We stayed twice in April - going to and from the grandkids. The first stay was fine - although odd half size pillows prompted my wife to buy regular ones for the trip back, but there were normal pillows on the way back. On the way back were were disappointed with 1) left over sox in drawer, 2) half eaten stinky salad in the fridge, 3) placed next to another room with a dog and a pass door - our dog was trying to understand the dog smells for an hour or two....but most concerning of all, 4) during the evening and taking the dog out, we found 3 external doors which were propped open. We did not appreciate that from a safety standpoint. It's too bad since we really like the pet policy at the Kelly Inn....but we have to feel safe at our age!

Two days after checking out, I found that my iPad was left in the room. I called the hotel and the staff there actively helped me coordinate the search. Finally, I received an email saying that it was found. I was so happy. A lot of information was in it and I had already filled in the information and was waiting to send it back. By the way, it is very convenient to go to Yellowstone Park.

Our stay at the Northern was perfect! We were cared for by the staff so well. We had an issue with our room and asked to be moved and they did so without a hesitation. They even upgraded our room! The road noise at night was pretty loud, but that can’t be changed by the hotel.

We love the quality of quietness. Feels like home. So comfortable. It’s fun that Victorian elegance type of ambiance is a treat. Breakfast is served fresh and delicious. The best in town.

However, there are still several parts of this stay, and I hope the hotel can further improve. Recommended improvements: Strengthen room cleaning The overall cleanliness of the room still has room for improvement. Since the hotel hardware is very new, it should be maintained with good cleaning and maintenance to avoid the new hotel quickly affecting the quality of accommodation due to the lack of cleaning. 2. Establish a more complete process for handling lost objects After checking out this time, I found that the filter shower head I brought was left in the room. I contacted the hotel through a letter, but I didn't receive a reply; I didn't receive a call back after leaving the contact information on the phone. After that, I went back to the hotel three times in person and was still told that I didn't find it. 3. Housekeeping should carefully confirm the items in the room The shower head was brought by me. When I checked out, I needed to be removed specially and then replaced with the original shower head of the hotel. In the end, the room did change back to the original shower head, so the housekeeper should have contact with the item when finishing the room. It is recommended that the hotel strengthen the confirmation and return mechanism of housekeeping personnel on the remnants of the room. 4. Improve the efficiency of customer complaints and contact responses Passengers have contacted by email, telephone, etc., but have not received any reply. Finally, they need to return to the hotel three times to confirm. Even if they cannot find the lost items in the end, they should give the passenger a clear investigation and reply. Overall, the hotel's hardware conditions and novelty are advantages, so I hope to see the service details improved simultaneously. It is recommended that the hotel give priority to improving the parts of ”room cleaning, housekeeping loss management, customer complaint response and follow-up processing”. If these details can be done well, I believe that the quality of the new hotel can be more complete and the passengers can feel more at ease with the hotel's service.

The location of the hotel is the highest building in the local area, very conspicuous, brand hotel chain, or very reassuring, you can relax and rest on the way. The marble table restaurant near the hotel is worth recommending, high-end Western food, but there is a taste of Chinese food. On the way, I passed the Devil Tower. It was a very good attraction. I saw a few people climbing. I saw a few elk foraging. I saw the little squirrels who were not afraid of people. They were growing up. Very good walking passage, surrounded by a week, not long, there are beautiful scenery, There are also short and long passages to exercise the body.
