Great hotel with fantastic, spacious rooms and really friendly service, from the bar staff to the front desk. It's wonderfully quiet, the beds are superb, and the facilities are excellent. And of course, don't forget the free bikes you can borrow! The complimentary minibar and the great in-room box are always a nice touch too! Would happily stay again!

After surviving a passport control queue that felt long enough to qualify as a second flight, walking into 25Hours Hotel Zurich was pure bliss. We’d booked a Large room for our first Valentine’s weekend together, and it was a brilliant call - spacious, beautifully presented, and hitting that elusive sweet spot between ”industrial-chic” and ”actually comfortable.” The showstopper (quite literally) was the glass shower cubicle standing proudly in the centre of the room. It’s a bold design choice that we loved, and for those who aren’t quite ready to share that much with their partner, it’s easily screened off for a bit of privacy. The free mini-bar and designer coffee were lovely surprises that made us feel like VIPs, and the smart TV’s screen-sharing was a total win; mirroring Netflix from our phones was effortless, making our late-night movie plans a breeze. The staff were truly excellent. We turned up an hour before the official check-in time, but instead of being sent away to wander the streets, the receptionist checked us in immediately with a genuine smile. Furthermore, after we indulged in slightly more red wine than was perhaps wise the night before, the team graciously allowed us a late check-out with zero fuss and no extra charge. That level of empathy is rare, in my experience. If you want high-quality, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quirky accommodation in a prime Zurich location, look no further. It even smells fantastic - I’m convinced there’s a designer scent being pumped through the air conditioning. (Note to management: if you sell that fragrance in a bottle, please let me know - I’ll take five!) We had a highly enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at this hotel on November 16, 2024, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! After a long 13 hour flight from Hong Kong, I was grateful to be allowed an early check-in at 9 AM. This made a huge difference, allowing me to rest before starting my day. Mr. Filippo at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He not only assigned me a lovely room with a terrace but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, making my first day of a 13-day journey truly special. His courteous demeanor and willingness to assist were very much appreciated. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and attractions, with everything you need right across the street. Located on a mountain, during the peak season for lilacs, the hotel staff, though shy and professional, diligently served each guest despite their limited English. A special commendation was given to the hotel reception for daily complimentary fresh apples. Their manager, a finance graduate who transitioned to this role to balance work and family, remained remarkably professional and elegant, leaving a lasting impression. Their respect for Chinese culture, their understanding of Sino-Swiss cultural exchange, and their natural conversation about the China-Europe Railway Express made us feel truly valued. Furthermore, everything from breakfast and bedding to honeymoon arrangements and timely directions was impeccable. We are extremely grateful for all of this and wish the hotel continued success!

I came to Switzerland to enjoy the beautiful views, scenery and everything this amazing country has to offer, so I wasn’t expecting my hotel stay to become such a special part of the trip. ❤️🇨🇭 A big thank you to the Front Office team at Crowne Plaza Zurich for making my birthday so memorable. Even though I spent most of my time out exploring Switzerland, coming back to such a thoughtful birthday surprise made the day even more special. A special thank you to Sophie, who noticed that it was my birthday and took the time to arrange everything. The flowers, chocolates, champagne and the beautiful room setup were such a lovely surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made me feel very special. Facilities: The room was spacious with several floor-to-ceiling windows, but the TV wasn't smart and couldn't screen mirror. One of the bedside outlets was broken and didn't work. There was no complimentary bottled water, but there was a kettle for purified drinking water. No refrigerator. Environment: It's right next to the train station, two stops away from Zurich Central Station. There are Coop and Migros supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. Service: The staff were very helpful. Cleanliness: It was reasonably clean. Overall, it would be pretty good value for money if it were a bit cheaper.

The location is super convenient! It's about a 15-minute walk from the train station, and there's a direct bus stop right in front of the hotel. It's also very close to the lake, only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet. Even in August, when I stayed, there weren't many people around. There are plenty of restaurants nearby too. This is a 4-star hotel in Zurich, and I stayed in a single room. The air conditioning was good, it was clean, and there was a hot water kettle, which is very convenient for Chinese travelers. They also provided a complimentary bottle of mineral water every day. I have to say, Switzerland is incredibly clean – the mountains and rivers are stunning. I hope to come back to Switzerland again someday, maybe visit Jungfrau, and take a scenic train ride!

It is in good location and easy access to tram and bus. Clean and new modern interior, nice view of city, good price and around is real living vibe, better than center to stay.

This hotel shares a building and front desk with an Ibis. The room was quite spacious, with central air conditioning, a fridge, microwave, and basic kitchen facilities. It's about an 8-minute walk from Zurich main station, which is very convenient. Be aware that you need to actively request room cleaning at the front desk, otherwise, it won't be done. Also, the Wi-Fi signal in my room was poor; I'm not sure about other rooms. Overall, I was quite satisfied, and the front desk staff were very friendly.

Criticism for: Check-in was online only, no staff present. The location is right next to busy roads, including a tram line. Surprisingly, I still slept well. The water in the sink barely drained and would back up to overflowing. The space between the faucet and the sink was far too small. The staff spoke almost no German/Swiss German. Positives: The breakfast staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good. The location (aside from the roads right next door) is great. You can get into the city very quickly. The room furnishings are modern, and the room layout is well-designed.
