This hotel is super close to the airport, which makes it a great choice for those with early morning or late-night flights, especially since they offer airport pick-up and drop-off. We arrived in Xi'an around 1 AM, and after a quick call, the owner was there to pick us up. When we checked out in the morning, the owner's wife even gave us two bottles of water, which was a nice touch. However, if you're really particular about your sleep quality, you might want to consider other options.

Within the hundred-yuan price range, this place is quite a good deal, especially considering it's right inside the Muslim Quarter. You've got Shijia Steamed Buns, Haijia Steamed Dumplings, Ma Kun Claypot, Xuexi Alley Skewers, and Dingjia Stewed Pork with Flour, all just a short walk away. There were some mosquitoes and small bugs, but not many. The showerhead was broken.

The staffs are friendly and helpful! Reception is on 3rd fl. Room is nicely clean everyday, just hang the sign :) The location is really great! Near the metro station. Bed is comfy. Hair dryer available. Recommended this place :) You can walk to Bell tower, Drum tower and the market behind. The Shopping mall nearby also has a sight-seeing spot on 5th fl where you can see Bell tower from the top view.

Get ready to freak out! This hostel is, like, the most dreamy place in China. There are these adorably cute towers, and get this—they’ve got toothbrushes all set for you, so you don't have to lug yours around. The bathroom? Oh, it's clean trust me I did see some around they are doing a great job, you will always have the paper there, super convenient! And the rooftop? Oh my goodness, the view up there is straight out of a fairy tale. Plus, the staff are so helpful, they’re like fairy godparents making sure your stay is perfect. And guess what else? Two gods of thunder were just here at this hostel! I took a photo them a few minutes ago, and I’ve heard that touching one of them brings good luck in life. How cool is that? You’ve gotta come check this place out!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and fully stocked with toiletries and amenities. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—and the soundproofing was fantastic, making for a really quiet night's sleep. The staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were incredibly fast. They paid great attention to detail. This place offers amazing value for money and is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling. I've already saved it and will choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

The room is the same as the photo, no fraud. The location is particularly good, very close to the subway entrance and not facing the street, there is a ten-meter from the road, and the sound of traffic is very quiet at night. The sanitation is clean and there are no dead ends, and the mattress is very comfortable and moderately hard. The air-conditioning water heater is very powerful. Originally, the price was not expected too much, and the price/performance ratio was directly full.

Great location in the Muslim Quarter. Lots of food around, short walk to the bell tower, near the buses to the Terracotta Army, and a short subway ride to all the other main attractions. It’s down an alley, but there are a lot of signs t make to it easy to find, and it also means it’s very quiet despite being in the middle of a popular area. The owners were friendly. I visited in winter and they made sure the room was heated in advance of my arrival. It was quite cozy.

Traveling the world with kids, my philosophy is to stay wherever we land, avoiding rushed nights and schedules. This time, our late flight arrived at Xi'an Xianyang Airport T3 at 11:30 PM. Since there's a dedicated shuttle to the Terracotta Warriors leaving at 9:15 AM the next morning from Xianyang Airport, we opted to stay at the airport. This 'Miyi Hui Hotel' (or 'Sleep Well Hotel') allows you to check into your cabin right after landing, near Gate 314. They offer wake-up calls, which is essential to ensure the kids get enough sleep so they have the energy to see the Terracotta Warriors the next day. The bedding was quite clean; just remember to be considerate and avoid loud noises or rustling plastic bags that might disturb others. The price was also affordable. For washing, you use the airport's shared facilities, and there’s plenty of hot water. The airport also has restaurants if you get hungry. I've also attached a picture of the shuttle to the Terracotta Warriors. Make sure to book in advance, as there are only 8 tickets per bus. Arrive half an hour early in the morning. With kids, avoid rushing. Walk for about 10 minutes to the long-distance bus station across from the airport (marked with a circled head in the picture) to exchange your ticket first. The 9:15 AM bus goes directly to Lishan Garden in about an hour. Get off there, tour Lishan Garden first. Personally, I don't think a guide is necessary here; listening to the 'APP Travel Assistant' is enough. Then, take the free shuttle to the Terracotta Warriors (make sure to book on the official WeChat account about 7 days in advance, then purchase the minivan tickets via the 'Chuxing 365' mini-program; children also pay the full price of 49 yuan). The timetable I'm holding is for the return shuttle from Lintong to the airport via the 'Hongtu Chuxing' mini-program, so please check it carefully. We booked our Terracotta Warriors visit for 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The airport mini-bus arrived at Lishan Garden at 10 AM. After exploring Lishan Garden on the electric cart for about 1.5 hours, we took the free shuttle to the Terracotta Warriors, which is about a 5-minute ride. Inside the Terracotta Warriors museum, note that the official guides take you further and further in, right into the main hall where the warriors are displayed. Their explanations are very professional, covering everything in a very official manner, and the price is reasonable. If you're not in a hurry and are traveling independently without a tour group, you can first follow an official guide at the Terracotta Warriors. After an initial overview, take a break. After 4 PM, there are significantly fewer people, so it won't be crowded. You can then leisurely admire Pit 1. Bring binoculars and a magnifying glass (or 'bug viewer') to get a good look at the facial expressions of the Terracotta Warriors. For those with kids, I recommend bringing anti-lost wristbands so you don't lose them in the crowds.

