The best even hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe. Super perfect service, highly professional and quality staff, good English, efficient, and take care of my every details. Quality physical condition of the hotel, the hotel is a re-renovated building from a flour mill, so that it is very spacious, my room is big enough also in European hotel. Great location, 15-minute from St Mark’s Sq, chilled island and not distanced but you’ve to take water taxi to get to the hotel Qualify breakfast, an unforgettable enjoyment for my stay Reliable Water shuttle bus - one of the very important services provided by the hotel to go to / from St Mark’s Sq, Euro15 for the whole stay, 30-minute frequency every day. And the hotel also offer complimentary water taxi to Murano Island everyday, so that I can visit both Murano and Burano at the same day.

The hotel is beautiful and well-decorated, with an elegant blend of classic and modern styles. However, its location is a bit far from the main attractions. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the staff, who were extremely polite and attentive. Unfortunately, the Valentine’s Day dinner was a major disappointment. Despite having great potential to be a special night, it lacked planning and romance. There was no themed decoration, and the music selection was completely off, with Latin music playing instead of a romantic Italian soundtrack. The only saving grace of the evening was the menu—the food was simply delicious, and I am immensely grateful to the chef for that. Without his exceptional cuisine, the night would have been completely ruined. Another frustrating detail was the absence of live music, despite the presence of a piano in the hotel. Throughout the entire weekend, there was no performance, which was a shame, as small details like this could have made a big difference in the atmosphere. Overall, the hotel has its qualities, but the service feels more like a 4-star standard rather than a true 5-star experience.

The location is the best! The room is old, but the stay is very comfortable. I drove here and asked the hotel to arrange parking service, pick up and drop off from the parking lot to the hotel. The trip was good, but the price was expensive. When I left, the hotel did not explain clearly that the parking fee was not included in the 220 euro price! The ”taxi boat” was also borne by the guests. I was a little disappointed when I left. I paid a high price, but I felt that the hotel took advantage of it... Of course, everything in Venice is expensive, but I think the hotel can provide better service! Overall, there is room for improvement! Next time I go to Venice, I will change to another hotel!

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful island. Room was big and clean with little view of the lagoon. Staff in the reception was helpful and we got a complimentary ride to visit the glass factory on Maurano Island. Really enjoyed our dinner by the seaside restaurant with the beautiful sunset. Highly recommend this hotel to those who visit Venice.

I would have given them a higher score but we had a few issues. First the restaurant and bar were closed on one of the 2 nights we stayed. For a premium cost hotel I would expect to be able to get a drink in the bar. Breakfast was really poor. It was included in our rate but consisted of stale croissant and pan au chocolat. Poor selection of cured meat and cheese and one bowl of fruit salad. No toast. I asked for an egg and my daughter a crepe. We were charged an extra £25! Hotel was otherwise in a good location and rooms were lovely. New member of staff had started that day and he was brilliant.

This hotel has a private pier, making it very convenient for guests to arrive directly by water taxi. The hotel garden is beautiful, and the rooms offer open, scenic views that perfectly capture the charm and atmosphere of Venice. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There were a few minor issues, such as bottled water not being replenished in one of the rooms, but overall, the atmosphere was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at The Venice Venice Hotel. The team went above and beyond to make our anniversary truly special. From the thoughtful room setup to the complimentary touches, everything was beautifully arranged and made us feel warmly celebrated. The service was professional yet personal, and we truly appreciate the attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt experience in Venice.

The Grand Savoia was fantastic, hospitable and accommodating. When we arrived, due to a backend error, they had not received our reservation and were fully booked with no rooms available. Despite the error not being made on behalf of the hotel they took very good care of us. They put us in an upgraded room at their sister hotel just across the street and made all amenities of the 5 star grand hotel available to us. 10/10. They’ve done a great job.

It was very quiet at night, and the bed in the room was comfortable. I had a backache after coming from Vienna, but it was cured after one night's sleep. The room had a large bed when I checked in, but I asked to change it to a twin bed. Because the room change delayed dinner time, the manager personally served us to the restaurant and let us dine while we waited. He also provided free drinks and salad. The room was cleaned promptly during our stay, and the bed was turned down at night. The breakfast was rich, and the dinner was delicious. It was very pleasant to have a glass of wine and feel the sea breeze in the evening. The swimming pool is kept constant temperature, and the sea water is not cold enough to swim in the sea. There is also a children's playground. The hotel has a free boat to the main island every half hour, which ends at 11 pm. It is very convenient. I had a great 3-day stay and I will stay here again next time.
