It's close to the bus station and the old museum, and the surroundings are acceptable. It was a bit noisy at night, and the suite I originally booked was sold out upon arrival. Fortunately, the hotel and Ctrip proactively addressed the issue, which is highly recommended. The hotel itself is a renovated old building with high ceilings, a warm and retro decor, and good bedding. The only downside was the bathroom in the suite I was later transferred to had a slightly unpleasant odor. Many Chinese people stayed there, and the breakfast was filling.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The location of the hotel is close to a main road so traveling from and to the hotel was very convenient. Also getting to the hotel from the airport took no more than 20 minutes. The room looked exactly as advertised in the pictures and everything we needed was available. The staff was also very helpful. We had an issue connecting to the WiFi. We called the reception and within a couple of minutes someone reset the router we could go online. I will definitely stay here again whenever I come back.
Все полностью соответствует заявленным характеристикам, останавливаюсь в данном месте не первый раз, сервисом полностью довольна, сотрудники очень вежливые и всячески пытаются прмочь .

Free self parking is available onsite.

I can only say that this is the cleanest hotel I stayed in during all the days I stayed in Egypt. It was not far from the airport the next morning. It took about 18 minutes to drive. It was also convenient to park by car. You can park directly at the door in the villa area. But Cairo is really not suitable for self-driving.
The room was new and clean, the service was excellent, the location was very good, not far from the museum and the train station. The breakfast was delicious.
With a kitchen, you can cook. Near the hotel are large shopping malls and supermarkets, shopping is very convenient. If you take a taxi, it is best to use Uber, and there are few taxis. The overall service is not bad, the apartment is relatively cost-effective
XXINLAN1. The location is good, within walking distance to the Egyptian Museum, subway, and kazaz, which is a 1.3km walk from gobus tahir station, which is very downtown.
2. The hotel has an elevator, which is very rare. I have stayed in a nearby hotel which is also located in an old house. There is no elevator and I need to carry my luggage. The elevator is not big enough to accommodate about 4 people (without luggage), but it is much better than climbing stairs by yourself.
3. There is one triple room and one double room. The triple room is quite spacious and the standard room is not large enough.
4. There is no hot water kettle or hair dryer in the room, you can ask for it at the front desk, but the number of these two items in the entire hotel is limited, so I waited for a long time...
5. It’s more cost-effective to pay in US dollars than in Egyptian pounds. The exchange rate for paying Egyptian pounds is not so good.
6. Breakfast starts at 8:00. If you want to go to the Black and White Desert, the driver usually picks up at 7:30. If you don’t have time to eat breakfast, you can go to the rooftop restaurant to pack some (the restaurant is still preparing breakfast at 7:30, and the things that can be packed are limited. Eggs, bread, flatbread, jam, that’s all)
AArman964The staff were friendly and good. The location and the view wasn't that good, my shower was broken but the staff came to fix me as soon as I complained. The water was cold so that's a minus point and it was going under construction so a bit noisy.
GGuest UserWe would definitely come back again! We have enjoyed staying at Salam 275 hotel during our visit to Cairo. The room we booked was exactly as it’s described online, the stuff are very nice and respectful and they go above and beyond to help their gusts with everything they need
And specially MOHEMADE RIFAD who work at the front desk is a supper genuine, very special nice man! The first night we checked in at their hotel, we did not have any Egyptian currency yet to purchase anything, and thus, he went ahead and paid for all of our meal from his own money… (and offer to help if theirs anything else that we need) and we returned his money to him the next day.
They assisted us with everything we need at the hotel and or outside, directing us touring the city, places to go and even find us the honest taxi drivers that we can use. We appreciate their hospitality
MMohamedAkl1We spent one night at the Rivana Residence hotel. The location was confusing at first as it doesn't have big hotel signs. Once we got in we were welcomed by reception. We had a nice apartment which looks like we were one of the new users of the room or even the whole building. Everything was very clean, the room had a kettle and a microwave as well as some cutlery. The room also included a sofa and a big desk. Overall the stay was very nice and if I want somewhere near 5th district this would be definitely one of the first choices to book.
Only one improvement I can think of is that there were no teabags or instant coffee packets. This is usually included in most hotels and would've been great to have a cup of tea in the morning
GGuest UserIn the same building with other hotels, it is not easy to find. The facilities in the building are relatively old, the elevator is very old, and the door has to be opened by itself, which is quite interesting. The facilities in the house are okay, you can try it. The price of this kind of hotel in Cairo is still cheap. It is very close to the Khalili market. The breakfast is also very good. If you are not very particular, you can stay here.
LllrllrA very cost-effective hotel, located in the center of Tahrir Square. It is very convenient to the subway station and museums. The room is large, the service is very good, and the breakfast is not bad. The sanitary conditions need to be further improved, and the color of the hotel is a bit dark. Our room did not have a hot water kettle, but another room where a friend stayed had a hot water kettle, so the details of the service need to be improved.
GGuest UserThe location is in the city center, and it is very convenient to go everywhere.
The room is very spacious, a three-bed room. The shower did not work and it was fixed quickly.
The front desk helped me buy a conversion plug.
The breakfast was rich and delicious.
One day we came back late and they made dinner for us.
I spent an unforgettable time here with my two children alone. I am very grateful to every staff of the hotel.
