Very Good
AAnonymous UserGood overall stay, everything was clean apart from inside the pillow case, there was quite a bit of hair attached to the pillow
MMottySome of the frontline staff charged me a different card payment than the booking agent had agreed to. This made me feel very confused. Fortunately, their senior management, Mr. Deepy, listened patiently to my explanation and understood my discounted room rate. He explained everything clearly and eased my worries. After a few days, the card was finally charged correctly.
GGuest UserTen minutes walk from the train station to the apartment, the apartment is located in an office building, just go to need the front desk to help open the door. The reception was aunt, very friendly and warm. After checking in and entering the room, the room is two bedrooms and one living room, you can cook, the cooking utensils are very complete, but because I lived for a day, I didn't experience it. The experience is very good and feels at home.
GGuest UserNice hotel, comfy rooms, good base for Newport and Cardiff area.
Homely, family vibe.
Have been before and would return.
Great cooked breakfast with fried bread!
GGuest UserThe room and bathroom are medium in size and clean, the windows can be opened, the bed is comfortable, and the wifi is good. There is a hair dryer, a hanger, no shampoo, bath liquid, TV. 5 rooms share a kitchen, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dining table, large and small pots, etc., there is a lidl supermarket nearby, life is convenient. Close to the city center, 10 minutes walk. A bit far from Newport Railway Station, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the hotel.
