GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool). We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service. If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive. The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

GGuest UserThis is our go to hotel in Boracay. In our last 5 trips to Boracay, we never changed our hotel only Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa. Great service, the staffs are polite and very generous to their guests and even gave us a room upgrade when they learned that it was a celebration of my daughter's graduation. We will definitely go back!

GGuest UserMövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay, along with Shangri-La and Crimson, boasts an exclusive white sand beach. The main advantage is the peace and quiet, allowing guests to fully unwind and enjoy a truly relaxing 'lie-flat' vacation. The downside is its somewhat remote location. While you can book the hotel's shuttle service for transport, the frequency is limited. **Area:** Not particularly large, centered around the pool, with the beach accessible directly from the pool area. **Rooms:** Considering the room quality and size, they don't quite justify the price. They're comparable to blue-ocean hotels but significantly more expensive, and the overall hotel area is smaller, making it poor value for money. Its main selling point is undoubtedly the private beach. Near the Crimson area, there are reefs where you can try snorkeling. There are fish, though nothing large, and I even saw a moray eel – a nice little activity you can enjoy without having to go out on a boat. There are private small boats for rent at 300 pesos, which are great for a ride, and watching the sunset from the sea is absolutely stunning; the ocean here is incredibly beautiful. In the afternoon, there are often some dance activities on the beach that you can join, and from 3-4 PM, the restaurant offers afternoon tea, perfect for re-energizing before continuing your water activities.

GGuest UserThe staff are very accommodating. Front desk officers are polite and neat looking. Pool is kind of heated. Its not cold but maybe because of the hot weather. Medyo matapang lang yung chlorine kaya nag react yung skin ko but over all the place is relaxing, walk to the beach is ok. Nice staff even si kuya guard. Restaurant staff are friendly also, Chef looks serious but friendly. Thank you chef for cooking us bacon for breakfast since its not included on the buffet, hehehe! Kuddos to you Henann Lagoon. Will definitely recommend this to my family and friends. Good job everyone!

JjoanaaaThe service was good, the hotel is being cleaned regulary, the staffs are courteous the place is serene and quiet far from the party noise of boracay. And the breakfast buffet is good lots of selections and they keep on refilling the food warmers for the guests, plus the million dollar view! we never mind paying for e-trike whenever we want to go somewhere. I just didnt like the front desk keeps calling for the checkout notice even though i told her that were ready to check out and just needs a minute to pack some our things, besides we checked in late like 6pm btw we checked out at 12:20pm though So far, this is the best hennan hotel for me.

MMlem_HahingTERRIBLE WIFI and AC — barely hitting 10 Mbps most of the time, so I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re working remotely. The aircon was also leaking during our stay. We called maintenance, they checked it, but unfortunately it still kept leaking after. STAFF - very great and respectful . ROOM - The room feels a bit dated and they don’t have blackout curtains, which can be annoying in the morning. There’s also ongoing construction nearby, so expect to hear drilling and hammering during the day. On the bright side, the bathtub was great and the bathroom was really spacious. FOOD - They offer buffet breakfast, but it was just okay. GYM - Probably one of the better parts of the stay. It’s not super fancy, but it had almost everything I needed for a good workout. LOCATION - Very convenient. It’s in Station 2 and easily walkable to both Station 1 and Station 3. POOL AND MASSAGE - Both are great

GGuest UserThis was my second time here, and from the moment I landed and found the staff, I didn't have to handle my luggage at all, even for my departure – it was absolutely fantastic. However, there were some things I wasn't happy with. On the first day, they gave me a room at the very end of the hall, and it had a strange smell. I couldn't accept it, especially since I paid quite a bit for a beach view room. After a long discussion, they could only offer a room with a better view for the next day. Because of the smell, I had to downgrade to a clean transitional room, but the hotel refused to refund the price difference. Ultimately, Trip.com covered the difference, which just goes to show how reliable Trip.com is and how proactively they communicate with hotels, even if the final outcome wasn't perfect. The next day, the view was decent. If you're choosing a beach room, rooms 71-75 have better views, while 77 is an end room next to staff quarters and is very, very poor. As for breakfast, it's significantly worse than when I visited in 2023. There's very little variety, just enough to fill you up, and surprisingly, no pineapple or banana juice. Next time I go to Boracay, I'll definitely hesitate to choose this place again because of the end-room issue. Photo 1 is the excellent pickup service, Photo 2 is the transitional garden-view room. Photo 3 is the balcony view from the end room, Photo 4 is the room I switched to on the second day.

GGuest UserAs a group of 11 travelers, our overall experience was very good, particularly because we availed of the hotel's airport transfer service. The transfer process was seamless, efficient, and exceptionally well-organized. From the hotel to the airport, the entire journey took less than 30 minutes. The transfer team deserves special recognition for their professionalism and strict adherence to schedules. They clearly prioritize ensuring that guests do not miss their flights, and their dedication was truly commendable. Check-in was also a pleasant surprise, as we were accommodated earlier than the usual check-in time. All of our requests were attended to and fulfilled, which we greatly appreciated. The buffet food was enjoyable, with a good variety of dishes that changed daily. It was nice to see different options each morning instead of the same menu being repeated. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. One concern was the breakfast area. There was no covered walkway connecting certain sections, which became problematic during heavy rain. Since we were traveling with a baby, it was inconvenient and unsafe to walk through the rain, especially as the pathways became slippery. Even providing umbrellas in the breakfast area would have been a thoughtful touch. These small details may seem minor, but they significantly impact the overall guest experience. The air conditioning in our Deluxe Room was also not as cold as expected. In addition, the balcony was practically unusable because the outdoor air-conditioning unit was located there, generating considerable heat and making the space uncomfortable. Another inconvenience was the replenishment of bathroom amenities. Rather than having them proactively restocked, guests needed to call housekeeping each time additional items were required. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and many aspects of the service were excellent. However, I believe the hotel would benefit from paying greater attention to the small details. Thoughtful and intentional touches are often what elevate a good stay into a truly exceptional one.

MMakgobaWow! What an amazing place❤️ From the moment I landed at the hotel, all the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant had amazing food all throughout the day. The buffet dinner with live music was totally worth it after a busy day in the pool or at the beach. I will definitely come back here again. I want to give a special thank you to Nick, Kenneth, Gino, Arjay, Lixander and Alex. These staff members helped make my stay memorable in various ways from day 1 to when I left. Thank you.
