4-Star Hotels in Lima Province, Peru

The hotel is located on the edge of San Isidro district and a relatively convenient distance to major parts of Lima (e.g. Miraflores, historic centre, and Airport), taking roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour by Uber. It is in a safe and quiet area within close reach of greenery, restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, for a business level hotel that is part of the Hilton brand, the lighting in the rooms are very poor with only bedside and tableside lights. Breakfast buffet was good with decent variety and continued supply of food. Gym was up on the top roof and gave a good view of the city, though it is small and machines are basic. Housekeeping staff were generally very helpful and polite. Receptionists at my check-in / check-out seemed to be grossly unfamiliar with the process and took a long time to get things done, sometimes asking repeated questions. Some of the breakfast staff was also a little less than polite. Overall a fine experience, but a bit less than the standard expected of a business-level hotel such as this.

Wow! What a hotel! It took a moment to get used to all the colors and lights upon entering, but that quickly became part of its charm. We received a warm welcome and were incredibly impressed with our room, which included a fully stocked minibar. The atmosphere is fantastic, the room is beautiful, and the service is top-notch. We would definitely recommend it for multiple nights if you're looking to explore Lima!

Everything! The location was right next to the cliffs and you can easily take a quick walk to the mall nearby and see the glorious sunsets. The breakfast at Intercontinental was also quite easily accessible and the spread was very delicious, albeit with a bit less variety than expected. The staff were also very friendly in the reception and the breakfast area and they also went beyond their means to try and help us with a damaged luggage we wanted to fix (from somewhere nearby). The room was very spacious and beautifully designed for ease of use and comfort. This was actually the first of so many hotels I've stayed in, to have a quiet room! The door opening and closing sounds from the outside actually felt dampened inside and we had a great sleep all 4 nights on the comfortably king sized bed. Also used the high-quality, well-maintained gym, which had a stairmaster and the abductor machine! Will definitely choose this hotel another time.

This location will definitely be my go to when or if I go back to the city I probably try another city only because I like to travel but it was amazing and they had a pool and jacuzzi. With the gym on the roof. The restaurant did different meals for breakfast and when you needed eating utensils they smiled and got what you needed. Also if you asked for ketchup they would make sure you got enough. I’m the pretty sure when the breakfast was done the restaurant became a restaurant with turning on the lights and changing the calm music to more a relaxing soft music. I enjoyed the entire experience. It’s definitely I’m looking forward to in the future!!!

The room was adequate, though a bit small. Cleanliness was good, breakfast was excellent, and the location was superb. It's conveniently located near the beach and shops. Service was slightly lacking; they didn't have a charger available, and they couldn't let you check out late.

The hotel environment feels safe, and the Chinese dishes for lunch and dinner were quite good, though breakfast was a bit underwhelming. The bedding was comfortable and very clean.

This is my second time staying at this hotel in Lima. I value the good location of the hotel and the slightly safer area. But I probably won't stay at this hotel next time. The smell in the room is too strong. If you are on a low floor, there is a building opposite, so I don't dare to open the curtains, it's quite uncomfortable 😣

It's very convenient as there are restaurants, supermarkets, laundry facilities, and everything else within walking distance. The only thing that bothered me was that the water pressure in the shower was not adjustable, but considering the balance between price and quality, I'm satisfied.

The hotel is within a short walking distance to both the beach and the city center. The neighborhood it's located in is safe, with clean streets and close to parks. The room was spacious enough. The hairdryer in the room wasn't working, but the housekeeping staff provided one upon request. Toiletries were available. There was no regular kettle in the room. A capsule coffee machine was provided, and they charged for each coffee capsule. There was one free bottle of water. We were given two free welcome drink coupons, but we didn't use either the drink coupons or the free water as a form of protest. We found the hotel management inconsistent for offering free welcome drinks on one hand, while charging for coffee in the room on the other. A daily instant coffee in my room after exploring the city would have made us happier than a one-time welcome drink. We chose this hotel because we were satisfied with a hotel from the same chain in Asuncion a week prior, but we learned that different policies are implemented here. The breakfast was a buffet style with sufficient variety. Due to renovations at the hotel, breakfast was set up in a different location. The staff did their best.
