Bombo Hotel is in a fantastic location - close to everything. You can easily walk down to the night market, the lake, and other attractions, yet it remains quiet because the hotel sits slightly uphill. This was especially important during the holidays, when people were celebrating all night. The hotel is right on the road, so it’s very easy to reach by car - no need to drag heavy suitcases up or down narrow paths. The room looked exactly like in the photos - clean, cozy, and very pleasant. The facilities were new and everything worked well. The breakfast was truly delicious! What I didn’t like as much: - something in the shower was leaking, so there was often water on the floor; - for two guests there was only one pair of rubber slippers and just small single bottles of shampoo and shower gel; - on our last morning we discovered the windows faced a school, and we were suddenly woken at 7 AM by the morning assembly; - there was no heater in the room, and hot water came from a small water heater that didn’t last very long (although this may be typical for the region). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the shower was also lovely although I forgot to take a picture, our only issue was that we booked a room with air conditioning and all we had was a ceiling fan that was quite loud but we only stayed for two nights so didn’t feel the need to change rooms.

We stayed in a bungalow, which was exactly the kind of accommodation we wanted, rather than a standard hotel room. We arrived from Nha Trang for one night and were quickly checked in and driven to our bungalow. The atmosphere was indescribable! Pine trees everywhere! After the beaches of Nha Trang, we were absolutely thrilled! The resort has a solid playground for kids and swings. There's also secure parking for motorbikes. Breakfast wasn't particularly varied, but there was definitely enough to get by. We would definitely come back again!

The staff are friendly and the hotel is incredibly spacious and nice. Since it's located in the mountains, there are quite a few mosquitoes. They offer a room upgrade for 100,000 VND per night, which I think is definitely worth the price.

The room was airy and spacious, and the floors and bedding were spotless. The mattress was comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height for my neck, so I didn't wake up with any aches. The bathroom was dry, hot water came on quickly, and it was extremely quiet at night, perfect for a good rest.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Cons: We booked an attic room because it was the only one available with two beds and a city view. You could only stand up straight near the door; everywhere else, you had to crouch or crawl. The phone didn't work, and the porter just shrugged his shoulders. Only 2 out of 8 outlets were functional. There was no heating, and large ventilation gaps under the window made sleeping uncomfortable when it was 12°C outside, though thankfully the blankets were warm. A lot of things flew in through these gaps during the day, from mosquitoes to various bugs. By the way, there's no air conditioning for summer, just a fan. The bathroom was tiny, about 1 square meter, with the toilet and shower in the same small area (it reminded me of conditions on submarines). So, after showering, the floor was wet, and all the water flowed into the room, which had tiles instead of carpeting. Everything was old, including the faucets and toilet, which were from the last century and constantly leaked, so you'd have to sleep to those lovely sounds. Regarding food: on the first day, there was a promised buffet, albeit meager. On the second and third days, we waited 15-20 minutes for our even more meager breakfast to be brought to us. The slow elevator didn't even go to our floor. There were also renovations happening, with tiles being replaced somewhere in the hotel, so the sound of the jackhammer added to the excitement. Pros: The location – its proximity to the central streets. If you're a fan of antiques, this hotel will appeal to you. The working fireplace in the breakfast room alone is worth it. The entire building, from the facade to the interior, is designed in the style of the past one or two centuries. There are many different devices and items from those eras; you can even find old cars and motorcycles. Summary: The hotel doesn't even deserve 3 stars, let alone 4. You could stay for one night if you love historical artifacts and are willing to sacrifice comfort, but nothing more.

Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area. Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table). Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken. Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day. Cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning). The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels.

My friends and I stayed here for 6 days for a wedding. The room itself is spacious, with a beautiful view outside. The bed was comfortable, and big. Really appreciated that. The cleaning staff were so helpful and quick to any requests I had. The request I did have often was to clean my bathroom floor as the water comes out the drain in the shower and to the whole floor of the bathroom, going to the drain by the toilet. The staff said this is a common issue as the hotel is old. So they mentioned that it can be cleaned when I needed it and it was so problem averted, however it can be inconvenient if you don't have the patience for this. Esp at night if you want to have a late shower, you will walk on a wet floor after that in the bathroom. My friends however in the 3 other rooms, did not have this issue. It was only my room. The hotel is very beautiful and the aesthetics do make you feel like you are in some olden royal venue. Note, there is no conditioner in the bathroom, which is common in Vietnam, ensure you carry this, it is not easy to find outside quickly. There are local coffee shops, restaurants and laundry services in and out the hotel. At the hotel they were quick and affordable for laundry. There are no other facilities at the hotel.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
