WwanderingmumSecond time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review.
The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation.
The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas.
The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel located in the old town Tallinn - around 7 min walk from the balti train station.Reception working 24/7 and you can order taxi & if you arrivied by a car - free car parking availabe at the hotel parking around 5min walk. Good rooms, You will have el.kettle, TV, Free WIFI. Very good breakfast. The restoran located at the ground floor. Near around from 2 min walk - a lot of cafe & restorans & small supermarket 24/7. To main square of old towin around 5 min walk.Good place to stay.

unfortunately getting 2x2 person familyroom there is risk that other side people are loudy. the door between rooms not keep voices away from otherside.

KkarietteThe place is really beautiful and there were little nice things like a camera or a charger or a yoga mat inside the room. Also it was nice that the kitchen came with cooking oil because that's a kind of thing you don't want to buy for a few days.
The place is very close to the tram and was quite noisy. Also I heard neighbours across the hallway. So even the walls are soundproof, the doors are not really.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel after our initial accommodation in Tallinn was a let down. The location is great, and the ease of check-in digitally was ideal and the hotel is well kept.
We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734)
Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre. It was so loud above us, on top of that a lot of banging and other noises whilst they were cleaning.
First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was in fact the cleaners.
We probably won’t be reimbursed in any way by the hotel but if you stay here, request a room not on the 7th floor!

GGuest UserPleasant, cozy hotel with lovely receptionists. However, I arrived on a Sunday at 6 PM after a long journey and couldn't find anything to eat. Everything was closed, and there were no cafes or shops nearby. The room also lacked shampoo and toothpaste, and there was nowhere to buy them. This really spoiled the overall experience.

GGuest UserHotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀. Also shower water temp changed alot even though i barely touched it. Other than that breakfast was great and staff were excellent. Would visit again for sure. One picture of the outside view.

RRyuki kI had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was a real highlight — for €15 per person, it offered fresh fruits, good coffee, lactose-free milk, soy milk, and even salmon. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it a great start to the day.
The spa facilities were also impressive. There’s a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button. While there’s no traditional cold plunge pool, there’s a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions.
Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and relaxing spa made it a very enjoyable visit.

ここりまMy time at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. I was initially hesitant to book, even after seeing the high ratings, but I'm so glad I went ahead with it. It turned out to be the best hotel stay ever! The staff's amazing hospitality, the hotel's ambiance, and its excellent location were all top-notch. I also added breakfast, which was delicious and something I highly recommend. The spa was an additional treat and provided a truly blissful experience. This is one of those hotels I'd love to stay at again someday – it was just that good.
