The location of this hotel was perfect. Unfortunately there is no view of the beach, but you can be on the beach within 5 minutes. There is also a supermarket and bakery very close by. Because there was a refrigerator in our room, we could easily store food and drinks to take with us on our adventures in Scheveningen.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was someone at the hotel 24/7, so we could be out late and still get into our hotel room.
The hygiene was fine. Everything was just neat and clean, and we got clean towels when needed.

I was a bit unsure abiut staying here once I booked as the reviews were mixed. We arrived and the hotel is basic, has a communal area with free tea/coffee and charging sockets.
The room we were given was not the one i booked, but after talking to reception, she showed ne an alternative room (which was the one I booked) but said it needed cleaning if we wouldn't mind waiting.
We agreed to wait.
It was basic, but had beds, a good rainfall shower, towels and tea/kettle. It was all we needed for the one night and it was as pictured met my expectations for the price we paid. I didnt expect the hiltib paying youth hostel prices.
The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.
I wouldn't say this is the hotel Id pick for a long stay with a young family, but for price and location to central station for 1 night it was ideal and did the job.
Great location near the central station of the beautiful city of Leiden. The hotel itself is well into the world-known standards of the Ibis brand; as always, an Ibis hotel is a safe bet for a comfortable night with reasonable prices. Extra points for all of the helpful and sympathetic people at the check-in counter!
(The picture I added is actually the windows' view from my room, which was quite pleasant - even more so with the daylight in the morning)
I really like the room. It has an elegant and classic appearance, simple and elegant interior decoration, beautiful environment, convenient transportation, and reasonable price. The hotel can also rent bicycles (18 euros per day). It was fun to ride from The Hague to Delft. The bicycle roads are very friendly.
Excellent and quiet location, around 5 minutes walk to the rotterdam central station, easy check in and out and friendly staff and they even offered to take our luggage to room, shame no lift and the lift is for staff used only, pillows were too soft and okay bed, had free coffee and tea every morning however it seems they didn't refill them - once they were gone they were gone which was a shame as it depends how much guests on the day. Okay shower.

Nice hotel, we stayed 1 night for a festival (Zuiderpark), ideal location with tram 9 in front of the door, 5 stops away. also within walking distance to The Hague central, we slept well there, definitely recommended.
It was a great little aparthotel type of accommodation near the beach. It is on the cutest little beach street with a dozen of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The beds were very comfortable. The little minikitchen has what you need for a couple of days or longer. The hotel staff was beyond kind and helpful!

GGeneralChaosIbis Styles Delft is a no-nonsense basic business hotel located in the main plaza next to the railway station. It's clean and comfortable and well managed and has a funky space related reception area and lobby.
It's a little thin on extra services that you might normally find in a business hotel however.. for example cannot borrow an umbrella, have to buy one for €15. No bottled water in the room, have to drink from the toilet tap or buy water from the hotel. The lower floors (odd numbered rooms) are dark and a bit gloomy as they face into an enclosed area surrounded by the rest of the hotel, however if you're only sleeping then it's got everything you need. My room was a weird shape and not ideal for business. There was a low sofa and table not the usual desk making laptop work a bit of an effort. The room furniture wasn't very well thought through.
Location is great on the canals and just 2mins from the train station. There's a nice coffee shop on the ground floor and lots of restaurants nearby. There's a small convenience store in the station.
Expensive compared globally, but in line with other local hotels around Delft. Would recommend for business travellers in Delft.

AAnonymous UserLocation is great. Close to the shopping area, department store etc…
But the TV in the room, the phone and even the light is broken when we entered.
The light fixed by reception at once.
But the phone and the TV is not fixed well. The google tv installed on the TV is offline suddenly and the handled is not stable. Many time I felt it is going to fall on the ground…
GGuest UserThe hotel’s room is big and clean. Though the design is a bit old-fashioned but that is ok with us.
Staff are friendly and the location is great ! Really convenient ! Everywhere we wanted to go to is within walking distance or could take the MRT train from the Stadhuis station. This station is the nearest to this hotel. From the Central Station to this hotel, it is about 8 to 10mins walk.
There are many eateries, restaurants, supermarket and shopping areas nearby. Many burgers outlets around. Some even open till 11pm. Do take note that other eateries close earlier like 8pm or 9pm.
Though there is no air-con but there is a standing fan available. The TV is clear and is in working condition. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.
The only thing that disappointed us was the elevator. It was not working for the 3 nights stay here. The staff was very kind, she arranged for us to stay on the 1st floor. Hence, fewer steps for us to carry our luggages up.

SSam the WeiDue to an error on the hotel's part, there was an overbooking and they have transferred me to the Novotel in Rotterdam. The hotel is slightly better in class, but it is a bit further away from the town centre. It worked out fine for me.
GGuest UserNice place close to The Hague’s city center, just 2,5km. Clean and friendly staff. Also it has its own dedicated design for each floor. I’ve loved the popcorn machine at the front desk.
GGuest UserDon’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly.
Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in.
The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W
SShatha Al-HmoudI was traveling for personal trip and the hotel was a good choice as I was looking for a low cost stay with reasonable and decent place to stay .. my booking was a single private room and with a private toilet and amenities .. compared to the location and price it was super .. just walking distance from the train station and easy to access services around the city .. the employees were nice and helpful and the neighborhood is quiet and nice .. thank you for a nice stay
YYOOJUNGIt's an old building hotel. I don't know about other new hotels, but this one has a European-style structure and the interior is made of old wood, so when guests come and go, the floor creaks a lot, which is annoying when you're in the room. It looks like an old facility, but it seems to be well-maintained compared to other facilities. There's a lot of dust and noise because they're building a building across the two-lane road. Even at 2:30 in the morning, they don't do any construction using machines, but the thumping noise of people putting things down is quite loud. On weekends or in the evenings, there are pubs, cafes, and coffee shops (**) lined up nearby, so drunk people walk around screaming. The rooms aren't soundproof at all.
