Front desk help was great and helped us move to a new room when the first one smelled like the treatment to cover up cigarette smoke. The second (ground floor) room was also nicer and seemed cleaner/newer—so, pro tip there. ‘Balcony room’ is not worth it because it overlooks a busy street and you just have one tiny elevator to get to/from the lobby and pool, which are on the ground floor.
Pool water was… questionable: could not see further than 10’ underwater (with goggles)—and I wouldn’t want to risk getting this water in my eyes. (Still had fun swimming with my daughter though!) Hot tub was not hot and had no working jets.
Breakfast was So-So. Typical American continental . Shuttle service good!
The Wenatchee Red Lion was an excellent budget choice. While a bit old, everything worked and the staff was very helpful and polite. The trains were a bit noisy at night, as ther train tracks are right behind the hotel. The pool and hot tub were both open and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was a decent buffet.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish.
From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests.
It really set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made
the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens
felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day.
Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized.
The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public
transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or
wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away.
Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits,
pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning.
The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours.
Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere
was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were
well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining
a high standard of service and cleanliness.
Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting
the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent
balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose
to stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel location is unbeatable, the service staff is attentive & polite, the check-in procedure was efficient (no-wait). The 2 beds queen room was spacious for a family of 4. The air-conditioning was strong for the summer heat. TV channels’ reception was clear. We didn’t drive but I guess you could park your vehicle right in front of your room window. There was a complimentary shuttle bus to Westfield Southcenter. I wish the bathroom had better ventilation, other than that, it was perfect for us. Thank you!
Love this hotel. It is no frills, but they accept dogs, have a great staff, it is clean and is in a great part of town. There is not a ton of parking, but they do have some spots inside their area.
Dog friendly, parking is in a secure and video monitored lot. It’s across the street from a Dick’s Hamburgers. Great security, all doors are locked 24/7.
Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter.
Check in clerk was amazing.. but
Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk
Beautiful hotel and location is amazing
Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side
Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work
Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening.
Conflicted if I would ever stay here again.
Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this
Because I was going to the Boeing factory, I booked a hotel here, and the town of Boeing is almost half an hour away. The hotel is small, there is a free car park, there is a small park next to it, kids can play. There is a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant, if the hotel user gets a discount coupon, you can get 10% off. The hotel lobby is ready to take. The overall hotel is relatively simple, with a very small gym. at first floor. The bed is the same as the other North American beds.
We stayed 4days @Executive hotel coming from Vancouver. We checked in Aug.14th with Israel who was so nice, friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!

If you want a hotel near Seatac, this is the one. My room got upgraded to suite so the space was big with a living room. The breakfast buffet had varieties and is totally worth it. They also have swimming pool and gym.

GGuest UserDiscovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

Very Good
AAlHuangEverything was good. The service, the breakfast, and the pool were all good. Very comfortable overall. Only except that the WIFI signal was broken inside the bedroom. The network needs a serious upgrade.
BBrendadamowangA family of four traveled and booked a loft room on the second floor. The upper floor of the loft is a 1.5-meter bed, the lower floor is a 1.8-meter bed, and the sofa bed in the living room is also 1.5 meters (but less comfortable).
Sanitary cleaning is done every 3 days.
It should be noted that because it is a loft room and it is air-conditioned instead of heated, the temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs may be several degrees.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

GGuest UserThe staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit.
Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall.
The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.
CClarkAmberThis place was BEYOND amazing. I've stayed at about 10 different hotel/motels around bellingham and this was absolutely by far the best.
The guy who works at night went way above and beyond to help when my boyfriend dead bolted the door to our room and fell asleep. It was extremely refreshing to see someone be proactive in helping a situation that was totally not their fault.
The breakfast was next level. Like I wanted to stay an extra day just to eat breakfast again, so.many.choices.
They have a restaurant/ bar that must be good cause on Saturday there was a decent amount of people having a drink.
The studio room was HUGE. like double or more the size of a normal hotel room.
The only con was the bathrooms. The room had 1 for the toilet and a different room for the shower, that wouldn't be too bad but the doors are opaque sliding doors that don't shut fully, do not have a latch and do not lock. I had to tie something between the shower rail and the door handle so my daughter wouldn't open it.
But everything else made this hotel an easy book for next time we need a room.
10/10 will book again.
GGuest UserClean and comfortable hotel. Room was spacious.
Conveniently located close to the Westfield Southcenter Mall and few other shops and food venues.
A complimentary airport shuttle is available from 4am until midnight.
Upon checking in, I was told that my payment wasn’t completed, while this was done and confirmed few weeks before arrival already. Even though I showed my confirmation in the Trip.com app, they couldn’t accommodate me straight away. Luckily Trip.com has a 24/7 help centre and they were able to help me sort out the situation immediately and accordingly. For this, I thank Trip.com and their representatives.
The lady at the desk told me she gave me a nice room, because of the inconvenience. I never asked for this, but it also turned out the room was nothing else than what I had already booked.
The fitness is small, but has quiet the necessary equipment for a good workout.
Very pricey for what you get, but since all accommodations are like this nowadays, I did not count this in my review.
I would stay again, but only after confirming my booking.
