HH2O_cfMy stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .

SShoumiaoWe were five grown men and had a very comfortable stay. This is a B&B in the residential complex. It's beautifully decorated, quiet, and well-equipped. The floor heating was very warm, even with the windows open, it wasn't cold, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The complex is well-managed, and it's right next to Wanda and two snack streets! There's a wide variety of food options, but eating in the room was so comfortable that we deliberately packed up for two nights and played mahjong and poker afterwards...we didn't want to go out. Transportation is very convenient, and the subway station is just a short walk away. Two of the bedrooms are small suites, one with a private bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. Three bathrooms are definitely enough. In short, living in this large flat is really comfortable!

GGuest UserThe inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable. GGuest UserBest place to enjoy Muslim quarter food. This hotel just upside 24h shop. If we want to eat,night view just go downstairs with lift. We family are 4th floor stay for 2 night. The room large and able to wash our clothes . Recommended. The xian grand mosque just 100+m walking distance. Drum tower walking distance. Easy transport to go to teracotta, the great of Qin teather. The host is nice

I spent 4 days and 3 nights in Xi'an, and my stay was incredibly satisfying! The guesthouse's location is unbeatable – it's super close to the Bell and Drum Towers, Yongning Gate, Shuyuan Gate, and the Xi'an City Wall. There are bus stops and subway entrances within walking distance, and plenty of shared bikes downstairs, making it convenient to get anywhere. You can cycle a few minutes to the Dongcangmen morning market to experience an authentic Xi'an breakfast. Next door are Xi'an SKP and Wangfujing, perfect for shopping, and SKP's fourth floor even has a tech art installation worth checking out. In the evenings, there are street singers at Hopson One, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Plus, there are breakfast and late-night food stalls right downstairs, so you'll never go hungry.
The room's air conditioning was powerful, and the heating was very good. The room was completely odorless and spotless. Both the owner and the cleaning lady were incredibly warm and easy to communicate with. The disposable amenities were very complete, and you could even get complimentary bottled water – excellent attention to detail.
I highly recommend this guesthouse; I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit to Xi'an!

GGuest UserHad a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, and the common areas were so cozy and inviting. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and check-in was super efficient. The location is really convenient for getting around, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. My room had great natural light, a really comfy bed, and the bathroom facilities were all in perfect working order. It was amazing value for money, far exceeding my expectations, and surprisingly quiet. Perfect for either a short trip or a temporary stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!

GGuguyaojiayouaFacilities: I've been staying at this Xi'an location since it opened until this year. The facilities might be a bit older compared to some of the newer Backpacker Ten-Year establishments.
Cleanliness: The room attendants always clean the rooms thoroughly, but there are always some inconsiderate guests who litter, and the waste bins in the bathrooms are often full of paper. The shower area can also be slippery at times.
Environment: The environment is excellent, no complaints there. From the inside out, the staff – including the front desk ladies and gentlemen and the cleaning aunties – keep everything very tidy.
Service: The front desk staff are all quite good; at the very least, they always accommodate any requests I have.

At 12pm exactly I walk inside the hallway, to their receptionist for check in (normal check in was at 2pm actually, I missed that time frame).
I have expected that my room will have no lift, but thank goodness when the receptionist opening the door behind the counter I saw a lift and I asked about it.
He told me that not all room have access to it, and mine specifically is on different building with stairs, and I’m on the fifth floor with balcony 🫣
He kindly asked us whether we want to change our room and he also invite us to show each room available for the lift and for the other building, oh my gosh, I cannot tell you how struggling it was to climb to the fifth floor, we only managed to the 4th one to see the room, and gave up.
We chose room 5003 as it has a large windows with unobstructed view, albeit a bit smaller than what we ordered, but the lift access make it worth it.
And also if you’re on a heavier side like I am and not used to walk a lot, just bare in mind, didi are not allowed on this street, they’re motorcycles you can pay to sent you inside, but the price varies. We also only used the bicycle until their park station and has to walk inside the street another 500m +-
I tried to used taobao but my item kept on failing to deliver 😭 but thank god I can return and refund all of them.
All in all this has taught me a lesson to choose hotel that didi can drive literally up until the front entrance of the hotel. I’m not build to walk a lot 😭 and literally carrying 5kg of rice in my bagpack too along with how many litres of drinks.
But the hotel is nice, they treat us well, and very whenever I WeChat they will make sure to reply promptly.
The cleanliness can be improved, and the amenities are a little bit outdated. There’s foreign hairs from mopping I think, so we just wipe the floors with clean towel again.

RRΛCHΛTΛI stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious.
The location is a bit far from the city center, but it’s close to the Huashan scenic area, making it perfect if you plan to visit the mountain. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful environment, this accommodation is an excellent choice.
The place feels homely and welcoming. They provide free shuttle services to the Huashan ticket office and the train station, which is very convenient. The common area on the first floor is also very relaxing.
Tip: Call the accommodation in advance to arrange a pick-up from the train station. Didi taxi drivers at the station tried to overcharge me, so the free shuttle is a much better option.
There is also a small ***** mall near the Huashan ticket office with more shops and restaurants if you need anything.

AalexislmnThe staff was very lovely and helpful, even without speaking English. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had access to an (old but functioning) washing machine, which was very helpful. The location is great, right inside the Muslim Quarter but in a quieter area. It’s still convenient, with about a 5-minute walk to reach a Didi or the metro.
However, both rooms we saw faced a light well rather than having an actual view. The main difference was the floor level, the room on the 2nd floor was significantly darker than the one we moved to, despite looking similar in the photos online. We would have been quite disappointed if we hadn’t been able to change rooms.
Thankfully, the staff accommodated our request, which made the stay much more comfortable. It might be worth clarifying this in the listing to better manage expectations.
