Anonymous UserWe encountered Zurich during a light autumn rain. The hotel wasn't luxurious, but everything was just right. We were driving, so we chose a location a bit further from the city center, which offered great value for money. In the evenings, the lobby provided coffee and drinks. After dinner, my friends and I would come back, have a drink, chat for a bit, and then head back to our rooms to rest – a very typical Zurich pace.

kckamThe room was incredibly small. We booked a triple room, and it had a bunk bed above a large bed. The ceiling was so low that the person sleeping on the bottom large bed kept hitting their head. Plus, there were no facilities whatsoever, and the shower area was completely open, which was very inconvenient.

The staff member was really nice. Even though my English isn't great, he was still very enthusiastic and chatted with me. He told me he was from Sudan and even shared his cigar with me, which I found very touching. It made for a wonderful memory during my trip. Check-in was convenient; after paying online, I could check in online, and my key card was waiting directly at the front desk.

Guest UserThe location and cleanliness of the room were excellent. However, there doesn't seem to be a permanent staff member at the hotel, so you need a passcode to enter. This means you must complete the web check-in by the day before your arrival to receive the passcode and room number via email from the hotel. It's absolutely essential not to forget to do the self-check-in beforehand.

Two separate hotels with one reception only, be careful which one you are heading!
The lift is extremely small, can barely fit in one people and a small luggage, several steps required before the lift.
The room is okay for the price, relatively small but understandable.

T.HeiLocation is good. Aldi, Migros, Coop nearby. Tramstop nearby 3 mins walk with suitcase. Easy self-checkin & checkout.
My room (Basic Room) is quite big indeed, where I can open 3 or 4 suitcases on the floor. But only 1 small table and 1 stool in the room, you have to pack or put your things on the floor or on the bed.
I don't mind at all noises during night time. But if you need to have complete slience to sleep, beware that you may hear laughters from people in the street and noise of car pass by, from time to time.
The drainage pipe in my room is not perfectly set, there are some unpleasant smell in the washroom.
I stayed 2 days here. The lift was working but the lights was out of order. I take the lift in dark. But the lift is well repaired the next day. Efficient reaction time. Appreciated. Overall, I

Chan Yuet SheungThe location was excellent, about 12 minutes from the train station. There were few rooms, but they were adequate. However, the most unacceptable thing was that after showering, water seeped into the room floor – this was unacceptable.
A commendable aspect was its completely self-service system. The best feature was the self-service luggage storage, where you could set your own password to lock your luggage – excellent! The only downside was the lack of a lift, which was very inconvenient for carrying large luggage.
On the other hand, there was a luggage lift. Since it only allowed luggage to be lifted, guests didn't need to carry their luggage up the stairs; they could simply go to their floor to retrieve it. This was the hotel's most unique and biggest advantage.
