YYunguThis is a business hotel that's been open for many years. I used to stay here often for business trips years ago and always had a good experience. This time, I brought my child to Chengdu for a trip and decided to stay here again. I was surprised to see that even after all these years, the hotel still has a high occupancy rate. Although the facilities are older, they're well-maintained. The price is also very reasonable, and the key is its excellent location. The subway station right outside the entrance makes it easy to get to all the scenic spots, which is super convenient for getting around. It's a hotel with great value for money.
GGuest UserI stayed in the Shangchui King Suite this time, and overall, it was a great experience. The public areas' design continues the mainstream aesthetic of urban resort hotels in recent years, with many design techniques and elements feeling quite familiar – a common high-quality expression used in current high-end hotels. Thanks to the hotel being relatively new, the in-room facilities are clean and pristine. The suite itself is spacious and open, with refined details, making for a very comfortable stay.
FFuyingmingziThe environment here is absolutely beautiful, and the air is incredibly fresh. It's the perfect choice if you're looking to connect with nature. The hotel is located on a mountain, and they offer free shuttle services between the hotel and the East Plaza of Huamei Shengdi at the foot of the mountain, which takes about 10 minutes. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, and the service attitude is excellent.
PPiaolingcarrie~lvyouguihuashiMy friend and I came here to relax and unwind, and the experience was absolutely perfect! The hotel service was incredibly gentle; check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk and staff were all very polite, and they responded promptly to any questions. There were no unpleasant surprises, just pure relaxation.
The room was clean and bright, with great natural light and a pleasant ambiance. It was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with a simple yet comfortable decor. The bedding was incredibly soft – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! The bathroom facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was exceptional; even the corners were spotless, making me feel completely secure.
The public areas were quiet and very elegant, well-maintained and stylish. It was a pleasure to simply walk around. There were both indoor and outdoor hot springs, offering a wide variety. I stayed in a deluxe king room, which allowed me to enjoy an immersive hot spring experience right in the room, without having to share with others – the privacy was fantastic. The water quality was clean and clear, and the temperature was just right. After soaking, I felt completely soft and relaxed, with all fatigue melting away. The healing sensation was off the charts.
Overall, the facilities were complete and functional, and the environment was tranquil and elegant, perfect for a short getaway, a peaceful retreat, and escaping the city hustle. This trip was easy and enjoyable, with no disappointments at all. The experience was 100%, and I've silently added it to my re-visit list – I want to come again next time!
GGuest UserMy stay was excellent! Melissa at the front desk was incredibly efficient and quick with the check-in process, and her service was warm and friendly. Throughout my stay, no matter what questions I had, she patiently and thoroughly helped answer them. She was so thoughtful. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!
GGuest UserExcellent facility and service. The hotel is located in a good position for the exploring by walk the most active zone of city center. The room was very wide, with good furniture and all the amenities you could think about. The staff was kind and helped in arranging a delivery of medicines for my wife.
GGuest UserI usually don't write reviews, but this hotel really got on my nerves. My room was right next to the front desk, and while it was convenient for picking up deliveries and going to breakfast, I could hear every single person walking by. It was ridiculous! On the plus side, the hotel's location to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk away. However, I bet the soundproofing at the All Seasons Hotel and Holiday Inn a bit further down would be better than here! And the bathroom sink was also quite annoying; I'd end up soaking myself every time I washed my face!
GGuest UserThis onsen hotel was absolutely wonderful. Perched on the hillside, it boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame the mountain views, and the room temperature was just right. The private hot spring bath was spacious with a rich mineral scent, and all the facilities felt brand new. Coming here to unwind on a weekend was pure bliss. The staff were all lovely too – always smiling, friendly, and quick to greet you. The afternoon tea and goodnight drinks were a nice touch. It's off-season now, so it's quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. They even gave us a thoughtful parting gift, which was a nice touch.

GGuest UserOn our second night at Mount Siguniang, we experienced altitude sickness. We contacted the concierge around 2 AM, and they responded incredibly quickly. They brought us a thermometer, took us to the clinic in the middle of the night, waited while we received oxygen, and then brought us back to our room. The entire communication process was very smooth and efficient. We are extremely grateful! 🙏 The room and breakfast were good, and the service was beyond words. The hotel staff handled our luggage, even when we offered to carry it ourselves.

GGuest UserMy recent trip to Chengdu led me to the Louis Castle Qingtong Hotel, and it far exceeded my expectations – truly a hidden French gem nestled in the Financial City! Designed by the renowned CCD team, the hotel replicates the aesthetics of the Palace of Fontainebleau. With its creamy white embossed exterior, plane tree courtyard, and fountain, stepping into the grounds immediately transports you away from the city's hustle and bustle, as if you've been whisked away to a French estate. Every photo here turns out to be a stunning, atmospheric shot.
The lobby boasts a soaring domed ceiling adorned with a colossal crystal chandelier, gilded columns, and vintage parquet flooring, all exuding a palatial elegance. The hallways are carpeted with thick rugs, providing both quietude and a sense of luxury. 🎉🎉🍟🍟
The guest room I stayed in was spacious, featuring French arched designs blended with modern light luxury. The entire room is smart-controlled, making everything incredibly convenient. The King Koil mattress offered perfect soft support, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful, uninterrupted night's sleep. Even the small details, like the Laifen hairdryer, show careful attention. 🎉🍟
The service was absolutely impeccable. The front desk staff were efficient and polite during check-in, and the housekeeping was meticulous. Any requests were handled swiftly. This hotel is perfect for both travel photography enthusiasts and business travelers. It offers incredible value for money and has already made it onto my list for a second visit. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves taking photos and seeks quality accommodation! 🎉🍟
