The room has voice control, good hygiene, good service attitude, and the children were given Sanxingdui cultural and creative products. The breakfast variety is not rich, but there are not too many people eating, and the experience is okay. There are ground and underground parking lots for self-driving, which is more convenient. It takes more than 10 minutes to drive to Sanxingdui, and it only costs a few yuan to take a taxi at the night market.

If you come to Ruoergai for the first time, you must stay here - Mushan Yingxue Hotel. The service here is as attentive as that of a five-star hotel. As soon as you arrive at the hotel, there will be a special butler to greet you. The hotel is right next to Ruoergai County, and you can see the beautiful grassland when you open the window. The hotel has rooms of different styles. We stayed in a parent-child room, which was very spacious and bright. It also had a small balcony where you could enjoy the beautiful scenery while drinking tea. The hotel also offers free afternoon tea and various activities such as horse riding and feeding marmots. In the evening, you can also go to the bonfire party outside the hotel, sing and dance with everyone, and spend an unforgettable night. In short, here you can enjoy the beauty of nature and feel the charm of ******* culture. Next time I come to Ruoergai, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

All facilities are new and the design and details throughout the hotel are great. Our room is facing the river, but the soundproofing is very good and we can hardly hear any sound. The two-story underground garage is also very convenient, and the pet-friendly status is a big plus! The only drawback is that there are few choices for breakfast. We had dinner at 8 o'clock and there was no rice noodles, butter tea, or pastries. The buns tasted like milk flakes, and only the cauliflower tasted okay. It is recommended to add some regional food in the future, and the experience will be better.

We had a great stay at Rezen. The location is 5' walk to the scenic spot. There are many food options nearby like McDonald's, Mina hotpot and local restaurants. Hotels provide toothbrushes and gifts for my kids. Amenities provided including facial masks, toothbrushes, combs and razors. The room is clean and the hotel smells nice. There is laundry room with washing machines and dryers. Breakfast options are 👍. All the staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me to arrange transfers between the hotel and huanglong station at a good price. Overall, we had a great stay at Rezen.

I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

Free days in the mountains, a place suitable for a short break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The most surprising thing about this trip was picking wild Houttuynia cordata, which can relax and heal the body and mind. Of course, it is also very fragrant as a dish. The boss and the housekeeper are very considerate, will prepare cushions for you to pick, and will also help take pictures 📷 haha The sound system in the room is very powerful, playing your favorite songs in the small world, this is a feature. It was also unexpected to send afternoon tea. The black chicken wild mushroom soup pot is highly recommended for dining, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is delicious. What I hope to improve is that the hotel does not have a bed guard, which is not friendly to families with children. In addition, the room type is very exquisite, and Building 1 is not very quiet. Overall, it is a good experience.

Phenomenal hospitality, excellent caring service, just all round 10/10 for a family weekend. We went climbing up to Taoist temples, snowy peaks, trecked up mountain creeks then chilled in the sulphuric hot springs. Excellent family service, the team really took care of my kid too, played with her while I was dealing with checking in and out etc. Great atmosphere, cool rooms, great hot springs. Also the locals come here which is a big seal of approval for me. Would definitely recommend and return to Arcadia

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

This hotel is really amazing! As soon as you enter the lobby, you feel very grand. The staff, Longxiang, is very enthusiastic and the check-in speed is super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was extremely comfortable, I had a good sleep. The facilities are also very complete and have everything you need. The location is also very good, it is very convenient to travel and there are many fun places around. • All in all, I highly recommend this hotel

SSigina(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night. The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin. This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem. Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place: 1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture) 2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.) 3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.) 4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel. 5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem. 6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater. Conclusion: Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road. 2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm. 3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best. 4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible. 5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose. 6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out. 7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron. 8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes. 9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

