An absolutely wonderful stay! This was my first time traveling alone with my child, and it was a memorable experience, thanks to Hampton by Hilton for leaving us with such a fantastic impression. From before check-in, throughout our stay, and until check-out, the service was incredibly warm and attentive. Everyone, from the front desk to every staff member, was outstanding. They were always responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. Since I was traveling alone with my child, I ended up asking the hotel staff to run errands for us many times, like delivering takeout and fetching various items, to the point where I felt a bit embarrassed! In short, thank you all for giving my daughter and me such unforgettable memories. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Qinhuangdao. Wishing all the staff good health and a smooth work life!

An Unexpectedly Comfortable Stay! My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was exceptionally satisfying! The hotel boasts an excellent location, with convenient transportation access, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately impressed by the warm atmosphere and friendly service. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, quickly handling my check-in. The room was spacious and bright, with plush, comfortable bedding. The 'Garden Sleep System' bed, in particular, ensured I had a wonderful night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail truly stood out. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining both Western and Chinese dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted delicious. The hotel also features a well-equipped fitness center and business center, perfectly meeting all my needs. What truly stood out was the professionalism of the hotel's service team. Their dedication and thoughtfulness were evident in every interaction, from housekeeping to concierge services. It offers outstanding value for money, making it an excellent choice for any trip! I will definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn again for my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel's setting is truly one-of-a-kind! No other hotel in Chengde can compare, simply because it's part of the Mountain Resort itself. Staying in a royal garden is an absolutely special experience. There are several deer roaming freely on the hotel grounds, and they're very friendly. We visited during the off-season of the off-season, and there were no more than 5-6 guests in the entire hotel, yet the breakfast was still meticulously prepared. The ladies at the front desk were always smiling and ready to answer any questions. We even got a complimentary Qing Dynasty costume experience! Honestly, you could easily spend a whole day just enjoying the hotel itself. If I were to truly review it, I probably couldn't finish in 1000 words. Thanks again to all the staff for their warm hospitality! Oh, I almost forgot, the hotel has a tabby cat named 'Batia' who acts as a guide! It led us around to various photo spots. I came here to experience the hotel because it was newly opened. Indeed, all the facilities and equipment are quite new. The room is equipped with a sofa bed, the screen is also movable, there is a small bar and tableware, and there is a quilt in the cabinet. It is very suitable for family travel. At the beginning, I felt that except for the cold attitude of the front desk, I was quite satisfied with everything else. We just arrived at the room. Fruits were delivered right after. As a result, when I took a shower at night, I found that the hot water was very small and I couldn’t take a shower at all. I could only call the front desk. The solution given by the front desk was to change rooms. Because there were a lot of luggage and it was late, I didn’t want to change rooms, so I asked the engineering to repair it. But they still asked to change rooms. Okay, then change rooms. We asked the staff to go to the room to check whether the hot water was normal. As a result, the staff did not check and came directly to our room to let us change. We asked again to check, and the staff went to check. The result was also broken. If we didn’t check it, wouldn’t we go there directly? ? ? ? Very speechless. Later, we changed our room to the 7th floor and checked that the hot water was normal. After we moved our luggage over, we looked at the bedding, and it turned out to be very dirty. There was a little garbage under the pillow. It was outrageous!!! We asked the front desk to come again, and they asked us to change rooms. Let's change, and asked her to check the room first. I really didn't want to bother, but the attitude was not good, and asked us to check it ourselves. I was very tired, so I asked my boyfriend to check it. The quilt was dirty, okay. Dirty. I said, then change the quilt for us. The staff asked us to pick up the quilt ourselves. This was the first time I encountered such a situation, and I was shocked. Okay, okay, I just want to take a shower and go to bed. It's really not as good as the attitude of the Hanting Hotel we stayed in the day before. The cleaning of the second day was OK.

Booked a sea-view twin room for our family trip over New Year's Day, and the front desk upgraded us to a sunrise room (though we couldn't wake up early enough to see the sunrise). It was a bit better than expected; the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. MaoYe Shopping Mall is right downstairs, accessible directly from the hotel, which was super convenient as we didn't even need to put on a coat to go for a meal in the middle of winter. The only minor drawback was that the hotel parking lot is shared with the mall. Being new to the area and arriving on a holiday, we were stuck in traffic trying to get in for a long time and then still had to search for a parking spot. However, after telling the hotel, we got free parking, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a pretty satisfactory stay.

We were so happy with our stay! The hotel staff were so nice and friendly, and they were very accommodating! We really enjoyed the comfortable and clean room and amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the laundry facilities were also very nice. We can’t wait to come back to visit!

Although I'm a foreigner and don't understand Chinese. The staff helped me to the utmost..and even the guests helped me a lot in translating Chinese language to English language. Very helpful and friendly staffs

Choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision, and my family loved it! The staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and even providing a complimentary drop-off service to the South Station. The environment is top-notch, and the bedding was amazing – I'm a light sleeper, but I slept like a baby for all three nights. It was so good that I'd unconditionally choose their brand for all my future travels. A big thank you again to all the hotel staff, and Happy New Year!

We recently went to Zhangjiakou Thaiwoo Ski resort during the CNY. Location is ideal, 5 mins away from Taizicheng railway by car and inside the ski resort. They provide pick-up and drop off at the railway station making it very convenient. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine, not so many choices for foreigners like us. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and tries their best to translate, communicate and attend to our needs. Before booking our room and train, I called the hotel to inquire and added 小晴 thru wechat. She was very helpful in answering my questions about the ski resort, and train booking. Definitely recommended.

My stay at this hotel was a spontaneous decision after my previous hotel in Baoding, where I had spent the past two days, didn't meet the four-star standards I expected in terms of environment and facilities. I'm glad I switched to Hampton by Hilton. The front desk service was efficient, and the facilities and overall environment were consistent with Hampton's usual high standards, which I was very pleased with. The breakfast was also excellent and offered a good variety. Since my high-speed train was scheduled for later in the afternoon, I spoke with the front desk and was granted a late check-out, which I really appreciated. The hotel is located in the High-tech Zone, surrounded by many large shopping malls, making it incredibly convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. I highly recommend staying here. My only minor complaint is about the gate at the hotel entrance; taxis aren't allowed to drive directly to the main lobby door. This means you have to walk a bit with your luggage to the gate to get in and out of the car, which is a bit inconvenient.
