Hi :very friendly and helpful staff .wonderful BKFAST a bove all very professional on there business.
After 35 ahowr flight get to hotel at 23.45 I checked in and get to my room find out the AC miking load nose.
So I turned it off and next morning going for breakfast told desk abut it. And very nicely she said we look in to it if nut fixed we change your room. So AC fixed and I was happy for staying in the same room.
Here it comes very nice surprise at 5pm some one knocking my door a piece wonderful delicious chocolate mousse with nice presentation.
Because of the problem I had earlier with AC
.That's how they show their professionalism.
Thank you and I will come again

There is nothing wrong with this hotel except that it is expensive.
Facilities: Basically everything is provided, except that slippers and toothbrushes are not provided, but minibags, refrigerators, and coffee machines are provided. this is not bad.
Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. After breakfast, the aunt came over and cleaned the room.
Environment: The key point is that it is next to the largest shopping mall in the area. You can walk directly to the shopping mall on the second floor of the hotel without leaving the house. There are all supermarkets for food, drink and entertainment, which is safe and convenient. Recommended if you are traveling.
Service: The service is very good. It is the only hotel in Guayaquil that has a waiter at the front desk to help you carry your luggage to the room. The important thing is that he ran away without asking for a tip. I gave him 1 dollar after I called to stop.

A nice hotel, located in the core area of the old town, within walking distance to the Lizard Park and the seaside boardwalk, and within $5 taxi rides in the city. The front desk was very welcoming, but the breakfast may not be very suitable for Chinese people.

Hotel service is very good. . I needed a car for a business trip to Machala. The front desk was busy and contacted the driver. There was a problem with the other party’s payment system and I couldn’t receive the money. The hotel charged a handling fee and paid for it for me. The rate is not high, very fair, and the service is very good good! !
Overall, this hotel is really worth the money, and I will choose this hotel again next time
