The room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. They provided shuttle service to and from town whenever needed, which was a great experience! Although I didn't get to see Siguniang Mountain, it's normal for this season. After hiking, it was wonderful to relax in a nice bath. Even the club owner highly recommended this place after hearing about it! Here’s a photo of Yaomei Peak taken from the summit. I'll definitely come again next time!

Excellent facility and service. The hotel is located in a good position for the exploring by walk the most active zone of city center. The room was very wide, with good furniture and all the amenities you could think about. The staff was kind and helped in arranging a delivery of medicines for my wife.

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. Facilities: The bathtub is a nice touch, and the overall ambiance is good. The floor-to-ceiling windows are a huge plus. Food deliveries are handled by a robot that brings them directly to your room, which my kids loved. On the downside, the TV is a bit small, can't cast, and some channels aren't available. Cleanliness: Spot on. My only minor quibble is that they insist on placing a glass and water by the bed every day, which feels unnecessary. Environment: The hotel's environment is generally excellent, especially the high-rise city views. Service: Before check-in, the butler proactively asked about my preferences and pillow choices, which was thoughtful. They arranged complimentary refreshments in the mini-fridge and a fruit platter upon arrival. Any issues I had during my stay were promptly addressed. What really impressed me was when I forgot something after checking out; although I didn't need it sent back in the end, it seemed like they would have shipped it for free, which was fantastic. My only complaint is the constant requests for reviews; it felt like they were under a lot of pressure to meet targets. The travel photography service was excellent. The makeup artist was very attentive and even helped with my baby's hair and clothes. The photographer was also very patient. Happy baby, happy mom!

This 10-year-old hotel is exceptionally well-maintained. Everywhere you look is spotless, even the double-sided mirrors in the elevators are pristine – they've really done a fantastic job there! The aromatherapy scent is consistent and perfectly balanced, neither too strong nor too subtle. The air conditioning in the public areas is good, and the fresh air system works well. However, the AC in the rooms isn't very strong, and it can feel a bit stuffy; the room temperature is generally a few degrees higher than ideal, which is something to look into. Now, for the service: In short, it's excellent. Every staff member smiles and greets you or makes eye contact. The training and management are clearly top-notch. The check-in experience was also very good. Thumbs up! 👍 Regarding the facilities, Hyatt's F&B is always a highlight, and it gets a thumbs up here too. The swimming pool experience was also great – no strong chlorine smell, good water quality, comfortable temperature, and excellent lighting with a strong sense of design. Another thumbs up! Taking a walk around the hotel, you can really appreciate the design everywhere; it truly lives up to Ji Master's reputation. 👍 All in all, it's a great hotel, and I'll definitely be back! BTW, a certain 'Hua' hotel was such a letdown! I actually cancelled my reservation there last minute to come here instead.

This stay, particularly thanks to Juliana Liu at the front desk, truly made me understand the profound meaning of 'service' – it's not just a standardized process, but genuine respect and care from the heart. Her proactive greetings before check-in, and recommendations for food and attractions afterwards, were a huge help since I hadn't planned anything. She even proactively asked about my invoice and checkout time before I left, which beautifully rounded off my trip. Whenever I return to Chengdu in the future, this will always be my first choice, and I highly recommend it to every traveler seeking quality and warmth. P.S. I noticed there's a self-check-in machine before leaving, will definitely try it next time!

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

Wooden walkways built along the mountainside connect unique Native American tent houses. As evening falls, warm yellow string lights illuminate the red-roofed tents, casting a gentle glow in the twilight. Gazing at the rolling green hills and the scattered village lights below, the tranquil atmosphere is simply divine. During the day, the mountains are covered in delicate white wildflowers, and when the moonlight blankets the sky, the wooden houses, flower fields, and forests create a breathtakingly beautiful landscape. Every snapshot is a masterpiece, requiring no filter. The views are superb, offering stunning vistas of both sunrise and nighttime beauty. The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The tent houses were unique yet comfortable, spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The wooden structure exuded a natural, rustic charm, and the excellent soundproofing allowed only the sounds of wind and insects at night. Far from the city's hustle and bustle, I slept exceptionally well. The public areas are thoughtfully designed, with numerous resting corners along the boardwalk and viewing platforms. The soft, non-glaring lighting at night creates a wonderful atmosphere for strolling through. The service is impeccable. The staff are gentle, polite, attentive, and efficient. Check-in is quick and smooth, and any needs are met promptly without any excessive disturbance – the sense of propriety is just right. The surrounding natural environment is exceptional, with fresh air and lush greenery visible from every window. You can immerse yourself in the tranquility of the mountains while gazing at the bustling town below, balancing rustic charm with convenience. Whether it's a romantic getaway for couples, a solo retreat, or a group of friends, this is the perfect place. With its scenery, accommodations, service, and environment all top-notch, this is a hidden gem of a mountain guesthouse that you'll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the city and embrace nature!

I stayed in two room types this time, the Loft Yaoyue and the Mushui Hot Spring Room. I preferred the Mushui Hot Spring Room – it was spacious and I could enjoy the hot spring in the courtyard. Hot water was available instantly from the tap, and the hotel even provided disposable bath bags, which was clean and hygienic. The afternoon tea was served at the tea house by the entrance, and the Mudanwang tea was absolutely delicious! Breakfast was tasty; I especially loved the spicy Dandan noodles. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly! The hydrangeas in the courtyard were absolutely beautiful!

This is an established luxury hotel with excellent facilities and services across the board. The decor, with its abundance of marble and wood, exudes old-money charm. We were upgraded to a view room on the 37th floor, and the panoramic views were fantastic. Upon entering the room, there's a separate walk-in closet, and the bathroom is exceptionally large, equipped with a Nespresso machine. Breakfast was very extensive, and even the coffee came with latte art. Facilities like the swimming pool and spa were clean and comfortable. A butler was assigned to us after booking, and the staff we encountered at the front desk and in the lobby were all very polite. I'd also like to commend Trip.com; they were highly efficient and quickly resolved a booking issue I had.
