The B&B environment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and tidy, with all the amenities you could need. The backyard parking lot was huge, the location was excellent, very close to the lake. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and their responses were prompt. Overall, a perfect experience! It offers fantastic value for money, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

The room facilities are very new, very complete, the water temperature is stable and the water is fast, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is very fragrant. The bathroom is clean, no smell, the quality of toiletries is good, and the lighting brightness is right. WiFi speed is very fast, very stable, the TV program is clear, the tables and chairs, the wardrobe are very practical. This was the last and most satisfying hotel I stayed in during my 25-day journey. Its location is fantastic: directly opposite Xining Bus Station, with the train station just across a small road to its left, and the long-distance coach terminal a little further. When I arrived, laden with bags, and asked the front desk to store my luggage first, the two young ladies at reception carefully organized and put them away for us. After checking in, they were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions politely and speaking in gentle tones. The two gentlemen we encountered during the day were equally courteous. The room facilities were on par with or exceeded a 3-star standard, featuring a wet/dry separated bathroom and excellent shower pressure. Despite its proximity to the train station, bus stop, and long-distance coach terminal, our nights were surprisingly quiet, and it wasn't noisy during the day either. A minor flaw is that the rooms aren't particularly soundproof from each other; I suspect this is due to unsealed pipes inside the wardrobe near the window. The breakfast selection and taste were both good, and the restaurant itself was clean and tidy.

They were always on hand to refill our water without us even having to ask – their attention to detail was impeccable. The breakfast was also much better than I expected. While not lavish in variety, the food was genuinely tasty, comforting, and filling. It was wonderful to start the day with such a warm and satisfying meal, truly a happy feeling. The staff were all so sincere and down-to-earth, never perfunctory or trying to upsell. They even took the initiative to recommend local eateries and attractions, clearly explaining where to find authentic and affordable spots. They genuinely cared, just like local friends, saving us a lot of trouble. The entire accommodation was clean and tidy, making us feel safe and relaxed. The service attitude was consistently excellent from beginning to end – warm, polite, and making you feel truly valued. To get this kind of service and environment for just over a hundred yuan is incredible value for money. Among all the places we stayed during this Northwest trip, this hotel was the most comfortable and satisfying. If I ever get the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose this place, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling here!

The hotel only has 20 parking spaces, and there are four or five hotels in the same building. During the National Day holiday, parking was extremely difficult. It took me half an hour just to find a spot. Downstairs is Shuijing Alley, and Mojia Alley is only about 800 meters away, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. There's a local wedding custom where they set off firecrackers at 3 AM, which woke me up, and I couldn't get back to sleep 🥀🥀🥀. Also, the hallway carpet isn't laid flat, which could easily trip elderly guests. I hope this can be improved.

The room was clean and cozy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there were even complimentary pour-over coffee bags. Brewing a cup and slowly savoring it was incredibly delightful. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy access to dining and transportation. The front desk service was warm and attentive – my impression couldn't be better!

The hotel itself was generally fine and met our expectations for a short stay. The room and shower were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was also pretty good, with enough variety to start the day comfortably. Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall professional and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, which made arriving and leaving easy. The main downside is the location of the city itself. It’s quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didn’t feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable.
