Although the room decor was a bit dated, the service was excellent. A butler contacted me in advance and added me on WeChat, and they even gave me a free upgrade. The room faced Tianfu Square directly, offering a great view. Overall, the hotel's service was very good. My only minor regret was that the afternoon tea pastries were limited and there was no coffee.
I mainly chose the Celebrity Hotel because it has a swimming pool, but it seems to be outsourced. Every time I went, the staff would tell hotel guests it was crowded, though it wasn't actually that busy. The water quality wasn't great either; it was a bit cloudy. One evening after swimming, I noticed someone live-streaming towards the pool, which isn't very considerate of guest privacy. If the Celebrity Hotel genuinely wants to improve its service quality, I suggest they take back direct management of the pool.

RuishaoRickyTraveling for business this time, I was mainly in the east and, on a friend's recommendation, I tried the Hyatt Centric for the first time. First off, the location is excellent; it's just two stops on Line 2 from the East Railway Station directly to the hotel entrance, which is incredibly convenient. Secondly, the hotel service is fantastic; both the concierge on the first floor and the front desk staff on the seventh floor were warm and polite. The hotel even has a really well-behaved and adorable resident white West Highland Terrier! The hotel itself is very new and has a great artistic vibe. There are charming art pieces in the room that I found very appealing. The facilities are also top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel first whenever I'm in Chengdu for work in the future.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise during our trip; the kids and our dog were very happy with it, as it had a large bathtub and a small garden. Since we were leaving very early the next day, our butler, Jiqing, thoughtfully packed breakfast and provided a lot of information on sightseeing and dining options. Leshan is a treasure trove of a city; besides the Giant Buddha, there are many other fun places to visit. I would definitely choose to cycle solo for a thousand miles again next time.

Guest UserThe environment here is fantastic, with pristine forest right behind the property. On clear days, you can even see snow-capped mountains across the way and behind us, though it's quite atmospheric even on cloudy days. It's truly untouched; we saw wild rabbits hopping around and herders' horses grazing nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the yak hotpot we had for dinner was pretty good too. I also highly recommend exploring the village down the mountain.

Guest UserOur hot spring trip was fantastic, with a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. The butler's warm and thoughtful assistance made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The hotel's location is convenient, just an hour's drive from Chengdu, with easy parking. They also offer a shuttle service, and having parking spots in the villa area was very convenient, making travel hassle-free. We even received a complimentary afternoon tea. When the butler learned I would be arriving a bit late, they thoughtfully arranged to have it delivered to my room in advance and provided turn-down service, which was a very nice touch.
Upon arrival, the staff meticulously explained the breakfast times, meal arrangements, and various entertainment options. The detailed and attentive service ensured we had a wonderful time. đ

The most delightful surprise of my Jiuzhaigou trip, besides the stunning scenery, was Kari, the Conrad's butler! Even before I checked in, Kari added me on WeChat, not only sending me incredibly detailed warm reminders but also adjusting the room's AC in advance and preparing welcome fruits. The attention to detail was exceptional. During my stay, no matter what I needed, his response was incredibly quick, professional, and thoughtful. This feeling of being genuinely cared for truly enhanced my entire journey. Next time I bring my family, I will absolutely choose this place again, and I wholeheartedly recommend Kari!

Guest UserHotel was in a relatively good location. Within walking distance there are malls and food stalls. Opposite hotel was the Sichuan opera theatre. Recommended to watch at least once. Hotel is able to get the tickets at cheaper rates. For the two bedroom suite, it is suitable for family of 5 with 1 child inclusive. There is one master bedroom which is directly linked to the toilet with a bathtub. Other room and second toilet is separated. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery etc. detergent is also provided for the washer. Refrigerator has normal and freezer compartment. Balcony is locked but you can sign an indemnity form to open it. Slippers provided are of good quality and house keeping is good. Only downside is the different little issues for different room we stayed in like hot water tap not working. hotel is connected to a mall, the HK cafe there is recommended. Food is good. Also the bakery sells really good chocolate bun. You can find it right after u enter the mall through hotel lobby.
The best thing of course was Tina, who always served with a smiling face and takes the initiative to add you on WeChat to cater to your queries whenever you need. she was also the one who helped to provide breakfast for our child whose breakfast was not included. The other lady who served us on the first night told us we had to pay. It was a very nice gesture from Tina. look for Tina if u stay here, she will be a great help.
For the breakfast,it is not the most fanciful but sufficient. Food changes daily but some food type stays the same. They have a paper where you can order noodles, egg omelette, pancakes and waffles. It will be served to you directly so thats a nice touch. They even provide disposable cups for the coffee machine with lids so that you can bring it out if you are in hurry or needed more drink. On weekday and weekend breakfast, the crowd was just nice unlike some hotels where it feels overwhelming and overcrowded due to the huge influx of tourists and there is no need to worry about food running out. Only downside for us is we canât differentiate the type of meat. We donât eat beef but it doesnât state on the labels so we had to ask each time we wanted to take meat or dishes with meat.
It is easy to call for DIDI (their taxis) from the hotel. If you have 4 pax or less, hotel can call for you but more than that, you have to arrange yourself.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable stay. Definitely you canât compare the price to a cheaper hotel. You are paying for quality over here.

Guest UserChoosing this hotel for our Chengdu trip was an excellent decision; the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, being close to the subway, which saved us a lot of time and effort getting to major attractions and food streets. The room was spotless and well-arranged, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, perfect for a good rest after sightseeing. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent, allowing for a quiet environment even though it's in a busy area. The amenities are complete, and the toiletries are of good quality. There are many restaurants nearby, making it super easy to try authentic Chengdu snacks. Overall, it offers great value for money and is my top choice for accommodation. I'll definitely book here again on my next visit to Chengdu and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the city.

acIceComplimentary coffee in the lobby: Yes, self-service in the atrium. The room was clean with a good separation of wet and dry areas. You can see the 'Golden Mountain' (small scale) from the window in the afternoon sun. It's just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area entrance and also a few minutes to dining options, which is quite convenient.

Daochuzouzoukankan
The hotel is not far from Huashuiwan Hot Spring Town, built by the roadside, making parking convenient with a dedicated underground parking garage. There are two accommodation buildings. The price is a bit high, but the environment is quite good, though there's not much to explore in the surrounding area. The room was spacious, although the walls were a bit dirty. The hot springs are great, with about 10 pools built along the river, plus a sauna room. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. Overall, the facilities are complete. Breakfast was very rich with a wide variety of options. The jam tasted homemade, which was a pleasant surprise â they even provided a butter knife, which many larger hotels don't! It would be a pretty good deal if the price were under 500.
