Find 3-Star Hotels in Zurich

Location: The hotel is not far from the train station, but walking with large luggage can be a bit challenging due to an uphill path. Taking the tram for just two stops is a more convenient option. During my stay, there was construction next to the hotel, so I had to cross the street to walk on the other side. Cleanliness: The hotel is clean, and housekeeping provided daily room cleaning and fresh towels. Service: Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage in the storage room before check-in time without any issue. Facilities: There’s hot water available for instant noodles and wooden cutlery provided, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was tasty, though the selection was limited — it would be even better with a salad bar.

Good location that is near the railway station. The room is in reasonable size as it is near the city center. Breakfast is good with fresh bread, fruits, and coffee. The chocolate fountain for free treats at the reception is really an attraction. Service at the front desk is superb. Will come and book the hotel again in the future.

The location is very good, within walking distance of the station. I arrived at the hotel at night, so it was hard to find where to check in. The room wasn't very clean, but it was a reasonable price. The view of the city from the hotel was beautiful.

The location is very good, very close to the train station, a few minutes' walk away, the service staff is very friendly, the western breakfast has everything, the sanitary conditions are also very good, there are quite a few Chinese people staying here, the breakfast is mostly Chinese and English, but not many German and French. I especially like their shower gel, and the apples and chocolates that you can grab at will!

Good location, easy access by bus from zurich HB. Well equipped with amenities which you can cook simple dishes. No kettle in the room is a little bit inconvenient. And my room is near the road, so it's noisy for cars passing and sometimes men talking outside.

This hotel is perfectly located just across the road from the Sihqual Bus Terminal, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. I booked a day tour to Grindelwald and Interlaken, and it was an amazing experience (highly recommend!). There’s also a direct bus from the terminal to several famous attractions, which was a huge plus. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, spoke excellent English, and even offered free refreshments in the lobby. The rooms were spotlessly clean with a great shower system, and the soundproof doors and walls ensured a peaceful night’s sleep. With a supermarket and Starbucks right beneath the hotel, it’s one of the best stays I’ve had!

Was here in May (Spring) The hotel is conveniently located near Zurich HB, which makes it great for travelers. There’s also a lift, which is helpful for carrying luggage. Breakfast was decent. As someone with dietary restrictions (halal), the options were limited — mainly bread, eggs, and mushrooms. There were also apples and canned fruits available for yogurt, which was a nice touch. The room itself was decent and comfortable. However, cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved — the movable mirror was rusty. That said, I had read some negative reviews beforehand, so I came prepared to expect the worst, and honestly, it turned out better than I expected. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, even though the remote had a smart menu option, which was a bit odd. Zurich city area can be quite uneventful, so one or two nights here is enough. The in-room coffee machine looked promising at first but turned out to be faulty. When I asked the front desk, they said it needed time to heat up — even after an hour, it didn’t work. Thankfully, there was a hot water dispenser near the café in the lobby. Overall, the stay was acceptable — nothing fancy, but it does the job if you’re not expecting luxury.

12th floor. The entrance, hallways and the stairs up to the room etc. were a bit run down and dirty looking but inside the apartment was great and incredibly warm and cozy in the majority of the room. I was very cold coming in so that was perfect for me. Only problem was not being able to turn the heat down at night (I didn't find any way to do it at least) and I had to sleep with the window open where trains would come and go very often and people outside on the street yelling random things sometimes at night, so I didn't sleep very well. The heat came from the ceiling in the bedroom. Also had some people arguing on the floor below and some stomping on the floor above around 00:00 to 03:00 but that's not really the hotel's fault because there's no active staff present. Maybe worth noting is that I stayed here the night of a big concert (Slipknot) at Hallenstadion which is close by. I would stay here again if I found a way to turn the heat down at night. It is in the red light zone of Zurich so location may not be great. Room is small. You can hear a little bit of the bass of club music. But talking about a short stay for a budget travellers when zurich is so expensive, it does its job.

Good location - near Zurich HB train station. It is however quite loud at night, especially on a Friday night. Good and clean amenities and comfortable bed!
