The location was good before visiting Everland, and it was a comfortable space with a comfortable atmosphere. The bedding was satisfactory and the cleanliness was satisfactory. The rooftop space was also very good. There were many places to eat and snack around, and it was nice that there was a walking space. Since it is near Everland, there is a kids' play zone on the 2nd floor, so it would be great to come with children and family.
Fow what we paid it was a decent hotel. The room was clean and enough for 3 people. I used the gym which was small but good for a simple workout. The remote in our room didnt work when we arrived but it was a simple fix and staff was kind to come and help. The only complaint was the wifi. The connection was awful. Even though there were so many routers to choose from none of them would connect properly. The location is great. It's close to the outlet mall which has food and drunk plus the bus comes round often. The closest metro is Gaehwa by either bus or taxi.
The hotel is located only a short distance from Everland. Parking lot was out of service, so it was slightly inconvenient loading and unloading luggage. We had a double bed that was comfortable, but the bunk beds were like a slab of concrete and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was expensive and not worth the money.. Maybe if kids ate free it would be slightly worth it for a family. There was a nice little feature on the roof with blow up swimming pools- it was great fun for our children and a nice touch after a long drive.
Spent the weekend there and it was pleasant. Quiet which is exactly what I wanted. The breakfast buffet wasn’t all that as hyped in some comments. It was my second time staying there and I think I’ll keep staying there whenever I go to Suwon.
I went to Asan Spavis and stayed there for one night because it was close by. The view of Pyeongtaek Lake is good and there are good restaurants nearby, so it's pretty good.
The price is cheap for a hotel. A family of four stayed here, and the bed size is good and the bedding is good. The room is a little small, so it's hard to move around.
The only drawback is that the lights in the room are a little dim. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and friendly to foreigners. The breakfast restaurant is large, but it is a pity that the dishes are not enough, otherwise it would be perfect.
I booked a family twin room with breakfast for 2 nights for a family of 4.
It was on the 25th floor so the view was good, the room was spacious and there was a table and microwave,
so I was able to buy food from the convenience store late at night and use it conveniently^^
We didn't use it but there was a washing machine, which was surprising
and the breakfast had a variety of foods and tasted good, so I was able to eat well and travel~
I was satisfied with the service of the staff, especially the friendly staff in the restaurant, which allowed me to start the day in a good mood,
and the accommodation cost was not burdensome, so I highly recommend it^^
Really the best view... Since it's close to my house, I often go there for a staycation~ All the staff who served me were friendly, and the price is reasonable for the condition, so it's a hotel that I'm satisfied with every time I stay there. I highly recommend it for a staycation near Seoul~~!
I went there twice in June and I am a resident of Yangpyeong, so I am a customer who has been using various facilities (condo, swimming pool, patio, etc.) since I was a former Daemyung. This June 2nd condo reservation is an acquaintance who came to Yangpyeong to go to bed in a hurry and book slowly at 10 pm??? I checked in at about that time, but I was so bad at the unkindness of the staff who checked in, and it was still ridiculous, so I finally left a review. Since I said that I made a reservation through Trip.com, the slanderous tone and eyes that they said they could only check again with a ridiculous expression are still vivid. It was ridiculous, but I booked Trip.com again.
I said that I had booked Trip.com in early June, so I was once again answered that I only made a reservation with Agoda. Anyway, the reservation was confirmed and the key was delivered, but I asked as I received it. If the site you booked is not Agoda, so you can't confirm it, how do you deal with it? He laughed and said, ”You have to find out for yourself.” Suddenly I got so angry, but I was afraid that my acquaintance would be embarrassed by the side, so I quickly got the key and went up to the room.
And then I thought about it. I remember that I made a reservation through various routes, whether it was Daemyung Condo or Sonohu. Here, Yanolza, Naver reservation, etc.
Even if I think about it, the service mind, the tone, the bullshit of the male employee is so angry.
After that, I went to the patio with my family about a week later, and the patio staff did not say hello even if the guests came in, and I pretended not to know if we could eat. I was guided to the table . It's a place I love Sonohu, but I wonder if there was a manager of Yangpyeong Sonohu. I ignored Trip.com, but I may see this review, but I think I have to make a review that is sure to make a reservation while trying to call the headquarters, so I leave a long article through this place. Certainly, Yangpyeong Sonohu is urgently improving service.

MMichellewhilst the location is fabulous, the check in experience leaves very little to be desired for. upon arriving (after a long drive from Gyeongju), we could not find anyone at the property. We didnt know that the neighbours there were not part of the property so when we knocked on their door, they got a little annoyed at us, and that we were bothering them.
We ended up having to call the numnber listed on the booking site, but the problem was that the person who picked up the phone couldnt speak any english - and i kept saying check in, and he kept saying 4pm. All i wanted for him to do was to show up in person to check us in, not tell me that check in time is 4pm, which I already know! he then hung up after trying to communicate with us.
so we waited and waited and called and called and called, and then, when we were just to give up to find another place to stay, a lady turned up and asked my name. We then got checked in. the room was beautiful - it was a lot bigger than what we needed. there were no chairs in the room so my poor partners' back was in pain because he couldnt really sit on the floor. the floor was also very hot through the night so we couldnt really sleep as the heat came through the floor mattress.
KKarleneI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.
양양난영It was a good place to rest and come. The owner was friendly and nice. A good place to heal while looking at the lake. The water in the sink was hot and came out well, but the bathtub was a bit cold because the door didn't come out even if I turned it on for a while to keep it warm. Next time, Vista was spacious and nice. The cat kept coming to the barbecue, so I personally didn't like it. If you don't like cats, you should go to room 102, which has a mosquito screen, or go to the second floor.
Wwrite2jerryThe reception and guidance service at the front desk is good, and there are many dining options nearby. Suitable for business travel. There is a cafe downstairs for temporary reception.
AAnonymous UserDeluxe twin room interior still new, shower only, no bathtub. It is spacious enough to open 28 inch luggage fully and still have space to move around. Our room has a coffee table with a cushion chair too. Breakfast at ””Garden 171”” is delicious, dining area decorated with many green plants. This building has about 11 levels used by the hotel, while 7 levels used by residents. There are 40 hotel rooms per level but there are only limited car park lots from B2 to B5. This carpark is too little to cater for all. Even if you find a tiny car lot to squeeze in, if there are illegal parking later on, its very hard to drive out from your car lot too. Best is not to drive here. A short walk will reach Times Terrace mall, alot of restaurants, clothing, cafe, sport gear, gaming arcade etc. Very convenient to spend a day in shelter. Walk further, there are streets full of karaoke, BBQ, live seafood restaurants etc. Its still a good hotel to stay, but next time i will take a bus to this city.
GGuest UserWell located hotel, with big rooms that comes with a bathtub. Personally, I don’t prefer hotels with carpets so they lost one star as a result.
Otherwise, well located in the city hall area.
GGuest UserThere’s plenty to like about this hotel. Great location and gorgeous pools. However, there are two issues that ruined my experience.
1. The front desk doesn’t speak English. For a 4 star hotel next to an airport, this isn’t acceptable. I don’t blame the representatives though. It’s clearly a managerial decision.
2. Everything at the pool costs money. Chairs, beds, lounge chairs. No one uses them because no one wants to pay. It’s insulting.
The property is great, but management doesn’t care about basic customer service.