The homestay I stayed at this time was beyond expectations! Opposite is Daming Palace National Park, the location is excellent, the business is prosperous, close to the subway, to the Bell Tower, Datang Everbright City attractions a few stops, more convenient than driving, nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, eating and shopping is very convenient, the community quality is high, the lobby is luxurious, The room is spacious and bright, light luxury style, beautiful design, five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms of the large flat floor, very practical, we just stayed in a group of 10 people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which adds a lot of fun to our group's leisure time, as warm and comfortable as at home, a very pleasant travel experience.

AAz.IzThe wonderful service started even before we booked the hotel. We got their wechat contact from Trip.com and enquired 1,001 questions. Mostly unrelated to the hotel), but all our queries were patiently and clearly answered. We decided to book the hotel due to its wonderful location. A day before we are scheduled to arrive, we were given the exact location (best if use A-map) and clear instructions on how to get to the hotel & our room. As our flight landed after midnight at Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, the Silver Shop will be closed & we have to use the back door. As pampered city dwellers, the place will look a bit worn out & run-down. However, their impeccable service & warm hospitality covers whatever flaws there might be. For example, it is really cold in January. The air conditioner wasn't enough for us. They gave us an extra portable one. We went to Huashan for three days, leaving the room empty. The lady boss ensured us the room will be safe to leave our things & wished us a safe journey. She took note of when we were supposed to be back in Xi'an, even when she herself was in the flight back to her own hometown. During our almost two weeks stay there, one day my husband fell ill and we had to stay in. I had trouble trying to order food online. The lady boss got her manager to come to our room and order food for us. Even though the manager can't speak English, he managed to help us. The lady boss is very fluent in English. Be it in text messaging or conversing. We find that a relief because usually we get lost in translation due to us not being able to speak or read Mandarin. We can understand bits and pieces, but we are not able to fully understand it. We were in Xi'an in Jan 2025. We were back again in Jan 2026. We plan to be back again in Jan 2027. If there is a vacancy, we want to stay here again. It snowed this year & we had fun playing with snow on the terrace. The location is wonderful. In the heart of Muslim Quarters. 2 minutes walk to Great Mosque, 10 minutes walk to Drum Tower. Between me and my husband, the feeling is mutual. We recommend this place. No matter how run down. The location, the service, the washing machine on 6th floor with a wonderful sunset view, the terrace, the big drafty room. All these things makes us feel heavy leaving Xi'an.

MM862346****I genuinely recommend this hotel! The room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service attitude was very friendly. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting around is convenient. It's quiet at night, not noisy at all, so I slept incredibly well. The value for money far exceeded my expectations, and it's definitely worth experiencing!

AAnonymous UserThe experience was poor, despite the excellent location, complete facilities, and low price. The service was subpar, and I won't be returning. Deposit: The deposit is 50 yuan. Regardless of check-out time, it's refunded around 2-3 PM the same day (assuming no deductions are needed). Not having the deposit settled or confirmed as okay in person is concerning. If a dispute arises after leaving, the customer is in a very passive position. I really disliked this. Shoe Policy: You have to change shoes upon entry, and your own shoes must be left at the door, not taken to the room. When I asked what happens if shoes get lost, the staff didn't answer. For 200-300 yuan shoes, maybe it's fine, but what about 500, 700, or even 1000+ yuan shoes? Leaving them at the door, with no locked cabinet, not allowing them in the room, and without anyone taking responsibility if they get lost, is very unsettling. Compensation Notices Everywhere: Notices stated a 200 yuan per square meter compensation fee if water from the shower spills onto the floor due to not closing the curtain. Also, the sink couldn't be pressed forcefully, or compensation would be required if it broke. The shower design is flawed, potentially causing water overflow, yet guests are charged for it. The sink is flimsy, and instead of fixing it, guests are expected to be extra careful or pay for damages. Staying here means being constantly on edge (don't stain the sheets, don't break anything, be afraid of water overflowing from the shower, don't press the sink, change shoes upon entry). It's nerve-wracking, impossible to relax, and the experience was very bad. Risk of Electric Shock: Halfway through my shower, I saw a notice saying to pull the shower curtain to avoid the risk of electric shock! So, I was literally risking my life while showering! Even with the curtain pulled, there were gaps between the curtain and the wall, so water could still splash onto the switches. This is a problem a simple plastic cover could solve, yet it gambles with guests' lives. I wouldn't dare come back; I've never stayed in such a dangerous place. It might be 30 yuan a night, but it could cost you your life. Lighting: The entire corridor was very dim, with many energy-saving lights. Instead of bright and welcoming, the pervasive dimness made me uncomfortable. I don't like a dim atmosphere. The owner is very frugal. I turned on a spotlight, and the owner turned it off, replacing it with a dimmer light. The reason, again, was about money. The experience was very poor. Free Snacks/Massage Chairs/Toilet Paper: Despite the extreme energy saving, there were free snacks in the lobby. There was also a large TV for casual viewing, along with free coffee and tea. Toilet paper was provided in the restrooms. The bedding was clean, and slippers were disinfected after each guest. For me, the biggest highlight was the massage chair, which worked perfectly and was very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. In my room, there weren't many tourists; mostly regular guests. Perhaps they were studying for postgraduate exams, unemployed, or on long leave. Everyone had their curtains drawn, so there wasn't much interaction. The room was facing the street and very noisy, and people tended to sleep late. Those who can accept all of the above might consider staying here.

