My stay at this hotel was excellent! 👍 **Location:** The hotel is conveniently located right above Kagoshima-Chuo Station. You can enter directly from the station, and there's a shopping mall downstairs with a wide variety of brands and dining options, which is incredibly convenient. **Facilities:** The hotel is fully equipped with everything you need, including a refrigerator, air purifier, ice maker, and laundry room. There are also free self-service lockers in the lobby, which are very handy. **Service:** The staff are very professional and friendly, always patiently helping you with any issues. **Cleanliness:** Every area, including the guest rooms, lobby, and laundry room, was incredibly clean. The laundry room experience was particularly good. **Overall:** I highly recommend this hotel; it offers great value for money.

I didn't get to fully explore Kagoshima this time, but I'll definitely go back and do it properly. This hotel was just a stopover for me to catch a baseball game, so I picked one near the station that offered good value for money. It was quite comfortable with a stylish vibe, right in the middle of the shopping area, and only about a 3-5 minute walk to the station. There are plenty of great places to explore around the station, and you can also take the city loop bus to nearby attractions.

I'd always wanted to stay here because the breakfast has such good reviews, and finally got the chance to stay at a low price. Parking guidance and check-in were smooth, and the staff's smiling attitude was very pleasant. Being able to choose my own pillow was also nice. For breakfast, the chicken rice was really delicious and there was a wide variety of side dishes, so I was very satisfied. I had forgotten to bring ice cream, and they offered to have it in my room as I was leaving, which made me really happy. Everyone at the front desk and in the restaurant were so kind, and I would definitely stay here again. I felt at ease staying here, even though I was traveling alone as a female.

Rooms were spacious and huge. Rooms also have LG styler for when you eat kagoshima BBQ you can freshen up clothes.

It's very clean, and the bedding and toiletries are brand new. On the first floor, the lobby offers a variety of DHC cleansers, toners, and makeup removers, so if you're not too picky, you don't even need to bring any toiletries. It's right next to the Tenmonkan shopping district, which is very convenient, and the 'Woa Ren' restaurant there is delicious. I'll definitely go back again; I really enjoyed the food in Kagoshima, and if I return, I'll stay at this hotel again.

The chicken rice for breakfast was delicious. The sea view is wonderful. There was no drinking water pet in the refrigerator. It would be nice if it was also at the front desk with the menu images for breakfast and dinner.

Richmond hotel was located opposite a big department store, with easy access to bus and trams. A combini is just opposite the hotel. They have a wider range of personal amenities to pick at the lobby. They have 3 machines to handle checkout, exchange currency (e.g. 1000¥ to 100¥ coins for laundry machines on 6th floor, or break 10,000¥ to smaller notes). The machines also accept your hotel parking charges. When it was raining, hotel provided full size umbrellas for use, without deposit or giving room numbers, which is very convenient. It has a car park with limited lots, so if you can secure one ,it will be very easy to unload and load your bags. Costs 2400¥ for 2 nights of parking. Main place for food is closer to Tenmonkan area, which is walkable.

Apartment hotel, everything is self-service, keep the QR code after registering according to the email requirements in advance, use the password to enter the door on the left hand side of the PAD self-service link remote customer service, give the room number and password. Hotel location is very convenient. It is a few hundred meters from the west exit of Kagoshima Central Station. It takes 5 minutes to walk. There are many restaurants around. It is delicious and not expensive. The room is large. There is a kitchen and kitchenware inside. The facilities are very complete and very satisfied.

This is an extremely comfortable hotel! It's also incredibly conveniently located, with everything you could possibly need nearby. I especially enjoyed being able to prepare my own bath salts, which made for a wonderfully relaxing experience. I truly hope to have the opportunity to stay at this fantastic hotel again!

The room and the bed were a bit small for us, but the in room bathtub at the terrace was a plus and a rare find at this price. However, there was constantly some smell in the bathroom (probably due to the shower curtain being always damp) and you could see dust visibly accumulated and stains on the wall next to the bed.
