet are also outdated and definitely need replacing. The carpet had an odor. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast; it felt like no effort was put in. The fruit was sour, the baked beans had an odd smell, and the rice seemed like it was from the day before. I had to spend extra money to take my kids out for breakfast.
