Located right in front of Viru Gate, the entrance to Tallinn's Old Town, the hotel offers panoramic views of the city from the higher floors. It's a very large hotel, attached to a shopping mall. There were no signs inside the mall, so it was difficult to find my way around on my first visit. The room was clean, and the breakfast was average.
The standard room bathroom is in desperate need of a renovation. Old style gradient floor tiles for the shower, with a shower curtain too close if you're a normal sized person. If you need to provide a floor squeegee you know there's a problem.
The room overall is clean and comfortable. Free parking onsite is a plus as it's far away from old town centre. Plan your driving and parking routes and you will likely save on parking overnight at other hotels.
Big shopping centre opposite is convenient.
Couldn't really hear much aircraft noise, probably because it's not a very busy airport, especially at night.
However, got unlucky with the window facing a floor which was very loud when it rained the whole night.
Varasin zen huoneen tripistä, kyseessä oli erikoistarjous. Saavuttua hotelliin minulle annettiin ensin standard huone, koska varaus olis tullut heidän mukaansa zen huoneen sijaan standardina.
everything is up to standard, but there is a problem with parking, it is paid, that is the first thing, and the second thing is that the automatic entry/exit system works poorly, which is somehow not respectable for a 4-star hotel.
The hygiene was acceptable, but the bedside lamp looked quite dirty. The soundproofing isn't great; I often heard thumps and bumps, not sure what was going on. The hotel breakfast was pretty good, though it was often overcrowded. There's also a gym with a sauna inside.
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied and got a room with 2 single beds even though I requested it. We also only had one towel in the room. The room was very cold. Be careful when parking. If you park outside the hotel you will receive a €50 fine :)
The staff is professional and committed.
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times already and that says it all. Clean, comfortable, warm, cozy. Very friendly people at the reception. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. There is a kettle in the room. Breakfast is not big, but very tasty and well presented. You can also have breakfast outside. Location, near Kadriorg park and tram stop to the center. The only caveat is that in some rooms the window may not open. And that's really important
The hotel is right next to the ferry terminal, and it only takes 5 minutes to unpack your suitcases. The room is large and clean, with a hairdryer and no kettle. In addition, there is a bus line 2 at the ferry terminal that stops at the Tallinn bus station, and it takes about 30 minutes. If you take the bus, you can directly swipe your visa bank card at the card machine on the bus for 2 euros each time. Check out time is 12 o'clock. There is a shopping mall downstairs where you can have lunch before checking out.
Good location, not too far to walk to Old Town. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was acceptable, had a little hiccup on our eggs. Hair was found in our omelet which really turned of us. So we decided not to have breakfast daily and went out instead. Overall stay was comfortable, room was big and soundproof was really good.
The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is good, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. Whether it is shopping, entertainment or exploring the beautiful scenery of the city, it is all within easy reach.
The most surprising thing is the rich breakfast, with a variety of delicious foods, which will inject full vitality into your new day. Here, you will experience caring service, comfortable accommodation environment and delicious breakfast.

Very Good
GGuest UserFirst the positives: the receptionists were really friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, the breakfast was even super good for a celiac!
Then a little worse: the noise from the street was really loud in the room, the air conditioner made a shocking noise, the shower was moldy, the wall was broken, the room was a bit messy but the bed was good. On the spa side, the changing room and shower rooms were a maze, it smelled really bad and the sauna floors were so hot you couldn't walk. The pools were ok but sandy everywhere. The breakfast staff was a bit rude but it could be a cultural difference.
MMikeJMJonesThis is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious.
VVincentRooms are clean and comfy and hotel even has a covered swimming pool !!
4 mins walk to the famous Old Town and 1 min walk to the Rotermann City. Really convenient and spoilt for food choice. Good exercise for any one wanting to explore Tallinn.
LLamblampBecause I want to take a boat to Helsinki, I specially booked this hotel that is relatively close to the pier. Taking a bolt to the pier costs about 4 euros. In fact, there are several shopping malls near the hotel, including supermarkets and food courts. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the old town, which is very convenient.
The front desk is courteous. When you check in, you will be given two hand straps, which you can use to bring into the swimming pool and sauna. The room is tidy and larger than expected. Our room is located on a high-rise building facing the inner street, so it is not noisy.
Rich breakfast options, perfect for a short stay in Tallinn
There is a sister hotel next to it, metropol hotel, which is older and has foreign groups staying there, so be sure not to make a mistake.
むむらかわ はるひこVery modern and clean interior in an old building. A wonderful hotel with an elegant mix of old and new, symbolic of the city of Tallinn. The staff are also very kind and impeccable.

GGuest UserSuper stay!
I booked at the last moment and accidentally found these wonderful apartments.
There is absolutely everything you need. Very clean and cozy. Excellent location, not far from the old town, all public transport stops nearby.
There is no reception, but all instructions are sent quickly, all questions are answered. Everything is very, very convenient.
There is a children's room and a playground on the street, and even a trampoline! There is an opportunity to leave your luggage, there is a coffee machine in the corridor!
And most importantly, you can even leave your car in the private parking lot of these apartments at no extra charge.
Thank you so much! 100/10