GGuest UserThis hostel is truly top-tier! It's clean and tidy throughout, with privacy curtains for each bunk, charging outlets, and lockers — everything you need. The bedding is comfortable, and the shared bathrooms are cleaned very frequently. The atmosphere is fantastic; the front desk staff are warm and attentive, and you meet so many like-minded travelers. The value for money is incredible. As a solo traveler, staying here felt so safe and peaceful. I'll definitely choose Backpackers' Ten Years again next time!

HHani Anak MalaysiaOnly smaller room has access to lift 🛗 bigger room is on different building and NO lift 🛗 At 12pm exactly I walk inside the hallway, to their receptionist for check in (normal check in was at 2pm actually, I missed that time frame). I have expected that my room will have no lift, but thank goodness when the receptionist opening the door behind the counter I saw a lift and I asked about it. He told me that not all room have access to it, and mine specifically is on different building with stairs, and I’m on the fifth floor with balcony 🫣 He kindly asked us whether we want to change our room and he also invite us to show each room available for the lift and for the other building, oh my gosh, I cannot tell you how struggling it was to climb to the fifth floor, we only managed to the 4th one to see the room, and gave up. We chose room 5003 as it has a large windows with unobstructed view, albeit a bit smaller than what we ordered, but the lift access make it worth it. And also if you’re on a heavier side like I am and not used to walk a lot, just bare in mind, didi are not allowed on this street, they’re motorcycles you can pay to sent you inside, but the price varies. We also only used the bicycle until their park station and has to walk inside the street another 500m +- I tried to used taobao but my item kept on failing to deliver 😭 but thank god I can return and refund all of them. All in all this has taught me a lesson to choose hotel that didi can drive literally up until the front entrance of the hotel. I’m not build to walk a lot 😭 and literally carrying 5kg of rice in my bagpack too along with how many litres of drinks. But the hotel is nice, they treat us well, and very whenever I WeChat they will make sure to reply promptly. The cleanliness can be improved, and the amenities are a little bit outdated. There’s foreign hairs from mopping I think, so we just wipe the floors with clean towel again.

RRΛCHΛTΛI stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. The location is a bit far from the city center, but it’s close to the Huashan scenic area, making it perfect if you plan to visit the mountain. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful environment, this accommodation is an excellent choice. The place feels homely and welcoming. They provide free shuttle services to the Huashan ticket office and the train station, which is very convenient. The common area on the first floor is also very relaxing. Tip: Call the accommodation in advance to arrange a pick-up from the train station. Didi taxi drivers at the station tried to overcharge me, so the free shuttle is a much better option. There is also a small ***** mall near the Huashan ticket office with more shops and restaurants if you need anything.

GGuest UserA real trap for first-timers... It takes less than 5 minutes to get to Xi'an Railway Station. By subway, Xi'an Station and Wulukou Station are about the same distance, but Xi'an Station is probably easier to walk to. Because of the location, you won't have any trouble finding food or daily necessities. I knew it was on the 8th floor when I made the reservation, so I was worried that I'd have to call from the entrance since I don't have a phone. I searched for it but couldn't find it. You can get there by walking past the Hanting Hotel front desk and taking the elevator to the 8th floor. I doubt anyone who didn't know would find it... They held my luggage after check-out, but there was no receipt, so it was at my own risk. If you're concerned, you might need a photo as proof of leaving your luggage.
