Stayed for 5 nights. Overall experience is below expectations: hotel is not that modern, pretty old fashioned, renovation is needed. There are no curtains in the rooms, therefore, those who are sensitive to light in the morning won’t get good sleep. No sleepers, no bathrobes, no shower gel (only shampoo and conditioner). Relatively noisy from external blocks of air conditioners. Breakfast is probably the biggest disappointment - need to wait in a queue to be seated, the area is quite small relatively to the number of rooms, food selection is pretty narrow, but delicious. Gym is fine. Personnel is very kind, polite and nice. Hotel offers the chaise lounges on the beach; distance to beach around 10 minutes in calm walking. During this travel we stayed in another two hotels too, trust me, for this price you can find more balanced offers - major questions are to the facilities.

We booked grand deluxe pool access. Room spacious and very clean. They provided different towel if you want go to the beach or doing island hoping. Very near with the beach and d mall areas. Very recommended!!

Good location mainroad across watsons , 5minutes from jollibee and dmall entrance. 7-10minutes from the beach. These are all by walking. Gym was good enough for a fullbody workout mixed dumbbells and machines. Swimming pool was decent, enough area not to be surrounded by everyone. Enough space to do a short laps. The breakfast is good, there’s a variety to choose from and you get complimentary free drinks but the drinks are not nice 1/10🤣 The locals are friendly and funny, they also offer activities around the islands. Downside was the water- they don’t offer bottled water in the rooms, there’s a drink pitcher in the room and you have to get the water outside your room there’s a dispenser within the floor. The slippers are only offered once and they don’t bring new ones when they clean. There’s restaurants and clubs around The view of the island is in front of the hotel They offer beach towels which you can change for new sets anytime. We were picked and dropped off by the airport via bus shuttle and boat. The hotel reminds you about check out times and they call when it’s time to leave. We requested early checkin and we were granted one for 12:30 without any additional fees. Checkin time is at 3pm so that was very accommodating. Overall the experience was an 8/10. What I loved about the place is their location, very accessible, a lot of restaurants nearby and a lot of things to do, you may also watch fire dance every 7pm outside the hotel (near beach front). Pool and Breakfast Buffet are great, staffs are very kind, attentive and friendly. Their Airport transfer is hassle free, good thing we arranged it with Hennan. One thing that we’re not satisfied about the hotel is the room, AC is not properly working and there’s a leak. wooden windows looks so old too. We told FO about our AC, and we were transferred into another room. Room view is really bad too, they don’t have a decent view for their deluxe rooms. Overall experience was good, I guess they must do some renovation or checking in rooms that looks very used/old. And also, double check the rooms if everything is working because room rates should be worth it. Please add some nice fragrance too!

I stayed for 2 nights and would've stayed longer if my schedule permitted me. Ish, in the reception, greeted me warmly during check-in and I appreciated being asked how the trip was getting there. It felt genuine. all of the staff felt very approachable and is always willing to go a step further from every request I made. Their breakfast buffet is the best breakfast buffet I've had so far. I've stayed at a few 5-star hotels around the Philippines and in Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam but this was the best one so far. Each dish has been ”made with love” as they say. There is a great selection of beverages, pastries and dishes. The facilities are well kept and there is ample staff to attend to any need in any area around the resort. The room was spacious and the toiletries were very well thought of. When I arrived, it was clean, and felt very homey. I loved the peaceful morning walks along the private beach. I've mostly stayed in the main beach every time I go to Boracay but it can get crowded and busy even early in the morning so the privacy is a great selling point to this area especially for those who just want to lounge by the beach and feel the morning breeze. The only thing I feel needs to be improved is the drain in the shower in my room. It takes a while for it to drain so while showering, expect to soak your feet on the floor water. I think it takes about 15 minutes after I shower for the water to dissipate. All in all, am I coming back? For sure! Still solo? No, I'm confident anyone I invite to join me will experience the same satisfaction I had. :)

The rooms we stayed was a King Suit with Sea View and the view did not disappoint. We spent some time at the main pool & the private beach which was clean and relaxing. We only used the transfer service at the end of the stay, and the speed boat service was very calm & smooth compared to the main jetty terminal. My wife and I had 10/10 time at Crimson again if we have a chance. Truly the Boracay Experience. PS. Gotta try the delicious breakfast!!

I think it takes about 15 minutes after I shower for the water to dissipate. All in all, am I coming back? For sure! Still solo? No, I'm confident anyone I invite to join me will experience the same satisfaction I had. :)

A truly extraordinary experience with Crimson. From check in to check out, the Crimson staff make you feel extremely special. The rooms we stayed was a King Suit with Sea View and the view did not disappoint. We spent some time at the main pool & the private beach which was clean and relaxing. We only used the transfer service at the end of the stay, and the speed boat service was very calm & smooth compared to the main jetty terminal. My wife and I had 10/10 time at Crimson again if we have a chance. Truly the Boracay Experience. PS. Gotta try the delicious breakfast!!

I never been in a place like this, I fully recommend for everyone. All the staff take care of you and you have one special of your family, Rose was specially and very kind and respectful, she work with love every day. All the employees look happy for working for Henann, nothing to complain about.
