Ekaterina KataevaWe stayed at La Thong Boutique Da Lat for two nights.
Da Lat is a city located in the mountains, so the temperature is very different from Nha Trang or Da Nang. Bring a warm sweater and pants; they'll be useful for the evenings!
I booked the hotel myself through Trip.com, and paid with a Russian card 👌🤝.
It cost 2600 (approximate currency) per night with breakfast, as part of a promotion.
Oh, it was just honey – simply divine! 😍
It's a very aesthetic and modern hotel, with comfortable bedding and mattresses!
They didn't ask for a deposit in cash or passport.
For breakfast, there are several kinds of fruit, pastries, and delicious yogurts, as well as scrambled eggs and fried eggs. There's also soup every morning.
The variety isn't huge, but everything is fresh and tasty!
The staff are very polite and friendly! They speak good English and answered all our questions about where to exchange money, where to go, and the best places to eat. They even helped us order food through Grab.
Overall, we are very satisfied, especially considering the promotional price 🔥🔥.
The only downside was that our room was on the 1st floor, and we could hear everything happening at reception. However, it didn't bother us.

dianaS88The location is great, a 10-15-minute walk from the lake, and there are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The hotel is a short descent. The hosts were excellent; they helped with bike rentals and brought chairs and a table to the balcony upon request. The room was clean, and the linens were excellent. We also booked an airport transfer for a reasonable price. If we return to Dalat, we will definitely stay at this hotel. The room has a beautiful view of the city. There's also a terrace upstairs that you can use.

AwilumThe hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows. In my room, the window faced the sunset, and the sunlight warmed the room throughout the day. This made the room pleasantly warm, even in the evening. It was nice to return to a warm room after a long day, thanks to both the sunlight and the view of a beautiful sunset.
The placement of power outlets was convenient, and the room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea easily. The hot shower was also a plus. The parking area was secure, closed, underground, and very spacious—perfect for both bikes and cars. Overall, the hotel gave me a sense of safety and coziness.
However, there was one downside I encountered. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower kept flooding the room. On the first day, I reported this issue to the staff. They responded promptly by wiping the floor with dry towels and removing the water. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. The next day, I asked them to fix it again, and they removed the floor filter, which was blocking the water drainage. While this improved the situation, it did not completely resolve the issue. It seems the shower area wasn’t adequately sealed, as water continued to seep out into the room. This made it impossible to take a long shower, limiting me to very short ones.
Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel is positive.

ChrisTried to stick me in a room with a window facing a wall - basically a windowless room. Looked nothing like the first 5 pictures but conveniently the last two pictures showed this room. Very sneaky of the management and it's obvious you're trying to take advantage of people who are too polite to object. I am not one of these people so I refused and after minutes of arguing they finally gave me another room. An upgraded room! So if you stay here you're probably gonna have to bargain like it's a market to get something decent. It isn't your fault they put rooms in the basement and rightfully have trouble selling the big closet.
I cannot deny the property is beautiful. My room had a seperate bedroom. Loved the TV in the room. I usually don't watch a lot of tv on vacation but it streamed YouTube and Netflix so smoothly I couldn't resist at night. Internet was fast. Beds felt new and offered the perfect level of softness. Fridge was huge and cold. There was a stovetop but I didn't use it. Lots of closet space if you stay long term.
Hotel staff was friendly but unresponsive to WhatsApp messages and delivered my laundry much later than agreed upon. It's obvious they're uninspired employees and having been in this position many times in my life I can empathize. Despite all this I'd still recommend staying here just don't let them force you into the bait and switch.

Guest UserThe room was spotless and well-lit. The mattress had just the right firmness, offering excellent lumbar support, which helped me fall asleep quickly. The shower water heated up fast and had great pressure. It was incredibly quiet all night, making for a truly comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel! The room was spacious with large beds, and I absolutely loved the interior – everything felt antique, from the doors to the bathtub and furniture. It felt like stepping back into the early 20th century. The service was good, and breakfast was standard.

Nguyen SmieI booked a double room for 2 people, and I found the room to be quite spacious with a large, comfortable bed. Check-in and check-out times were flexible, which was great. The only downside was that my room didn't have a TV, but the rest of the furnishings were fine. I've stayed at many hotels before, and they usually provide free bottled water for guests in the room. When I checked into my room here, there was no free bottled water on the table, only two coffees and two tea bags.

My friends and I stayed here for 6 days for a wedding. The room itself is spacious, with a beautiful view outside. The bed was comfortable, and big. Really appreciated that. The cleaning staff were so helpful and quick to any requests I had. The request I did have often was to clean my bathroom floor as the water comes out the drain in the shower and to the whole floor of the bathroom, going to the drain by the toilet. The staff said this is a common issue as the hotel is old. So they mentioned that it can be cleaned when I needed it and it was so problem averted, however it can be inconvenient if you don't have the patience for this. Esp at night if you want to have a late shower, you will walk on a wet floor after that in the bathroom. My friends however in the 3 other rooms, did not have this issue. It was only my room. The hotel is very beautiful and the aesthetics do make you feel like you are in some olden royal venue. Note, there is no conditioner in the bathroom, which is common in Vietnam, ensure you carry this, it is not easy to find outside quickly. There are local coffee shops, restaurants and laundry services in and out the hotel. At the hotel they were quick and affordable for laundry. There are no other facilities at the hotel.
