I had a really enjoyable stay at Pullman Liverpool and it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The hotel was exceptionally clean-everything from the room to the bathroom felt fresh, well-maintained, and spotless. You can tell they take hygiene seriously, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. What stood out the most was how quiet the environment was. Despite being in a lively city, the room was peaceful and well soundproofed, allowing me to rest properly without any disturbances. It’s the kind of place where you can genuinely switch off and recharge. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and tranquility made it a great experience-and I’m definitely coming back again.

At £126.90 plus a small £4.80 property fee, it offered excellent value for a city center experience. The location at 46-48 Foley Street puts you right in the heart of Liverpool, which was perfect for my mini-break. Being centrally located meant I could easily walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas without relying on transportation. The vibrant city atmosphere was right on my doorstep! I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Booked for Haydock Races however the race day got cancelled unfortunately.  We were a group of 10 and still went to the hotel.  We went into Newton Le Willow had drinks and a curry.  Hotel is nice however looking tired.  Towel rail was on roasting all day/night which made the bathroom far too hot.  Otherwise a nice room.

It was a lovely stay throughout. We had a lovely view of the waterfront from our room. The staff were friendly and kind. The rooms and facilities were great, it was nice and clean. it was close to the city centre and station.

Excellent little hotel. Right in the centre of town and a short walk to the ACC. Bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. Overall and excellent option and reasonably priced. Would stay again

Right next to the station, just turn right after exiting and it's a short walk away. The room isn't huge, but the facilities are quite new. The best part is that Liverpool truly lives up to its name as the city of The Beatles and the home of rock and roll – the hotel lobby itself is super unique and full of character!

Basic room but a good location. We were visiting Allerton Manor so it was convenient and just a short drive. Close to the airport and the retail park facing with lots of shops, restaurants and cinema. There were some issues with a leak on our floor but luckily it wasn’t near our room. The air conditioning didn’t work so we had to open a window. There were two portable heaters in the room too as the air conditioning wasn’t working.

Every time I visit Liverpool, I try a different hotel, and this one has been the best value for money so far. The most important thing is how spacious the room is. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, only complimentary coffee, but they don't provide takeaway cups. Our room had self-catering facilities and a washing machine, which was great overall. It's just a stone's throw from the bar street and the train station, incredibly convenient. There's also a pretty good antique shop nearby. BTW, as usual, no slippers or disposable toiletries.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Comfortable beds and a super bathroom with an amazing shower. Ate in both restaurants and really enjoyed our meals. Would definately recommend staying here!

Excellent welcome. No deposit required upon arrival. Friendly staff, especially Eddy at the reception. Free early check-in by 3 hours. Welcome drink offered. The room is clean and well-equipped (large TV, hairdryer, kettle, coffee, tea, water, mini-fridge, safe). Quiet AC. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Good soundproofing in the rooms. Bar located on the 1st floor. Paid parking (Paddington Village Multi-Storey Car Park) is a 3-minute walk away. I recommend this hotel.
