The hotel views are absolutely stunning! You get beautiful scenery outside the window, with snow-capped mountains visible from both the front and back, plus a nearby stream. It's incredibly therapeutic to just relax and take in the views. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay, always quick to respond to any requests. Their service was both thoughtful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable too. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

Our stay at the Grand ParcVue was excellent! The front reception were so friendly and helpful. Our suite had multiple rooms and was spacious, clean, and suited all of our needs. The breakfast buffet had amazing options from salads, chinese foods, noodle soups, freshly pressed juice, and a variety of fruits. It was the best meal I had in China! I would stay here again 100%!

We checked in during the afternoon. After dropping off our luggage, I took the kids out for dinner. Once we were back at the hotel, the kids got ready for bed and went to sleep. The room was a bit warm at the time, and we thought it would cool down eventually. However, no matter what I tried, the air conditioning only blew fresh air all night. Since we had an early morning flight, I didn't want to wake the children to call hotel maintenance.

This hotel is perfectly located near Dongmen Bridge and Chunxi Road, making it super convenient for getting around. The high-floor panoramic rooms offer incredible views, with floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly capture the city's nightscape. The rooms are clean and elegant, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff provides attentive and meticulous service, with efficient check-in, thoughtful turndown service, and welcome fruits—it’s all about the details. The high-altitude breakfast boasts a rich variety and excellent taste. The heated pool and gym are well-equipped, truly living up to its five-star reputation. This is my top choice when visiting Chengdu, and I will definitely stay here again.

This 10-year-old hotel is exceptionally well-maintained. Everywhere you look is spotless, even the double-sided mirrors in the elevators are pristine – they've really done a fantastic job there! The aromatherapy scent is consistent and perfectly balanced, neither too strong nor too subtle. The air conditioning in the public areas is good, and the fresh air system works well. However, the AC in the rooms isn't very strong, and it can feel a bit stuffy; the room temperature is generally a few degrees higher than ideal, which is something to look into. Now, for the service: In short, it's excellent. Every staff member smiles and greets you or makes eye contact. The training and management are clearly top-notch. The check-in experience was also very good. Thumbs up! 👍 Regarding the facilities, Hyatt's F&B is always a highlight, and it gets a thumbs up here too. The swimming pool experience was also great – no strong chlorine smell, good water quality, comfortable temperature, and excellent lighting with a strong sense of design. Another thumbs up! Taking a walk around the hotel, you can really appreciate the design everywhere; it truly lives up to Ji Master's reputation. 👍 All in all, it's a great hotel, and I'll definitely be back! BTW, a certain 'Hua' hotel was such a letdown! I actually cancelled my reservation there last minute to come here instead.

First and foremost, a special thank you to Xiaoling at the front desk! My stay was just a regular booking, but Xiaoling not only greeted us warmly but also thoughtfully upgraded our room for free. The new room offered a fantastic view overlooking the beautiful Jinjiang River, instantly brightening up our entire trip. What moved me even more was an incident during checkout. I accidentally left an important item in the room and was extremely anxious. I contacted the hotel with a glimmer of hope, and again, it was Xiaoling who immediately calmed my nerves and quickly coordinated with housekeeping and concierge to search for it. Thanks to her efficient communication and the hotel staff's sense of responsibility, my lost item was found quickly and returned to me in perfect condition. This level of professionalism, addressing guests' urgent needs, is truly invaluable! This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

I wanted to come to West Sichuan for a long time. I saw this wild luxury tent hotel that has been paying attention for a long time. I found a weekend to set off decisively. Let me talk about the service first. On the day of booking, the hotel's exclusive butler contacted me. In order to arrange all the next itinerary, the person has not arrived at the hotel yet, and the service is in place! Praise 👍 The tent is the top high-end brand used, and the internal facilities are also very intimate! Floor heating, air conditioning, electric blankets, etc. are all available. It is adjusted according to personal habits and it is particularly comfortable to live. I have stayed in many hotels, their mattress can definitely sleep in the top three, and the bathroom is comfortable to use. The hotel activities are also very rich. The guide took us to Qizanggou to hike Red Xinghaizi. The scenery is really beautiful. If you don't want to hike the hotel, you can also experience painting Tangka and making Tibetan incense. You can also dig insect grass around the hotel! ! The hotel lady is very experienced and patiently tells me how to find insect grass. Give yourself completely to nature, and the feeling of exploring nature is great. The hotel ecology is particularly good, and you can encounter sika deer and plateau snow rabbits if you are lucky! Finally, the hotel's dining, there are warm soup pots, there are also Western dishes, of course, the appetizer is also indispensable, they are all delicious, the food level is online, the breakfast choice is also very rich, especially recommended native black chicken rice noodles and black truffle avocado sandwich. This hotel, a beautifully renovated Qing Dynasty mansion, left a lasting impression. As soon as we entered, my child was enchanted by the adorable pandas, while we adults lingered in the courtyard under the tall pomelo trees, enjoying the delightful fragrance of their blossoms. The banana trees were also a beautiful sight. The slide in the family room was a huge hit with my child, who went up to the loft and slid down countless times. The toiletries were very sophisticated and had a lovely scent. The breakfast quality was also excellent. The neighboring restaurant, owned by the same person, offered a 10% discount and served delicious food. The only drawback was the typical old house soundproofing, as our neighbors were quite noisy late at night. However, the butler quickly intervened and discreetly reminded them. The hotel even offered a partial cash refund as an apology. The surrounding area is also fantastic. There's a lively local market right next door, and a short walk leads to various hot pot restaurants, douhua (tofu pudding) shops, and even a charming panda post office. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Chengdu.

Service: Extremely satisfied! Before checking in, I communicated that I was traveling with a child and hoped for some kid-friendly arrangements. The staff responded promptly and meticulously decorated the room with balloons and a small astronaut lamp, which my child adored. They also gifted a chestnut children's picture book and a little lion fridge magnet, and had child amenities, plus two cute rubber duckies, ready in advance. My child was thrilled, and we, the adults, were equally pleased! 👍 When my child wandered to the front desk, a staff member proactively gave them a puzzle. During check-in and check-out, they were very helpful with inquiries and directions, and assisted with luggage, demonstrating excellent service. Daily Double Ritz-Carlton Executive Lounge Benefits: Five meals a day truly filled us up! The main courses were cooked fresh by a chef on-site, and other dishes, though not numerous, were exquisite. I particularly loved the wide selection of salads! There was a great variety of alcoholic beverages, and you could even mix your own cocktails in the evening. All the staff were wonderful and thoughtful. Although the late-night meal was primarily for drinks and children couldn't dine, they brought back several hash browns and chocolates for my child, which was super satisfying. For breakfast, we went downstairs for a wider selection. The panda latte art was adorable, and they even offered lunchboxes for kids to take food with them, very kid-friendly! 👍 Hygien: The room was very clean, amenities were promptly replaced, and turn-down service was proactively offered. Coming back to a clean and tidy room after a day out truly lifts your spirits! 👍
