"1. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, on a very quiet residential street, with a good location.
2. The room is OK, just right for three people. After all, it is a homestay, not as big as a hotel, and the price is there. A small kitchen and a dining table, it is quite convenient to cook some noodles, very practical.
3. We arrived at night, self check-in, it is very simple, check the email in the mailbox to open the key box, just enter the password to get the key. Remember to put the key in the check-out box (as shown in the second picture) when checking out, it is on the wall on the right hand side before leaving."

"The location is very good, very close to the train station, a few minutes' walk away, the service staff is very friendly, the western breakfast has everything, the sanitary conditions are also very good, there are quite a few Chinese people staying here, the breakfast is mostly Chinese and English, but not many German and French. "Ibis Zurich City West (I booked it thinking it was City West near the airport) The English name is Messe Airport. You can get there by tram from the airport and walk for 15 minutes. It was hard to drag my big suitcase around. We had to take a detour because of construction going on nearby. The accommodation is a business hotel. It's clean. Breakfast is delicious. No fridge x The staff didn't really care about us. I think they need to change the Korean name of the hotel on Trip.com!! I think other people might be confused like me."

"Excellent location just a 3-minute walk from the main train station and close to the shopping street. The room with a clean, spacious, and beautifully designed room that’s well-lit, plus great-smelling toiletries, convenient amenities like wireless charging. The hotel nearby have COOP supermarket and McDonald's. The hotel even has a cinema on the first floor with daily 8 PM showings. Overall a 5-star stay, though the hallway carpet should use vacuum to clean up."

"The first hotel in Switzerland (six in total), this one should be the most broken. Fortunately, the price is cheap, which is also an advantage. The enthusiastic front desk fat brother said in the comments, I also met, very caring, at first glance it means him! There is also a large supermarket opposite, which is really difficult to say (in fact, I just set this for a supermarket). The supermarket is very small, in fact, it is the size of the local convenience store. Don't hope. Overall it is not particularly recommended, it depends on personal needs."

"Good location that is near the railway station. The room is in reasonable size as it is near the city center. Breakfast is good with fresh bread, fruits, and coffee. The chocolate fountain for free treats at the reception is really an attraction. Service at the front desk is superb. Will come and book the hotel again in the future."

"For business travel, it is 20 minutes away from the city center by bus. It's okay. There is nothing else to say. Budget hotels and Swiss hotels are expensive. 1000 a night, you can see for yourself."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Facilities are satisfactory. Although they are a little dated but at least clean.
Room was a little dusty, maybe because of a high turnover and cleaners do not have enough time for each room.
Breakfast was included which is a big plus in Switzerland.
Overall a good experience!"

Our room 105 very bad connection internet nowadays easy solving problem but i am not the owner.I can not understand that free roaming still not excist in Swiss while it is possible everywhere in Europe.

AAnonymous UserHelvetia Hotel exceeded my expectations, offering a much better experience than suggested by the photos on the booking site. The place is impeccably clean—even the shower screen was nearly spotless.
The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. The bathroom was brightly lit and generous in size, with shampoo, soap and body lotion in different glass bottles. I particularly appreciated the cozy common room near the lobby, where guests enjoy a cup of Nespresso or tea, courtesy of the hotel.
The location is convenient, with a large supermarket just a one-minute walk away and at least two cafes within walking distance. However, it’s about a 15-minute walk from the main station, which might be a consideration for some travelers.
Overall, it’s a solid choice, and I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Zurich.

PPhoebearound 10 mins walk from ZurichHB easy to walk to two big luggage, hotel provide strong air-con which is good under a hot weather.
the microwave oven is easy to use and we made ourselves a lovely dinner
beddings are very good and soft
luggage lockers are all full when I arrived (around 13pm) we put it in the room (not in the locker) very unsecured as the don't guarantee the safety of the luggage ( have a memo sticked on the wall)
self check in is good but too rigid, i tried to checkin the room at 15:00 but still need to wait for the hotel to send the confirmation message to checkin the room .
few street behind the hotel is a bit complex has stripping club and bar

AAnsonblack8888__It is in the red light zone of Zurich so location may not be great. Room is small. You can hear a little bit of the bass of club music. But talking about a short stay for a budget travellers when zurich is so expensive, it does its job.

GGuest UserThe room is a bit small, but considering that it is a hotel renovated from an entire private house (in a residential area), the original rooms should be divided into multiple rooms. The overall decoration is very new, newer than most hotels in Switzerland. There is free swiss chocclate at the front desk of the hotel, which is very delicious. What is commendable is that the hotel provides a microwave at the front desk, and guests can borrow various tools from the hotel restaurant on the first floor, so they can buy food from the supermarket outside and heat it up. Overall it feels like a family hotel

GGuest UserThe location is excellent. It is only a 5-6 minute walk to Zurich train station. There is a supermarket right across the street and plenty of restaurants nearby. You can easily walk to some of the most beautiful places in Zurich.
The room I stayed in had a kitchen, plates, cutlery, and a microwave.
The cleanliness could be better, but it was not terrible—just average.
The room had towels and dish soap, but there were no slippers or soap.

No kettle in the room is a little bit inconvenient. And my room is near the road, so it's noisy for cars passing and sometimes men talking outside.

ZzaborszkybI didn’t want to give 1 star but it was really disappointing. Oka, Trip.com didn’t mention that there is AC, so it’s fair that the room didn’t have it but not even a fan and it was extremely hot! There is no trash bin in the room so we had to use our own plastic bags to collect waste. There is no wifi (even though they promised there would be info in the room about it, there wasn’t). The shower has no curtain or wall so water splashed everywhere when taking shower. Nonetheless, it was fine for just sleeping but even with the quite low price considering it’s Zürich, it was not a pleasant experience. Maybe I’m too picky, hence the neutral rating.

GGuest User12th floor. The entrance, hallways and the stairs up to the room etc. were a bit run down and dirty looking but inside the apartment was great and incredibly warm and cozy in the majority of the room. I was very cold coming in so that was perfect for me. Only problem was not being able to turn the heat down at night (I didn't find any way to do it at least) and I had to sleep with the window open where trains would come and go very often and people outside on the street yelling random things sometimes at night, so I didn't sleep very well. The heat came from the ceiling in the bedroom. Also had some people arguing on the floor below and some stomping on the floor above around 00:00 to 03:00 but that's not really the hotel's fault because there's no active staff present. Maybe worth noting is that I stayed here the night of a big concert (Slipknot) at Hallenstadion which is close by. I would stay here again if I found a way to turn the heat down at night.
