Guest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

AjscWe have originally booked a west premier king with the view of the hallway/ next hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, we have asked the conceirge for a room with a pool view. Luckily they have the Room 445 available and topped up 5,190/night on the current booking to get our room upgrade. They let us checked in early, but the room once we entered still got sand inside the bedsheets. 🥹 This is our 2nd time in this hotel, we just missed the cleanliness during their soft opening, welcome drinks and the band once you arrived on the hotel, but as we informed the staff during check out, they have given us the *goodbye* drink. 😅
We have availed the Landtransfer also, everything is okay aside for the we go and wait for 20mins for the speedboat to come in the public terminal. We catch a red eye flight and this is really tiring considering we have a baby with us.
Still enjoyed the stay, hoping to get the same treatment during our first stay with Mandarin.

Darina Muradyant’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !

Anonymous UserI had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. The location was convenient, with restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi coverage didn't extend to our room, making it difficult to use the internet. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience

joanaaaThe service was good, the hotel is being cleaned regulary, the staffs are courteous the place is serene and quiet far from the party noise of boracay. And the breakfast buffet is good lots of selections and they keep on refilling the food warmers for the guests, plus the million dollar view! we never mind paying for e-trike whenever we want to go somewhere. I just didnt like the front desk keeps calling for the checkout notice even though i told her that were ready to check out and just needs a minute to pack some our things, besides we checked in late like 6pm btw we checked out at 12:20pm though So far, this is the best hennan hotel for me.

Mlem_HahingTERRIBLE WIFI and AC — barely hitting 10 Mbps most of the time, so I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re working remotely. The aircon was also leaking during our stay. We called maintenance, they checked it, but unfortunately it still kept leaking after.
STAFF - very great and respectful .
ROOM - The room feels a bit dated and they don’t have blackout curtains, which can be annoying in the morning. There’s also ongoing construction nearby, so expect to hear drilling and hammering during the day. On the bright side, the bathtub was great and the bathroom was really spacious.
FOOD - They offer buffet breakfast, but it was just okay.
GYM - Probably one of the better parts of the stay. It’s not super fancy, but it had almost everything I needed for a good workout.
LOCATION - Very convenient. It’s in Station 2 and easily walkable to both Station 1 and Station 3.
POOL AND MASSAGE - Both are great

This was my second time here, and from the moment I landed and found the staff, I didn't have to handle my luggage at all, even for my departure – it was absolutely fantastic. However, there were some things I wasn't happy with. On the first day, they gave me a room at the very end of the hall, and it had a strange smell. I couldn't accept it, especially since I paid quite a bit for a beach view room. After a long discussion, they could only offer a room with a better view for the next day. Because of the smell, I had to downgrade to a clean transitional room, but the hotel refused to refund the price difference. Ultimately, Trip.com covered the difference, which just goes to show how reliable Trip.com is and how proactively they communicate with hotels, even if the final outcome wasn't perfect. The next day, the view was decent. If you're choosing a beach room, rooms 71-75 have better views, while 77 is an end room next to staff quarters and is very, very poor. As for breakfast, it's significantly worse than when I visited in 2023. There's very little variety, just enough to fill you up, and surprisingly, no pineapple or banana juice. Next time I go to Boracay, I'll definitely hesitate to choose this place again because of the end-room issue. Photo 1 is the excellent pickup service, Photo 2 is the transitional garden-view room. Photo 3 is the balcony view from the end room, Photo 4 is the room I switched to on the second day.

Guest UserAs a group of 11 travelers, our overall experience was very good, particularly because we availed of the hotel's airport transfer service. The transfer process was seamless, efficient, and exceptionally well-organized. From the hotel to the airport, the entire journey took less than 30 minutes. The transfer team deserves special recognition for their professionalism and strict adherence to schedules. They clearly prioritize ensuring that guests do not miss their flights, and their dedication was truly commendable.
Check-in was also a pleasant surprise, as we were accommodated earlier than the usual check-in time. All of our requests were attended to and fulfilled, which we greatly appreciated.
The buffet food was enjoyable, with a good variety of dishes that changed daily. It was nice to see different options each morning instead of the same menu being repeated.
However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. One concern was the breakfast area. There was no covered walkway connecting certain sections, which became problematic during heavy rain. Since we were traveling with a baby, it was inconvenient and unsafe to walk through the rain, especially as the pathways became slippery. Even providing umbrellas in the breakfast area would have been a thoughtful touch. These small details may seem minor, but they significantly impact the overall guest experience.
The air conditioning in our Deluxe Room was also not as cold as expected. In addition, the balcony was practically unusable because the outdoor air-conditioning unit was located there, generating considerable heat and making the space uncomfortable.
Another inconvenience was the replenishment of bathroom amenities. Rather than having them proactively restocked, guests needed to call housekeeping each time additional items were required.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and many aspects of the service were excellent. However, I believe the hotel would benefit from paying greater attention to the small details. Thoughtful and intentional touches are often what elevate a good stay into a truly exceptional one.

Was an absolutely amazing stay! Just please note that you do need to pay PH10000 deposit when you arrive. We did not know this prior and was quite inconvenient. The location is excellent, 5min walk to everything. The beach had amazing night life activities. There is a Jollibee and mcdonalds around the corner and they're open 24/7. The breakfast offered at the hotel is world class. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend!!!!!
