3-Star Hotels in Xorazm, Uzbekistan

The hotel is located inside the ancient city, near the West Gate. Taxis can drive directly to the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. And because it's in the central part of the ancient city, it's easy to walk around for food and drinks. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing in the rooms could be a bit better; everything else was great.

Absolutely loved everything! A new hotel, sparkling clean, with fresh linens, towels, and a comfortable bed. There's a safe, and the breakfasts are fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk to the main attractions. They greeted us with tea and local sweets upon arrival. Check-in is officially at 3 PM, but we arrived at 12 PM and they immediately let us check in. They even upgraded our room without any extra charge! When they found out it was my husband's birthday, they brought a complimentary hotel treat to our room – raisins and nuts. In the evening, we ordered dinner on the terrace with a view of the old town. We were the only ones on the terrace, making it incredibly romantic – the old town, delicious food, and the moon. The hotel staff wished my husband a happy birthday and even gifted us a bottle of wine. We absolutely loved the hotel and the service; everything was top-notch. Thank you so much!

The property is centrally located, close to all attractions. Ali is a kind and helpful host. The double room is basic but has all the comforts. The breakfast, freshly prepared, is good. The hotel has a terrace with a splendid view.

Nice hotel. Exclusive breakfast. Located at Khiva old town, all attractions are walkable. The owner is nice. He switches on 3 heaters for us as the weather is below 0°C, extremely cold.. He also arranged a taxi for us to Bukhara. Its cost 80USD, take 6 hours to reach. Highly recommended

The room and bathroom were also rather old, and there were mosquitoes in the room, so I couldn't sleep well at night. The location was very ideal, right near the ancient city, and within walking distance of famous attractions. The breakfast is simple and the staff is helpful and friendly

1.立地 イチャン・カラからは少し離れているがまあ徒歩圏内のホテル。イチャン・カラに歩いて行く場合、北門が近い。北門からは城壁の上に上がることができる(追加料金が必要)。観光客が一番多く、メインストリートになっているのは東門と西門の2カ所なので、イチャン・カラに入ってももう少し歩くことを考えておく必要がある。散策して疲れた後はホテルまでYandexGoで100-200円ぐらい払って帰るのもアリ。イチャン・カラ内よりは土地に余裕がある作り。イチャン・カラ内は大分雰囲気重視なので、価格と相談といった感じ。 2.設備 基本的に広くて綺麗。不満がないレベルには清掃がされている。浴槽があるのも日本人としてはうれしい。ウズベキスタンではまともなお湯が出ない宿が多い中、ここのホテルはしっかりとお湯が出た。トイレは普通。僕の客室はビデが便器内に内蔵されているものだった。イチャン・カラのトイレはあまり綺麗ではない上、お金を取られるのでホテルの宿で用を足す方がよい。中庭も広く、プールがあったようにみえた。好みの問題だが、若干ベッドが堅い。 3.サービス 朝食は他の都市の同価格帯の宿と比べて遜色がないレベルで、充分おいしい。フロントの人も特に不便は感じなかった。ホテル内は基本的にどこも英語が通じた。

ホテル内は清潔で浴室もピカピカだった シャワーのお湯も温かかった 歯ブラシやシャンプーなどのアメニティは一式揃っていた 朝食もバラエティ豊かで美味しかった タクシーからの電話でロシア語が分からず代わりに対応いただき大変助かった また泊まりたい

The hotel was clean to change to shoes, and the room was clean and comfortable. At breakfast, my eldest son's boy taught me how to eat delicious food. In addition, this owner also has a travel agency, and I had a taxi to Bukhara via the owner's recommended Ayazukara. I didn't have much time in Ayazukara because I left Hiba after 15:00, but the sunset over the desert seen from Ayazukara was difficult to change. I would like to stay again when I go to Hiba.
