Staff friendly and efficient. Room was clean and tidy. Great view out to Main Street and Christmas Market.
Excellent location right next to Liverpool Lime St station.
Had a late lunch at their restaurant after 2 pm as room was not ready till 3 pm. We were told lunch menu no longer available and had to order from the dinner menu which actually says “from 5 pm”.
Food quality and service were both good but choices even for the dinner menu are very limited.

The location of the hotel is absolutely ok, right next to the station. The waiters are pretty and have good attitudes. I really like it. However, the room is too small, and there is no way for people to leave when the desk is occupied. The breakfast is rich and the lobby has a strong sense of design.

Easy to get to this hotel from the Lime Street Station but stay here for the lovely rooms and people. Walkable to lots of places to eat and the docks are just 10 or so minutes away walking.

Excellent location next door to Lime Street Station. Rooms are fine although there were problems with the tv on the first night. Our main issue was that on the second day the “do not disturb” sign was on the door until noon because the last time we stayed there a maid walked in without knocking. No one called later that day to replace the towels, water, tea, milk, etc.

Such an impressive building with a fantastic stair case. Impressive Victorian iron girders on view.
Lovely view from fourth floor room over St George’s Hall and the city.
Staff welcoming and service excellent.
So convenient for Lime Street station and local buses.

Staff on main reception good and helpful but I thought the personal on breakfast staff not very keen to look into my room number to see if I’d paid for my breakfast and charge me for this service if though I knew I’d already paid for it. They did refund me this after I paid again but need to look at the person name not the room number

Very friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is next door to the train station - very convenient. Huge shopping center nearby. I would recommend it to anyone who stays in Liverpool

Lovely hotel, decor industrial chic throughout was lovely. Room nice, maybe a bit small as couldn't actually move around if someone was using the dressing table but comfortable clean and very quiet