GGuest UserAs a person who graduated with both a bachelor's and a master's degree in hotel management, I am really picky about staying in hotels. This time, my bestie recommended Louis Castle. In addition to staying in the hotel, we also played a game of mahjong in the hotel and ate their popular Wutong hot pot! [Snickering R] Below, I will share my experience in different aspects of the hotel in units of each picture, some good and some bad, I hope it will be helpful for everyone to choose a hotel. Picture 1: This is the first highlight of my stay in the hotel. I booked it directly from Ctrip. The day before check-in, I received a call from the hotel asking me if I had any preferences for staying in the hotel. The subsequent service during the hotel stay was also very professional and efficient, which really increased my good impression! Picture 2: The arch design is at the entrance. There is a dressing table on the left and a minibar on the right. The door can be closed to separate the bathroom and the living area. This design really touches me. Picture 3: For a hotel room of about 700, I was very surprised that it was equipped with a dressing table. The window behind it can be opened, facing natural light, which is great for makeup babies! It was really a bit far from the mirror when I sat down, so I used the handheld mirror I brought with me to complete the details. Picture 4: I gave a close-up of the minibar because I felt that there were not many varieties to choose from, and there was a layer that I didn't take a picture of, which was the place for the red wine glass. It was empty, but I think based on my experience of their service, if you call to request it, it should still be delivered to the room. When we stayed there, we called to request a bucket of ice cubes, and it was delivered. Picture 5: My bestie and I booked their basic twin room. At first glance, I thought the room and bed were not big, but I was surprised when I stayed there. The bed and quilt were super comfortable! I really love staying in hotels, and their bed and quilt are really the most comfortable I have ever stayed in. The bed is not soft, but it feels very solid, but it is not hard either. My bestie also said when she woke up that she slept very well last night. Picture 6: There are welcome fruits in the room, which is quite advanced for a room of this price. I didn’t eat them, but my best friend did. She described them as fresh but not tasty [laughing and crying R] Picture 7: This bedside table has a close-up because it is inconvenient to press buttons and charge the phone, and it feels a bit like a beautiful waste. Picture 8: The view from the window of the room is still very good, but I can’t take pictures of people. The window can only be opened a crack. I stretched the camera out to take pictures, but they have rooms with terraces, which seem to be okay. The room is very soundproof. When I opened the window, I found that it was quite noisy outside, but it was basically gone after closing it. Picture 9: Mahjong room, my main complaint area, 228 yuan/four hours, definitely expensive in Chengdu, but it turned out to be a private room with three tables. Fortunately, we didn't play with others that day, otherwise I would have to play with others at this price, and I really would refuse. The only teas were bitter buckwheat and Huamaofeng, the mahjong was small, and the toilet was downstairs. I went out and came back, and I felt that my makeup was about to melt. I have no competitiveness in the Chengdu mahjong hall. Picture 10: I didn't take a picture of the appearance of their popular Wutong hot pot. You can search the name to see that it is a transparent bubble house. It is recommended to go later. The sun goes down and the environment is still very comfortable with their air conditioning. Unexpectedly, their dishes are very fresh, especially goose intestines! We even ordered two! ! And the spicy pot is not stimulating, which is acceptable to friends from other places. Picture 11: After eating hot pot, I took a picture of the night view of the hotel, which is really very good! Picture 12: Hahaha, I took a long time to pose before I was satisfied with one to post. The following is the 2 Broke Girls we watched on the screen. This is also great. Many old hotels in Chengdu, such as JW Marriott and St. Regis, cannot cast TV. I really need this function! BTW, their shower room and toilet are two separate rooms. They are not transparent partitions, but they are completely separate! Very good! I always think that the toilet does not have a separate room. It is a very buggy design. I don’t know who likes it [laughing and crying R] The room has Xiaodu that can control the curtains and lights by voice, but the TV still needs to be operated manually. By the way, the toothbrush is a thick soft-bristled brush. For me who always uses the hotel toothbrush to brush until it bleeds, it’s a big plus! In general, it is a treasure hotel in Chengdu at this price~

GGuest UserLovely and modern hotel undergoing extension. Location is a little further from JZG entrance compared to a few other hotels which the hotel makes up for it by ferrying guests to and from JZG entrance. Impeccable concierge 管家 ”小马‘’ whom I can contact when I needed help. Responded quickly via WeChat! Has an electric toilet flush system which falls short - squirts water whenever one sits on the bowl initially. A little frustrating! Staff tried to rectify by twisting the pipe but the solution was not satisfactory. Smart room managed by 小爱同学。。。 possibly the most interactive and smartest of all voice control ”smart” system out of 5 hotels I stayed at during this trip to China. Not perfect... but pretty good! Breakfast offered by hotel is buffet style! Good selection. Suitable for people who cannot have lactose. Chef also cooks a good selection of dishes if one has to dine in. Many good reasons to pick this hotel... certainly a lovely hotel that is modern. Execution and attention to detail by builders not the best - crooked toilet bowl, bathroom fixtures crooked... Might not be a big deal but makes it less aesthetic. It would be lovely if the hotel has a non- smoking policy throughout - considering health implications, pollution of a beautiful location and discomfort of non-smokers.

Very Good
CCeeVieAreThis is my first visit to Chengdu and Qionglai city. This hotel or courtyard stay is affiliated to Wyndham Garden along Wenjun Street i.e. big square with various shops for shopping (sports attire brands, yinshion, Miniso), dining and decors perfect for social media posting. Dining options include McD, KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Chagee, Naixue, Heytea, Mixue and local brand dining or beverage operators. Outside the square/Wyndham Garden there are Lawson, Family Mart, 7 eleven and local Hongqiao marts(prices lower). Local mini restaurants selling Sichuan food, noodles, dumplings, snacks are also available outside the square/garden, opposite AllAboutLove bakery and Naixue outlet. Qionglai city is closely associated with a historical female poet called Zhuo Wenjun. Her residence and Wenjun well built during Han Dynasty is located 10-15 mins walk from Wyndham Garden. Look for Bank of China branch and walk across the street to reach China Construction Bank branch Then walk straight down until you see a public toilet on your right and cross the street. Walk until you see an open space carpark and go in the carpark you will find Wenjun Residence on your left, entry is free. You may book a car to Qionglai city from Tianfu airport but be prepared to pay RMB400+ equivalent using trip app. Going back to Chengdu city by car is about RMB200. Standby with some cash if you encounter QR code scan problem. There are also buses and trains options to reach here. 1 -0.5 hours drive you can visit famous Tiantai Mountain, Pingle Ancient Town, Bamboo Canyon Scenic Area ( went there and love it❤️❤️❤) , Yuanwozi winery, etc. ️ My stay was very refreshing and Manager Ma was very helpful and accommodating to all my queries. My travelling plans to nearby attractions was fulfilled despite unfavourable weather, drizzling 2 days non stop. I would recommend for atleast 2 night stays to enjoy 1 day outskirt trip + 1 day chill in the room and enjoy backyard outdoor onsen to relax. Breakfast buffet include western (cereal/salad/eggs/sausages/ham/fries/bread), dimsum, soup, cakoi and soya bean, 3x types of porridges and condiments, local breakfast ( starter or salad, fried rice, meat and vegetable dishes), deserts, local fruits and cut fruits. Hotel staff can also help to order takeouts for you.
