Great value at a good price. While not perfect, overall I enjoy staying here. The staff are friendly and helpful when you need something.

The only negative point is that the aircond outlet piping leaked and flooded the floor for the past 3 nights, though i have complained it to the cleaner to call the maintenance / technical guy to solve the leaking problem.

Very good, the location is very good 👌, convenient for shopping, dining and travel, it is very convenient, I recommend that you friends of the river and lake pay more attention to support more care and more stay

For budget traveler, the hotel is suitable and not far from the town. It is a walking distance to the main attraction. The room is clean and breakfast is good. However it is good if the housekeeping could provide the daily complimentary mineral water during our stay without we ask for it first. It will be excellent if the hotel ca provide kettle and complimentary tea and coffee.

The service is good, nice and friendly. The facilities are a bit less. Well, for good food, it's okay for a little stay.

The cleanest room and good food is delicious. cold air conditioner and very clean bathroom. They're all taking good care of. thank you very much turtle homestay 🙏🙏

Dengan alasan kamar belum tersedia, baru bisa check in jam 4. Terlambat untuk masuk kamarnya, management diaturkan timnya agar bisa kerja sesuai SOP dan jadwal checkinnya
