AAaron BrienI can not rate this hotel any higher,It’s the home away from home that everyone wants on there trip,It’s brand new with everything in the hotel being of top quality,The cleanliness is perfect,The staff work hard every day to make sure everything is sparkling,Our room was just beautiful,Massive bed and so comfortable,The best pillows you could ask for,Myself Mr Aaron and my wife Mrs Carrie are travelling from Australia on a 7 week tour of Vietnam,We travelled to beautiful Delat ,Little paris,The city of flowers and we were truly blown away by La Thong boutique hotel,The owners are so inviting and the staff truly go out of there way to help you in anyway,Resection staff have great English speaking skills witch helps so much,Neil was our go to man for anything we needed to know or wanted ,Can’t express the gratitude we have for him,We we’re lucky enough to be invited to there grand opening,And what a great day was had by so many family and friends there,The rooms are cleaned daily we have not come across this in anyway other hotel stay in Vietnam,With fresh water,Tea and coffee provided in the rooms you can just lay back and feel very relaxed,La Thong offers a great breakfast every morning from 7 am the chef is wonderful and his flavour in his food is 10/10 Catering for all customers,We truly loved our stay here and we will be back for sure,I must say after 5 nights staying here we feel more like family than guests,Make sure you stay at this great hotel while staying in Delat 8 hrs by bus north of Ho chi minh city,Tell them Mr Aaron and Mrs carrie sent you ,

유유앙ㅇ아The garden was decorated so beautifully, the breakfast the next day was so delicious, and the staff was so kind and helpful when I went back to Nha Trang, so I took a van back to Nha Trang. My suitcase was very heavy on the way back. It was a memorable act of kindness from the staff who kept listening to me. It's quiet so it's a great place to stay.

GGuest UserI arrived at the hotel before 6 AM because my bus arrived early, and the gate was closed. As soon as I contacted them via WhatsApp, they responded immediately and even allowed me to freshen up. Although the official check-in time is 2 PM, they kindly let me check in at 12 PM. Both receptionists were extremely polite and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There are plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk, and the hotel is only 10–15 minutes from Xuan Huong Lake and the night market. Overall, an excellent stay—I would definitely choose this place again when I return to Dalat!

NNur Aliah AtiqahMy stay at Tulip Hotel 3 felt like finding a little hidden gem in Da Lat. The location was super convenient—close enough to the night market and main attractions, but still tucked away enough for some peace and quiet. One of my favorite spots was the balcony. It had a small table and chairs with potted plants, overlooking the rooftops of Da Lat. In the morning, I’d sit there with a cup of tea, watching the clouds drift across the mountains and listening to the city slowly come alive. In the evening, the view was just as charming, with the cool breeze making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The room itself was clean, simple, and cozy—nothing overly fancy, but comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. The staff were warm and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick assistance whenever I needed directions or recommendations. Overall, Tulip Hotel 3 was a great balance between comfort, location, and value. It felt homely and welcoming, making my Da Lat trip even more memorable. I’d happily stay here again the next time I’m back in town.

MMatt(ger)Unnecessarily inconvenient. I rate the 4person room with balcony. Pro: The place ist nice and quiet, feels luxurious, good bedsheets, nice sunset view. Some piano (tv) sound comes from the lobby. Nice Ambiente. Good value for the price. This is not the city center, you take a grab to go somewhere, place can be found as ”d house” on Google maps easily. Many power outlets, space, tables and some chairs and 2 mirrors in the room. The bedsheets are thick, only 2 sheets for 4 persons but I guess it's for couples. Con: The indoor slippers hurt my feet with every step, there are many steps to level -2. Cannot take them off because the floor is cold. When going to toilet or shower, you must bring the toiletpaper, towel, shampoo clothes etc from your room, lock your room, bring your keys, ... *** you need an orgachart and checklist just for taking a poop. Light cannot be switched from bed, and when entering the room you must first reach behind the door. After 8pm you need to fiddle a bit to open the gate. No wifi information stored in the app or in the room. Super Inconvenient, hire someone to improve the flow(i.e. japanese person)!

Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.

Disadvantages: The equipment is very old, such as TV, exhaust fan, worn quilts, hair dryer not working, refrigerator without independent power supply.

EEgorОтель хороший, но в отеле грязно и очень сыро, есть кондиционирование воздуха, но оно не работает, по фоткам бронировал одно в итоге дали номер на первом этаже с видом на трассу где носятся фуры грузовики и вечно сигналами будят вас с утра, если и селится в этот отель то только не на сторону дороги, в общем впечатления такие себе 3 из 5, а и да я так понимаю что даже бутылка воды которую все отели предоставляют бесплатно и каждый день меняют будет в этом отеле стоить для вас 15,000 донгов(местной валюты) в магазине та же бутылка будет стоить 5,000

GGuest UserThe administrator was good. However, the room description stated 'window facing the courtyard.' I understood there wouldn't be a view, but I didn't expect it to be a window facing pipes. The entire hotel strongly smelled of sewage, or perhaps cockroach repellent. There was also a strong moldy smell. It was impossible to stay in the room. I think I even got sick from this strong odor; I felt unwell for the rest of the day. We checked out immediately in the morning and canceled the remaining two days. The hotel refunded the money.
