When I first arrived, I found the hotel wasn't as stunning as I'd imagined, mainly because the architecture felt too modern and not like a resort. However, the hotel's excellent service soon became apparent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made the vacation feel more like a true getaway. Breakfast was simply amazing. The pool connects directly to the beach and the ocean, and the hotel even has its own private bay. There are three restaurants at the hotel, and the food was outstanding and reasonably priced. The rooms were also quite good. The hotel offers airport transfers, but they're a bit expensive. The location is somewhat remote; while the hotel does provide shuttle service to D'Mall, the frequency is limited.

Arnold RGood Location. Very worth it. Room was big enough for a family of 3. Nice and relaxing pool area. There was an acoustic singer playing in the evening to even relax you while you swim during our stay. Roshan who assisted us was great in customer service. All staffs are courteous and polite. Maybe if the future, they could provide an eco bag also as a souvenir after your stay. Kidding aside, we will definitely be back in this property when we visit the Philippines again.

Guest UserMövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay, along with Shangri-La and Crimson, boasts an exclusive white sand beach. The main advantage is the peace and quiet, allowing guests to fully unwind and enjoy a truly relaxing 'lie-flat' vacation. The downside is its somewhat remote location. While you can book the hotel's shuttle service for transport, the frequency is limited.
**Area:** Not particularly large, centered around the pool, with the beach accessible directly from the pool area.
**Rooms:** Considering the room quality and size, they don't quite justify the price. They're comparable to blue-ocean hotels but significantly more expensive, and the overall hotel area is smaller, making it poor value for money. Its main selling point is undoubtedly the private beach.
Near the Crimson area, there are reefs where you can try snorkeling. There are fish, though nothing large, and I even saw a moray eel – a nice little activity you can enjoy without having to go out on a boat. There are private small boats for rent at 300 pesos, which are great for a ride, and watching the sunset from the sea is absolutely stunning; the ocean here is incredibly beautiful. In the afternoon, there are often some dance activities on the beach that you can join, and from 3-4 PM, the restaurant offers afternoon tea, perfect for re-energizing before continuing your water activities.

Anonymous UserI expected more, especially knowing that this is a 5-star hotel.
The linens had visible stains, and there were some cleanliness issues that were overlooked. I reported these to the front desk for future reference. They acknowledged my concern, but they didn't offer to change the linens or send housekeeping to check the room. (I'm not expecting any compensation. It would've just been a nice gesture if they were more proactive.)
Room 308 also needs some maintenance. The AC was leaking and wasn't cooling that well. The shower heater wasn't working properly, the vanity chair was broken and almost detached, and the luggage rack near the TV was already worn out and had stains. (These issues didn't really affect my stay that much, but I think they should still be addressed. If another guest, especially a foreigner, stays here, they would definitely complain.) I didn't report these issues, even during checkout, because after my first concern, I honestly felt like they would just be ignored.
During checkout, I called ahead and requested for someone to inspect the room so the process would be faster. Unfortunately, it seemed like no one was sent. I waited longer than expected—it was supposed to take around 5 minutes, but it took about 8 minutes. They also didn't give me any update. (I think if I hadn't asked for a follow-up, I would've waited even longer.)
On the positive side, the breakfast was good. The Lagoon Bar was also great, especially the server there. (I forgot his name, but he's been working there for about 3 years. 😅)
Overall, my stay was good. Hoping my next stay feels more like a true 5-star experience. The hotel has great potential, but I think being more proactive with guest concerns, cleanliness, and room maintenance would make a big difference.

Guest UserWe didn't regret choosing this hotel for our honeymoon. The service was excellent, and the breakfasts were magnificent with a sea view. The infinity pool was a special luxury. The beach near the hotel is well-maintained with beautiful palm trees; we could compare it with neighboring hotels while walking along the shore. There are massage services and shops close to the hotel. The room itself is spacious, and the cleaning service is good. Overall, I recommend this hotel. We took the hotel transfer to and from the airport. We were met and quickly taken by speedboat, and our luggage was carried for us.

phbe0306We stayed briefly before transferring different hotel but we enjoyed our short stay! Very accessible to the main road and also has white beach access beside kfc in station 2. Designated parasols on white beach too like other hennan hotels in the area. We tried their dinner buffet for ₱799 and it was 7/10, the steak was too rare for filipino preference but there were a lot of other main dish options. They also have fire dance performances for the guests. Breakfast buffet was 8.5/10, I liked that they have hot or iced options for coffee and chocolate. Overall a great stay.

Guest UserThis was my second time here, and from the moment I landed and found the staff, I didn't have to handle my luggage at all, even for my departure – it was absolutely fantastic. However, there were some things I wasn't happy with. On the first day, they gave me a room at the very end of the hall, and it had a strange smell. I couldn't accept it, especially since I paid quite a bit for a beach view room. After a long discussion, they could only offer a room with a better view for the next day. Because of the smell, I had to downgrade to a clean transitional room, but the hotel refused to refund the price difference. Ultimately, Trip.com covered the difference, which just goes to show how reliable Trip.com is and how proactively they communicate with hotels, even if the final outcome wasn't perfect. The next day, the view was decent. If you're choosing a beach room, rooms 71-75 have better views, while 77 is an end room next to staff quarters and is very, very poor. As for breakfast, it's significantly worse than when I visited in 2023. There's very little variety, just enough to fill you up, and surprisingly, no pineapple or banana juice. Next time I go to Boracay, I'll definitely hesitate to choose this place again because of the end-room issue. Photo 1 is the excellent pickup service, Photo 2 is the transitional garden-view room. Photo 3 is the balcony view from the end room, Photo 4 is the room I switched to on the second day.

Anonymous UserWe had an amazing stay at Henann Park Resort! The resort is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the pool area was perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
Although the resort isn’t beachfront, White Beach and D’Mall are only a short walk away, making the location very convenient for restaurants, shopping, and activities. Overall, the combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities made our stay truly memorable.
