The ground is lovely with garden and pool. The entrance hall is also very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is a bit old but still clean and comfortable. Thanks

The location is pretty good; it's not the closest to the airport, but still acceptable. You can wait for the hotel shuttle at the red sign near the baggage claim on the second floor of the airport. It runs every half hour. Important: You need to wave at the bus for it to stop! The shuttle drivers are very friendly and nice! Thumbs up! 👍 The hotel facilities are just average, and the front desk service is also mediocre, but the housekeeping staff are quite friendly. The water pressure in the shower and at the sink is quite low, which might be due to California's water conservation efforts. The price is among the lower ones compared to other hotels in the area, but they charge extra if you check in before the official time. I recommend confirming this with the hotel in advance.

Room is very clean and bed very comfortable. Good room service everyday, unlimited complimentary water, coffee, tea, cookies all day long. Wifi available in room. Staff are courteous. Location is close to Union square and all transport. I will stay here again next time. The only flaw is the TV is not connected to power & no power cord provided, hence can't watch TV, hope this can fix.

The room was spacious and very clean. It's really close to the airport. Parking costs extra, but the facilities are well-maintained. If you're heading to the airport the next day, it's about a ten-minute drive.

I originally intended to book a Hyatt but didn't realize this was a Hyatt House. First off, you can't drive your car right up to the hotel entrance, and the lobby is quite small and dim. It has a standard, rather budget-hotel feel. However, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the facilities are brand new. The breakfast was a bit too simple, and the dinner burger and soup weren't to my taste. Overall, the service was good, and everyone was very polite. The shuttle driver on the second day was also excellent. Getting from the hotel to the airport was very quick.

The room is small but working well for a solo traveler. I was staying at a room with a private bathroom but I checked the shared bathrooms, they were clean so you can save money staying at a shared bathroom room. It is close to many restaurants, attractions, public transports, and conference centres. It is quite a busy neighbourhood with homelessness issue.

Is located near many fast food chain restaurants which is really convenient, accesible roads and seems a safe area. Pool seems clean. The check-in and out was fast and convenient. The room is clean, smells nice, bathroom everything clean. No noise from other rooms and really private. Included breakfast was plenty and had a really good taste. Excellent experience overall

I stayed for 5 days this time and had a pretty good experience overall. The cleanliness, environment, service, and facilities were all good. However, there was one thing that bothered me: on check-in day, we arrived early, and the front desk kindly stored our luggage for free so we could go out and take care of some things before returning to check in and pick up our bags. But when we checked out and wanted to store our luggage for the afternoon, planning to pick it up before heading to the airport, we were told there would be a fee. That was a bit annoying. So, we decided to drag our luggage around while sightseeing. Luckily, nothing went wrong, but I don't understand why storing luggage was free upon arrival but charged after check-out.
