The hotel views are absolutely stunning! You get beautiful scenery outside the window, with snow-capped mountains visible from both the front and back, plus a nearby stream. It's incredibly therapeutic to just relax and take in the views. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay, always quick to respond to any requests. Their service was both thoughtful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable too. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

Had a truly restful stay! This is hands down the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in during all my business trips over the years. The materials used here are far superior to many resort brands. I arrived during the latter half of the May Day holiday, and the front desk clerk upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite. The bedding was even more comfortable than Hilton's, perfectly balanced in terms of softness and firmness, and the bed was huge. The room was incredibly quiet, and the surrounding area felt upscale and safe, even when returning late at night. The guests were high-quality, mostly business travelers and international visitors. It truly lives up to Yanlord's reputation – the bathtub, shower, and attention to detail were excellent; even the lampshades were spotless. The entire suite was quiet, safe, and odorless, and it was convenient to get anywhere. Housekeeping was discreet, never disturbing me, so I could sleep in until the afternoon and still enjoy the quiet. This past week truly helped me recharge. I'm sad to leave and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

We checked in during the afternoon. After dropping off our luggage, I took the kids out for dinner. Once we were back at the hotel, the kids got ready for bed and went to sleep. The room was a bit warm at the time, and we thought it would cool down eventually. However, no matter what I tried, the air conditioning only blew fresh air all night. Since we had an early morning flight, I didn't want to wake the children to call hotel maintenance.

The day before my stay, a butler reached out to me proactively to discuss my needs. The room's mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the mini-bar drinks were complimentary. The breakfast on the 33rd floor offered a wide variety of options, and the 7th-floor pool and gym were always accessible. The self-service laundry room on the 47th floor was so convenient, and there was free multi-level underground parking. The location is excellent, very close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making shopping and dining a breeze. They even helped me with a late checkout and invoice processing. My whole trip was worry-free, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu!

The hotel's location is excellent, with incredibly convenient transport links, very close to the subway station and shopping mall. The Dan Dan noodles for breakfast were super delicious, and the executive lounge offered a wide variety of food that changed daily. The interior design is very stylish. I'll definitely stay here again next time and will recommend it to my friends.

The room's location is excellent, and the interior is clean. We stayed here while our child was taking the high school entrance exam, and the hotel was incredibly understanding. They allowed us a late check-out to accommodate our child's rest schedule, which we greatly appreciated. A special thanks to Concierge Xiao Peng, who provided meticulous care over the past two days. He proactively asked how he could assist us with parking, storing our child's belongings, and even moving our items during check-out. He's a fantastic staff member, and we truly felt at home. The account manager, Keyl, also maintained close communication and promptly resolved our issues, providing excellent service. Thank you! 😊 Although the hardware at Shangri-La is a bit dated, the staff's service is outstanding.

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

I wanted to come to West Sichuan for a long time. I saw this wild luxury tent hotel that has been paying attention for a long time. I found a weekend to set off decisively. In order to arrange all the next itinerary, the person has not arrived at the hotel yet, and the service is in place! Praise 👍 The tent is the top high-end brand used, and the internal facilities are also very intimate! Floor heating, air conditioning, electric blankets, etc. are all available. It is adjusted according to personal habits and it is particularly comfortable to live. I have stayed in many hotels, their mattress can definitely sleep in the top three, and the bathroom is comfortable to use. The hotel activities are also very rich. The guide took us to Qizanggou to hike Red Xinghaizi. The scenery is really beautiful. If you don't want to hike the hotel, you can also experience painting Tangka and making Tibetan incense. You can also dig insect grass around the hotel! ! The hotel lady is very experienced and patiently tells me how to find insect grass. Give yourself completely to nature, and the feeling of exploring nature is great. The hotel ecology is particularly good, and you can encounter sika deer and plateau snow rabbits if you are lucky! Finally, the hotel's dining, there are warm soup pots, there are also Western dishes, of course, the appetizer is also indispensable, they are all delicious, the food level is online, the breakfast choice is also very rich, especially recommended native black chicken rice noodles and black truffle avocado sandwich. Awesome hotel, perfect journey, ready to see the snowy mountains next time.

This hotel, a beautifully renovated Qing Dynasty mansion, left a lasting impression. As soon as we entered, my child was enchanted by the adorable pandas, while we adults lingered in the courtyard under the tall pomelo trees, enjoying the delightful fragrance of their blossoms. The banana trees were also a beautiful sight. The slide in the family room was a huge hit with my child, who went up to the loft and slid down countless times. The toiletries were very sophisticated and had a lovely scent. The breakfast quality was also excellent. The neighboring restaurant, owned by the same person, offered a 10% discount and served delicious food. The only drawback was the typical old house soundproofing, as our neighbors were quite noisy late at night. However, the butler quickly intervened and discreetly reminded them. The hotel even offered a partial cash refund as an apology. The surrounding area is also fantastic. There's a lively local market right next door, and a short walk leads to various hot pot restaurants, douhua (tofu pudding) shops, and even a charming panda post office. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Chengdu.

The staff responded promptly and meticulously decorated the room with balloons and a small astronaut lamp, which my child adored. They also gifted a chestnut children's picture book and a little lion fridge magnet, and had child amenities, plus two cute rubber duckies, ready in advance. My child was thrilled, and we, the adults, were equally pleased! 👍 When my child wandered to the front desk, a staff member proactively gave them a puzzle. During check-in and check-out, they were very helpful with inquiries and directions, and assisted with luggage, demonstrating excellent service. Daily Double Ritz-Carlton Executive Lounge Benefits: Five meals a day truly filled us up! The main courses were cooked fresh by a chef on-site, and other dishes, though not numerous, were exquisite. I particularly loved the wide selection of salads! There was a great variety of alcoholic beverages, and you could even mix your own cocktails in the evening. All the staff were wonderful and thoughtful. Although the late-night meal was primarily for drinks and children couldn't dine, they brought back several hash browns and chocolates for my child, which was super satisfying. For breakfast, we went downstairs for a wider selection. The panda latte art was adorable, and they even offered lunchboxes for kids to take food with them, very kid-friendly! 👍 Hygien: The room was very clean, amenities were promptly replaced, and turn-down service was proactively offered. Coming back to a clean and tidy room after a day out truly lifts your spirits! 👍
