4-Star Hotels in Algiers Province, Algeria

No kettle or tea in room ( you've to pay ! Even 3 star has this basic service) No tissue in room No water in toilet (it's completely western style) No Qibla direction No prayer mat Usually in everywhere someone asks if we need help with luggage , here you go and take care of yourself 😆 They have different systems for naming each level , so it's like ABCD... floor before starting 1-8 , it's confusing Very weak internet connection Good and buf balcony Beautiful scenery from balcony Room is big enough for couple

I spent 2 nights in this mythical hotel which hosted great figures from the political, artistic world, etc. This hotel shines with the quality of the welcome, the cleanliness, the availability, the friendliness of the staff. The decoration, the style, the materials of the hotel tell a story charged with emotion. The rooms have kept the style of yesteryear. The breakfast served is very generous and the products are of high quality. This hotel has a large, very clean swimming pool, restaurants and an enchanting exotic garden. I will return with great pleasure and with great emotion.

Located on Alger hillside, can enjoy the entire city scenery within walking distance. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is plentiful, and the facility decor is modern. Good for sightseeing and short business trips.

Lovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service. Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters. The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too. Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

The service was okay. But there were some miscommunications regarding the hotel transfer, so we had to wait for almost 40 minutes before we decided to take taxi. Time wasted. Other than that, it was okay.

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

The waiter service is slow and does not take the initiative to clean the room. Others are fine.

I had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

Very nice hotel, located 10 minutes by car from the airport and 5 minutes on foot from the Bab Ezzouar shopping center.

The location is great,the service amazing and the food was delicious
